Went to Batemans Bay for sns nails, they were so busy that they couldn't keep up with the clients in the chair, 1st person didn't understand when I asked for my sns to be removed with acetone as the dremal burnt my nails... then they spoke their language and changed nail tech's. the next nail tech kept stopping what she was doing for me to greet more people for more services services.. the store was Packed! my nails were meant to be an almond shape, there all out of shape and to one side, then I asked for 3 layers of sns dip powder as that's what I get back in Sydney and she told me no it's to thick! Well as I stated 2 layers isn't enough? and now after 2 days they're already cracked x2 nails. And for more money then I pay back in Sydney! Will not be back. Extreamly unhappy with my service. Will have to spend more money to get them fixed else where as I dont trust them to fix my nails at all. 😡😤

Not enough staff to customer ratio . Service is so rushed . I visited this salon on a Tuesday afternoon , the salon was at capacity .. I was asked to come back in half an hour … I returned at the time I was told and there was only one chair available to which I was seated … I was then waiting for about 20 min to be attended too and when I was I was asked what I wanted …I said I would like a full set of acrylic nails … the tips were applied and cut to length and the acrylic then applied which was thick and lumpy … I thought at the time that when the staff member filed the acrylic that the acrylic would be a lot thinner and more shaped but this was not the case … The filing was done within minutes and the polish applied and cured and I was done within 20 min .. There was only 2 ladies attending to nails and 3 staff doing pedicures . During my service the lady was constantly looking away and attending to clients entering the salon for services, she was also servicing other clients at the same time and most clients that entered the salon were told to come back in half an hour. Please think twice about attending this salon as the services are of very poor quality , no health standards untrained staff and so very rushed … Nails look dreadful and do not last a week !! Classified nails …. Could you reduce your clients and provide a professional service and give your clients the time and services that they pay for and employ more trained staff to deal with the number of clients you have in the salon at any one time …

I was spoken to in a very rude manner, was told to move forward while having both toenails and finger nails attended to, and trying to choose the colour for my toes which they did not even have! It was very uncomfortable, the water was really hot, which was addressed when I mentioned it, but I have had far better treatment for less money, I felt I was rushed and the girl was very rough on my big toe which still hurts today. I will definitely not return, also I think it is bad manners to speak in another language to each other in front of you when you don't know what they are saying, especially when they are laughing too. It is a shame, because I am local and would have given them regular business.

They do a real job here they do SNS nails obray nails acrylic nails pedicures and eye brows waxed and serlac nails and domonites for extra bing they do Air brushing nails and also cat eye nails and also they have manicures and etc etc and etc just make sure you pre book your appointment before going there because sometimes they can't always fit you in

I have never been compelled to right a review until now. I had a pedicure done at this salon - never again. Yesterday, I booked a pedicure and manicure for 9:30am today 22/12/2021 and specified that I would need them to be extra cautions due to my diabetes. I reiterated AND REMINDED the same lady about my diabetes and concern for safety the lady at the counter assured me that everything has been taken care of. She asked me to pick a colour and to take a regular seat until they were ready for me. I waited a long time before actually being seated in the pedicure lounge chair. The lady at the counter placed down a fresh pedicure kit sealed in its package and said that is for me. As I had to wait a while before being attended to by another lady I began chatting to the client next to be me. So I didn't notice that the lady who attended me did not use the implements set aside for me but was using the implements that were already used for the client next to me who had nearly finished having her nails painted. The water was very hot and they amended that. The big toe nails where clipped and I ask her to clipped the rest but she said it would look better longer. She started to push the cuticles back and I flinched at every toe. I asked her to put some softener on. But she told me she knew what she was doing as my toes where in the hot water for a while. (I said no they weren't, actually less than 3 minutes because I was waiting so long b4 the water was turned on). She cut the pushed back cuticles and I bled. I told her she cut too far and I bled she told me she didn't. See picture below. She layed the polish on too thick and I left at 11:15 am. TOES ARE INFLAMMED NOW AND HURT. HENCE MY REVIEW. It's now11:49pm and my and my toes are throbbing with pain. The worst experience ever...

DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed here, if I could post a photo I would. Literally HALF of my eyebrow is gone! They are so thin & short! I’ve never once had my eyebrows done like this. She didn’t even map them out, just went straight in an ruined them. I’m not usually big on makeup & that kind of thing but I literally went back to my car and cried. ALSO when I asked for the “eyebrow, lip & chin” wax combo I read “$30” The charged me $35 for an unknown reason.

To me they were unclean and unprofessional. I have been to other similar salons which were clean and tidy and the staff were more friendly. Not a great job on my nails. Seemed a bit "slap dash" for mine.

So rude l. Won't ever go back my natural nail got ripped off my Money back $60 not happy Wednesday She told me had much saying $50

No idea why I bothered booking. The salon was packed and they started on me 10 minutes late. I asked for sns removal and it took them 40 minutes to finish. They kept swapping, getting up to start on new walk-in clients and at one point I’m certain they just forgot I was sitting there. $25 later, finally got out of there.

Very happy with the service yesterday. Ahn did an amazing job. 5 star ⭐️
