Amazing service. Able to fit me in on less than a days notice. The practitioner was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain my problem much better than any GP I had been to. He took the time for the necessary treatments to be completed and explained why he was performing each treatment. I Felt amazing afterwards, the pain I was experiencing had completely gone and I felt my muscles and joints were much more mobile! First time trying Chinese medicine methods and it won't be the last!

I went there out of blue and the doctor find time for a no notice appointment. I’ve explained my issue and he recommended a herbal medicine which helped from the first use. I’ve also had the cupping, which was nice too. If you are looking for a natural remedy to replace antibiotics definitely recommend this place.

Not the same anymore . I went in and was given a consultation in the lift whilst on the way up to the room .No explanation as to what he was going to do and how it works , no info on aftercare either . When he put the cups and needles on me he left the room to go and have a chat with the person next door and most the cups had fallen off by the time he came in back to see me . Rubbish , unprofessional considering I paid £50 for this treatment . Never again to this place !

Purchased on groupon, cheaper price than normal. Decided I wanted to go ahead and book multiple sessions to treat my sciatica. I had strong medication and physio already but felt that the only slight relief I got was from these sessions. They are expensive but when it comes to health it’s one thing you should never skimp on. You get Accupuncture as well as cupping. I also bought the Chinese medicine powder and although it doesn’t taste nice I could tell the difference. In the end I was never cured as I ended up in hospital mri etc and went down a different path but definitely got relief which supported my recovery and the customer service was amazing start to finish and he was a really nice guy.

I visited this place for accupunture recently and received a very good treatment session plus cupping which was a bonus as I didn't expect it. Nice massage too, brilliant experience and will definitely go back again.

The only thing to solve my back pain! I've been going for a few months now, religiously. The acupuncture really works to relieve my back pain, I also receive cupping and massages in the same session if required. Kevin is great at identifying the issues within my body and figuring out how to best treat them. I always feel like I leave a different person to when I arrived! Can highly recommend!

I was suffering with severe eczema on ears and neck, antibiotics and steroid creams were not making any difference so I booked an appointment at Birmingham Chinese Medicine Clinics on Coventry Road. Victoria showed me pictures of other eczema they have treated, she reassured me and said it was definitely treatable but will take time. She gave me a herbal powder to make into a tea and creams to apply. I noticed a difference within 24hrs, and my skin has cleared! Very grateful for their service and would highly recommend.

The best Chinese medicine doctors ever. Dr Fu and Dr Victoria were able to diagnose and provide treatment for multiple issues with my lower back. Very professional, very kind and very concise. My GP wasn’t able to diagnose me until after a MRI. Dr Victoria gave me the same diagnosis without and MRI. 5/5 for me!

Really enjoyed my first session of acupuncture, I was a bit hesitant at first but I have no regrets. Kevin was amazing very respectful and knew what he was doing, constantly asking me how I was and about my pain. After my first session, which we focused on my stiff/ locked jaw on the left size of my body as well as my back and back I have never felt better. When I eat I experience no pain and my left side of my jaw has never felt better along with my lower back and most of my neck. I will definitely be returning to continue acupuncture on the right side of my jaw now to completely eliminate my pain and on this one specific point on my neck, which although still slightly hurts is no where near as bad and after years of physiotherapy my neck has never felt this great. Amazinggg.. this was my first time with Acupuncture and I can say I feel brand new. Kevin was so professional and asked for all my pain points. He kept coming to check up on me but not too much to disturb my session. I will surely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know…. Abi
