Great shopping centre. You can find everything there. Food outlet and home shopping. Stores like TKMaxx, boots, Wilkinson, IKeA and others with convenient parking which is free.

A well-managed collection of stores, ranging from IKEA to SCS to Marks and Spencer, among a host of others. Parking seemed fine, wasn't much of a hassle. I have no complaints about the park itself, truthfully speaking.

Good variety of shops here and very accessible. The car park can get congested in the day and sometimes seems to be a meeting point for boy racers in the evening. However for a quick daytime visit there isn’t much you can’t get from here!

As a shopping centre, it has quite a good range of shops; large M&S, TK Maxx, Starbucks, Next, SCS etc. Plus it has a big IKEA. Worth travelling there but avoid rush hours as it's just off the M1

Giltbrook Shopping is an incredible destination for all your home improvement and decorating needs. The shopping center offers a wide range of stores catering to these categories. Additionally, there are a few dining options available, including Pizza Hut. However, if you're looking for the best and most affordable choice, I recommend exploring the area and then heading to IKEA, where you can find both excellent shopping and a variety of food options. Moreover, Giltbrook Shopping provides plenty of free parking, making it a convenient and hassle-free experience.

Great if you visit when quieter, good range of eating out on offer. Mark and spencers have a great range of clothing that is trendy, especially for kids. It surprised me what they had on offer. Ikea is fantastic for home bits and meatballs.

Plenty of parking, friendly staff and lots of choice for what you're looking for. Easy one stop shopping park. I would highly recommend them.

The IKEA is there🤩 plus quite a few other interesting shops in one place, like Decathlon, Next and Tkmaxx. Good spacious car park. A few places to have something to eat.

very pleasant trip from Leicester, clearly signed from J26. Lots of parking , actually went to Decathlon initially but visited several stores and had a nice meal in M&S .

1100am opening on a Sunday is pathetic. Half the day has gone. Whoever did the study and spreadsheet to show later open is a good idea, wants sacking.

So. Good range of shops and restaurants. And parking is so easy and plentiful. Busy at weekends and Bank Holidays. Also, after shopping is done take the children to the bouncy play centre that is there. Win win.

Wish there was an IKEA closer to where I live, but there you go. The car park was quite full, thought it would be a bit emptier on a Monday, actual store wasn't to full. Restaurant was quite busy, but not too long a wait to get served. Lady at the check out was very helpful and polite. We managed to get what we wanted without any problem, my wife says the prices where very good for the quality of the rugs and other bits we bought. Happy customers.

Wonderful experience. This center is large, so prepare for some walking if you do not know what you are looking for upfront. Parking is large, but will get full on 'special' shopping days. Eateries & wash rooms are available.

Got what I went for, apart from cold chips, again! After going round with a 5 year old and a 3 month old, I asked x2 different staff members where something was in the area before the tills where you collect goods. There were at least 4 standing just chatting to each other. The first one, after he stopped eating, told me he thought the item I wanted was down ailse 37! He didn't look, and it wasn't. (Cover for a the high chair cushion) I asked one of the other did actually check using a scanner. The item I wanted was in a basket, but there was none left, but there were some back in the kids dept. That was all the help I got. There was no offer to run and get me one, and I wasn't about to take the kids all the way back to get it. So I went home without it and ordered it off Amazon! I wouldn't have minded if Ikea wad busy any there were too. When you can see half a dozen staff stood chatting, for me that is very poor customer service. Really disappointed as they could see I had my hands full with shopping and x2 kids.

Good selection of shops, however traffic in and out of the retail park can be extremely bad at peak times - it has taken me 15 minutes to just get out of one of the car parks, never mind the retail park itself. Not a particularly well thought out design in terms of traffic management.

Out of town retail park. There is a good variety of large shops here. The main focus is IKEA but there are also Decathlon, Next/Next Home, M&S, O2, EE, Costa, Starbucks, Nando, Pizza Express, TK Maxx, Pets at Home, Wilson and Boots. There is a good home furnishing showing here with Barker & Stonehouse, DFS, Laura Ashley, Benson for Beds, Sofology and SCS. There is a large car park and it is easily accessible from the M1 at junction 26.

good place to visit if you want to shop for everything from sports wear to a new sofa and if you want to make a day of it there is plenty of choices for lunch or dinner to break the shopping up. There is plenty of parking on sight so you will always get a space, just bare in mind that it can get really busy on Bank holidays and weekends

One of my favourite places to shop - lots of variety and plenty of parking. Just becareful where you park your car as someone had scraped the side of my car and there were no cameras that witness the incident, even though I was right outside a store front.

The shopping centre itself was average but OK. The parking is desperate. Access poor and driveways narrow. Couldn't park IKEA side at all. When we left IKEA we used the central pedestrian walkway to access the other car park. This ends abruptly half way with steps. No signage and no dropped kerbs/ramp leaving my wife who is in a mobility scooter stranded in the car park. Dreadful!

Nice retail park in Nottingham. Good selection of shops and cafes/restaurants, including IKEA. Easy access from M1. Should note if visiting IKEA, car park is quite small, worth parking instead in main shopping park car park.

Eat lunch here today. The Turkey was good and the coffee was free and flowing. Nice place hope to be back in the future here. Good home ideas friendly staff.

The carpark could have been designed better. They seem to have squeezed in as many bays in as small a size as possible. The layout is also a little confusing.

Went to IKEA for the meatballs, yum! Cafe is always busy but you can normally find a seat. Had a little peruse round the store aswell, some lovely items also good for inspiration.

Excellent shopping location. IKEA is the main store but there are many more including Marks and Spencer, Wilko and T K Max. There are plenty of places to eat and adequate free parking.

Lovely shopping center You can probably get everything here I always go for barker and Stonehouse and ikea

First visit to IKEA since they had an extension, very impressed. More room sets give you even more inspiration for every room in the house. Always end up buying things we didn't know existed/ we needed. Definitely recommend, it's also great everything is on one floor.

Very spacious with lots of parking available, the shops are the standard popular retailers but I believe the main attraction is the IKEA. The multiple times that I’ve visited have always been quiet even during lunch hours so it can be a relaxing experience without too much movement.

There seems more variety of shops here than once was. The introduction of a M&S and EE stores have added to the experience. As with any frequently attended public place , accessing and exiting in your car can be a little fraught I think. Overall, if you like a shopping expedition, with a meal to sustain your efforts, then Giltbrook retail park has a little something for most.

Nice selection of shops, always busy, parking spaces could be wider but we cant have everything i suppose. I often go here mainly for Next, Ikea, M&S and Pets at home. All stores have a good selection of items.

Always worth a day trip to IKEA, especially when they do half price Swedish meatballs 😋. Plenty of other shops and food places too. Loads of parking, however it's always busy when we've been.

  • 4/5 Rob S. 1 year ago on Google
Not a lot to be said about the place. I'm. Not overly keen on the layout as it's essentially a big "u" shape around the car park, so walking from Next to TK Max at the other side is a fair walk. Not too bad if you're only going to a particular place as there always parking available near each of the shops.

An excellent alternative to the city centre. There are many shops including IKEA and Wilko for home items, M&S for groceries, Boots for healthcare, plus restaurants and cafés for food & drink. Most importantly, the car park is free!

  • 3/5 Alexander 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of parking on the shopping park area but the IKEA side needs more family parking spaces. Had to park on the other side and when you have a baby. It isn't as easy. Especially using the zebra crossing to find out u got to then go up 10 steps

I recently visited Giltbrook Shopping Park, and overall I have to say it was a great experience. The variety of shops was impressive, with something for everyone. From big-name brands to smaller, independent stores, there was plenty to choose from. The layout of the shopping park was also well-done, with plenty of space to move around and ample parking. The outdoor setting was nice, and it made for a pleasant shopping experience. One downside was the crowds - the shopping park can get quite busy, particularly on weekends. This made it a bit harder to move around and navigate through the crowds. However, this is to be expected at any popular shopping destination. The staff at the stores we visited were friendly and helpful, and the selection of products was impressive. We were able to find everything we were looking for, and more. Overall, I would definitely recommend Giltbrook Shopping Park to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The variety of stores, layout, and friendly staff make it a great destination for a day out.

Plenty of shops to choose from, you could easily spend the whole day here with plenty to see and plenty of choice when it comes to food.

A bit out the way from the city centre, but there is good transport links to this place, whether it be by car or by public transport, few popular stores and restaurants, plenty of parking available all around the shops. It's not very big but it will keep you occupied for a few hours.

Took a trip here to look in TKMax for a winter coat...got a very nice one at a good price so was very happy. It pays to go frequently as the stock changes so quickly and you never know what you might find. Also went to M & S for a drink and food. Was hoping for hot cooked food but for some reason they weren't doing it on the last 2 times I visited. The sandwiches were a bit on the pricey side but very nice and well filled.

Always seems busy, but if you cannot park near IKEA just park the other side of the car park. Also when leaving and wanting to turn right at the roundabout stay in the left hand lane normally it's faster to get out but watch those crazy drivers who don't notice you and want to pull into your lane.

  • 4/5 Pat O. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice stores easy parking and no time limit on staying which is great. Visited all furniture stores including ikea and found all of the stores very helpful and polite staff. Decathlon was a needed stop too for carp fishing stock but very disappointed 😞 very small section with hardly anything. Also a target on the floor for people to fire archery arrows at. No cordon around it no staff supervision of this item and kids using it where not watching what was around them! DANGEROUS ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN! won't bother visiting next time!

A shopping center with plenty of options. This place has got almost all shopping stores , from wilko to H&M to Mamas and papas and many more. If you ate interested in bulk shopping this is the right place. Parking facilities are available along with restaurants which makes a complete phase.

50 mins to move less than 5 metres from our parking space and still nowhere near the exit- absolutely shocking! Won’t be coming back anytime soon! Why are there no parking attendants managing the flow of traffic? IKEA was uninspiring, Subway needs people cleaning their tables etc! Costa gets a thumbs up 👍🏼

  • 4/5 Amanda D. 1 year ago on Google
Busy but great choice of stores, easily accessible. Roads are busy. However, once there, you have all you need for a day's shopping trip

  • 3/5 Barry E. 1 year ago on Google
Generally referred to as IKEA retail park due to IKEA being most people's ultimate reason for visiting. There's actually a lot of shops, IKEA, Decathlon, M&S food, Next, Boots, Wilko etc plus coffee shops and restaurants. The site is pretty big with lots of parking; however, it's also extremely busy, so despite its size parking can be difficult...expect to be driving round in circles for a while. Be careful using the crossings as people seem to ignore them, even if you're already on it...the group in front of us had a two narrow escapes. Expect a bit of road rage and idiotic driving.
