There's almost always been a lack of good Mexican food in Batemans Bay. I'm happy to report that it has since been filled splendidly. The location makes it very visible, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and their options are affordable, varied and delicious. The only current downside I see is that there's not enough staff to keep up with demand, but that's to be expected with the restaurant in it's infancy. I'll return again soon, hungry for more.

Had small Nachos, hubby had small Burrito. Both were delicious. He said his was fresh and moist. Great flavours. Staff member was able to advise re sauces etc. He likes hot chillies, so added Jalapenos and Verde sauce. I had garlic on my Nachos. Food is NOT bland. Love they cater for vegetarians and Vegans. We'll be back often.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a big burrito, small nachos and a bowl. I was charged to much so my partner had to go back in and get out money back. The worker was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care that they messed up. The rice in the bowl was crunchy and hard, the “beef” for the nachos was cold and had a very weird taste. And the big burrito that we paid for was just a normal sized burrito. Such a waste of $40, we are from out of town and we definitely won’t be back.

Terrible. Ordered at 5:10 for pickup at 6. Got there early at 5:40 order was waiting on the counter already. Cold. I asked why it was ready and they replied they get busy at 7 so they pre make orders! Chicken? Couldn’t taste any chicken

Today was about the 10th time I've had to walk out before ordering because they only have 1 staff member on in the middle of lunch, and I don't have time to wait 20 minutes to order. Clueless. Not going to bother going back.

Worst Zambreros. Unbelievably slow service, with only one server on (generally). Ordered a vegetarian burrito and wasn't told they had run out of guac until I requested some *I ended up leaving and they had to throw my burrito out* - another time I had to actually specify that vegetarian burritos come with Guac at no extra charge; why am I teaching them how to serve their food??? Have walked out due to the glacial pace the server is moving at; creating a very lengthy wait when the line was 2 people long. So, to sum up: have managed to get a burrito twice, that were atrocious and all other times I've walked out due to lack of service, lack of knowledge/experience etc. Train your employees so you don't lose customers.

Edible but underwhelming. Burrito was bland. I Was waiting for a hit of flavour that never came. Had Burrito with Beef and all the included fillings and garlic sauce. I felt full but not satisfied. If I returned I would get a hot sauce to give it some flavour and my order was missing the Jalapenos which could have helped. I give it 3 stars as there is room for improvement and staff are not yet trained fully.

Great service and a very nice meal. Not stingy on ingredients. Well done.

literally the number one zambreros i’ve ever been too keeps the benches so clean all the fillings taste so much fresher and less processed than other franchises keep up the good work my dudes !!

First time at Zambrero, will probably try again, and something different to our burritto, very filling, would like to suggest to turn music volume down, we found it hard to hear and understand staff. Music should be background only

See the ratings. Serving size low, service ok to good, atmosphere.. Well atmosphere is now marketing.. Serving staff get with the program (or else?) Sell the food at volume please. Slightly more tasty than other fast foods. Not by that much mind. Wouldn't want to upset stomach of normal consumers of fast food. Dear me.. What would come of the world if that happened.. Whole foods, natural spices, traditional cooking methods. None of this fits the capitalist fast food ethic. Get with the program. Dear me. Bloody Caveperson.

It was okay, pretty mid and my friend gagged on her nacho bowl because the meat was weird

got charged $10.90 for a small bowl of JUST lettuce corn and tomato. those three ingredients cost 50c each as extras. absolute joke

My 5 year old daughter could cook a better burrito. Meat had no flavour, didn't even taste Mexican. The whole thing fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork. Three people behind the counter on a Friday night and none of them know what there doing, not that it would help because the food sucked

Slack. Ordered vegetarian burrito but they hadn't made guacamole so none provided (normally free). Always have two sauces and they charged me for the extra sauce even though they didn't provide guacamole. You think that as goodwill they could've given extra sauce free (it's the ONLY Zambreros that charges for the extra sauce). Poor form. Give them a miss.

Welcoming staff, fast and efficient. Staff even went out of his way to make more Guacamole for me even though it was close to the end of the day. Food was fresh and tasty.

Great food and a lot of different options to choose from. My wife had kids meal which was heaps.Also the new restaurant is very comfortable.

Bad customer services I wanted more Onions on my burrito but they run out of it I asked for Chipotle sauce and she put barbecue

Staff are generally lovely and do their best. I find serving size generous and serving fast enough. The food is great. The guacamole shortage is often a bit frustrating so that is my only criticism.

$17.70 for a regular Burrito with no extras added. What a rip off. And the staff couldn't put less fillings on if they tried. Will never go again.

Terrible! Very slow service while the manager walks around doing nothing. Staff member seemed to frequently forget they are meant to be making the order in front of them
