The Tempest is a fine addition to the Stratford independent cafe scene. It has a well crafted menu ( the avocado bagel is divine) and excellent cappuccino. Nice vibe with funky artwork and smooth jazz. The team are friendly welcoming and efficient. So nice to see caring customer service. Very dog friendly too.

I ended up at The Tempest after being captivated by the aesthetic. This small art cafe in Stratford upon Avon offers something unique and distinct to Bell Court. The art on the walls, and the jazz tunes made for the perfect ambience. Plus turns out it’s dog friendly! The staff were incredibly welcoming and recommended the hazelnut hot chocolate, which did not disappoint at all. It was absolutely delicious, and exactly what I needed! I tried their Caprese flatbread, which was catered to me as I am Gluten Free/ Granola bar. The flavours were delightful! There is so much choice in Stratford upon Avon, but The Tempest has definitely won me over. And I know that I won’t go anywhere else again!

I really like the tempest. The coffee is some of the best in Stratford (in my opinion) and the food options for brunch, which is when I tend to go, are really nice. Service is always great too. If you are looking to get refuelled while in town, I recommend giving it a shot.

Stumbled on this place after a quick visit to Magic Alley; a really good flat white and nice pastries - really chilled vibe; art on the walls, jazz in the background, great coffee, great service… and some nice tables outside - perfect

Residents of Seattle for years, it comes with the territory to be very particular about coffee. Tempest has the best coffee we’ve tasted in a long time. Very smooth, no bitterness, perfect temperature. I wanted my take-away latte to last and last. Highly recommend.

Really beautiful cafe with a very relaxed environment. Great place to spend an afternoon studying for uni students! The food was delicious and the staff very friendly, would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Stratford :)

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the ambience struck the ideal balance between relaxation and engaging conversation. Smooth jazz tunes played in the background, and the eye-catching art on the walls added to the cafe's charm. For breakfast, I chose their Breakfast flatbread, and it was an absolute treat! The flavours melded together beautifully, and it was the perfect way to kick-start my day. The Tempest Cafe truly knows how to deliver on taste, quality and service. If you ever find yourself wandering the picturesque streets of Stratford Upon Avon, I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to The Tempest Cafe. At the very least, treat yourself to their exceptional coffee – it's genuinely top-notch. Great coffee, friendly service with a chilled out atmosphere. Nice art and relaxing music. Have been 3-4 times in the last few months. Always good. Have yet to try the food but the menu food choices look good.
