    I've only been training with Jack for 3 weeks but I can honestly say that this programme hasn't just improved my athletic performance, but my life overall. Jack's attention to detail, attentiveness and responsiveness have made this experience second to none, and he's always on hand for advice and clarification. His weekly reviews go above and beyond what I could have expected, and he ensures that any issues with form are fixed immediately I've made some incredible gains both in the gym and on the pitch that I genuinely didn't think were possible in such a short space of time, and I can't wait to see how much further I can go!

    I can't say enough about how great the service from JT Performance is. Not only is Coach Jack a very knowledgeable coach, but he truly cares about his athletes and their goals. I am a rugby player in the US and even though we are on different continents, Coach Jack is as accessible and helpful if not more, than any coach local to me. He is far from just a name online sending me workouts, but is truly guiding me towards my goals. Most recently, I sustained a high ankle sprain and was told it would be a 9 month recovery. Coach Jack integrated our workouts with my rehab and only 8 months later I am jumping high and sprinting fast again. No matter where you are in the world, I highly recommend working with JT Performance

    Was with Jack Tyler for 17 months and they flew in. I went form being an uneducated and really pushing that term athlete and developed into a well-rounded, informed, educated, fit and strong athlete. Me and Jack didn't have the easiest time together with me breaking my ankle and being immobilised for more than 4 months, however, he never left me out and kept me updated with regular check ins daily and kept me on my toes with workouts I could do to keep my muscle mass, strength and even my fitness despite being in a cast. From this there is no doubt Jack doesn't know his stuff, I couldn't believe how much his brain holds. The training program was top quality with clear set out goals to hit alongside quality nutrition planning to help me achieve the targeted goals and these goals were hit every single time! Such a transparent, we;;-informed and all round great guy alongside being one of the best coaches in the contact sport area, if you are thinking of starting with him, do it you won't be let down!

    I began working with JT performance around a month ago and it's the best investment I have made in myself for years. I play American Football and felt that I was stuck in a rut with my training and lacked accountability. As I am a personal trainer myself, I wanted to practice what I preach and find a coach who could help me to improve as an athlete, while providing me with accountability and guidance. JT Performance has provided me with everything I was looking for and I genuinely believe that I'll be a better player than ever before after another few months on the programme. I would recommend JT Performance to anyone who is looking to improve as an athlete and stand out from the competition.

    I am an online coach and I have a background in Hurling and Gaelic. I joined JT Performance shortly after having a double leg fracture that required a tibial nail surgery, I wanted to have a smooth return to sport and I was determined to get back to full fitness as soon as I could. JT Performance and Coach Merrick in particular have been absolutely crucial in my return to running. Merrick took everything out of my hands, put a step by step plan in place and held me accountable to completing said plan. As a result I am now the strongest I have ever been in the gym hitting PRs every single week in the program. I am now more educated as well and this was one of the big reasons I joined JT performance. Merrick answered every question I had about the program and gave me an in-depth insight to his programming and really showed me the why behind the what when it came to my training. That way I knew why I was doing certain exercises and this help me commit to doing them and improved my knowledge as a coach. I am back running now on the pitch and look forward for returning to sport when my season starts again which was my goal! I couldn't recommend JT performance enough, they have made my recovery process so much smoother and have helped me improved my knowledge as a coach! I really like how professional the set up is, the attention to detail and the delivery of the program is world class and is well worth the cost!

    I came to Jack after the a long-time lower back injury looking to get back to my former self. Within the space of 3 months my back is the strongest and most pain-free its felt in years. He provides constant feedback and communication. Will always find a way to make you better even throughout injury, just an all-round incredible service. Truly the best, I'd always recommend JT Performance to anyone who's serious about becoming the absolute best version of themselves.

    I've been at JT Performance for a year and a half and had some of my greatest physical transformations ever. These have the transferred to the rugby field where I have come on in leaps and bounds. These physical changes have made it possible for me to completely focus on skills and tactics of the game because I was already strong, fast, and well conditioned. I credit Jack for giving me the opportunity to confidently compete for Rugby Germany and currently for a spot on the Young Munster AIL 1A (top club league in Ireland) team. All this has not come without sacrifice and effort. Especially effort and buy-in made the difference for me. At the start of my time with Jack, I was hungry for more, hungry for knowledge. I bought unto the programme and all the extras around it. My Fitness Pal, reading the educational documents supplied by Jack and asking loads of questions, which Jack could usually answer. The results came in hard and fast. In the end, however, my adherence and buy-in dropped, and I stopped being on it. The sessions and check ins where becoming more of a chore than an aid. This is where my performance plateaued. Because it was such a high commitment plan for a year and a half, I needed to step away and rediscover my drive to work hard in the gym. What I'm trying to say here is that JT Performance is for the highly motivated, high achievers. You can not half arse this. But if you commit fully, it will be the greatest athletic change you have ever undergone!

    Jack is awesome to work with. Tailors program to match your goals. Easy to work with and cares about your career. He helped me get back on the mat from major leg surgery. When I got back on the mat I felt in shape and even stronger. He also helped me make a world team.
