This shopping centre is positioned appropriately in a busy area of Nottingham and has adequate accessibility both in and out, with large doors to enter or exit through followed by stairs, escalators and lifts upstairs! A strong variety of shops are included in the centre and there is a good atmosphere, with pillars and leaves present in the massive area. The centre was kept clean when me and my friend visited, making our way around the different sections that were laid out relatively clearly.

First visit in 38 years and parts look a bit dated in my opinion. Fantastic huge parking underneath. As a family we used to come here in the mid to late 70s when indoor arcades were the latest thing. The clock feature which amazed me as a child seems tiny. Has it been moved?

Nice place and near to city centre. All mode of transport like car, team, public transport available. City Council, university and many commercial establishments are all situated in the mid of city. Many pubs restaurant and imax screen located. We can enjoy a lot in this place. We took food in Dosa and Chutney, an Indian restaurant and food is good. One can visit this centre and surely enjoy a lot👍

This is a fairly big mall. We couldn't see all the shops here, but we did see our fair share of shops along the way. The mall kind of feels like there is a lack of natural lighting. There are skylights in places but the mall feels gloomy. Like the lighting in a classroom. Not sure how else to describe it. Aside from that, there is no shortage of shops to visit. My 5 year old daughter walked into many stores to browse the clothing and shoes available.

This shopping center is an incredible destination, boasting an extensive array of over a hundred shops. The overall ambiance is bustling, particularly noticeable during the Christmas market period, which tends to be overwhelmingly crowded. Navigating through the crowds can be challenging, especially for children, making it less enjoyable to appreciate the surroundings. From a personal standpoint, I would hesitate to recommend the Christmas market for families.

This is definitely the best shopping and entertainment centre in Nottingham. The location is ideal and central. There are a lot of major stores here such as Jewellery stores, Zara, Skechers, Hotel Chocolat, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Boots and many many others. The design is very nice and the environment is generally kept clean. There is an underground parking lot available, as well as multiple entrances and exits.

I do think it's a little bit nice around town when you go and visit the Victoria Centre and the Old Broadmarsh that was knocked down by the council because they got sticky fingers and the people want to know what you are going to build in replace of Broadmarsh and we don't think that you have the money to build anything else because you are broke and me and my brother help the homeless people in town on Wednesday afternoon at 6 Streets of Christ so if you're around town please come join you are more than welcome

Just thought I'd leave a message for the toilet attendants and cleaners- thanks for keeping the toilets cleanly and well managed. I know it's not the nicest of jobs, bht it really makes a difference. I hope this message reaches them!

With a whole host of brands in a variety of stylish stores including John Lewis & Partners, Urban Outfitters, Superdry & River Island, Victoria Centre has everything you need - with more than 2,250 parking spaces and a dedicated bus station, getting here couldn't be easier. Home to Clocktower dining which includes more than 20 individual eateries, so you can dine while you enjoy a day’s shopping in the heart of Nottingham.

Historical Nottingham has many attractions. The famous Robinhood place, also called City of caves. Modernised with two universities and nice trams for transportation.

Went to Motorpoint arena and parked here. Big car park with lots of spaces, however after the shops closed they closed the area where the lift was that we entered. Had to walk all around round the centre to find an entrance to the car park, took another lift to car park and joined the 50ish other people wandering around who had no idea where their car was.

This is a top favourite place for me personally as I lived in the apartments above the shopping centre. Victoria is an amazing shopping experience. So many stores and an indoor market. Go to the back of the centre and you'll find the old famous Clock which was once near the entrance in front of Boots.

Victoria centre is great shopping mall. The market is good. Not so many stalls like years ago but still great. Clean, tidy, friendly staff in all the shops. Nice seating area all across the centre. Handy lifts to upper mall shops, toilets and park park, bit pricey but a very safe and secure place for your car. Toilets are lovely, very big and very clean a must for me as many people use them. Credit to the cleaners 😁

Wow, I haven't seen such a busy shopping centre in a very long time. It looked like pretty every shop was in business and open. There were lots of people eating and drinking or walking around and the place had a lovely feel to it.

Used to think this place was massive and modern, but it's been a while since I went in there having lived away, it's feeling a little aged and seems like it needs more natural light inside and could be wider. Loads of shops in there though, most are small, and it's decent enough.

Used the evening car parking facility to attend show at the Nottingham Concert Hall for which it is conveniently situated. Competitive price of ££5 for the evening, but beware that spaces are small and we couldn't access the car park via the shopping centre after the show. Had to use the car entry ramp at the rear of the building.

This is a great shopping mall, suited for family shopping. There is a good variety of shops on 2 floors with lifts and escalators for access. For the motorist, there is plenty of parking. If you use public transport there are good bus and tram services.

Atmosphere so improved here! Nice range of shops including Pandora, where a helpful member of staff found us a replacement wedding ring at a fraction of the cost of high street jewellers. Pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this trip to the Victoria Centre, as I avoid the city centre when I can. Hubby had to drag me from Jessops, where their ground floor display was calling me like a siren 😂

A bit tired after all these years. Some parts of it have been updated but not improved. There used to be an attractive clock in there and an aquarium but now there are just some boring seats instead. There were seats here before but so much more besides. The market used to be half decent too. Now it's rubbish

Hello everyone reading and writing reviews. Two words about this shopping center. Big, bright and very colorful, full of goods and people. Christmas was in the air. An orchestra with musicians lifting people's spirits. BEAUTY.

Wish I could express my delight when I found out Queen Victoria managed to be England's year long monument in all the most famous cities where royalty meant riches. Now I get to embark on a rich journey at Victoria Centre where it all began for Nottingham~

Nice shopping centre. Must admit, was a bit uncomfortable at the amount of people not wearing masks but that is personal choice. I found it quite crowded.

Yea, it was our first time visiting the Victoria Centre, it was extremely busy and had a great lively feel to it. Any of the shops we visited were wonderful and we bought a few gifts for people. We had lunch upstairs in the Caffe Rizzoli It was absolutely beautiful food, they were busy so we had to wait a while but it was worth waiting for, the serving staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

Used to love going to Tesco's there, but since the fragrance stand has opened it is making me sick. You can hear the whiff of that stand like 50m away and unfortunately for me I hate that smell. Shouldn't a heavy fragrance retailer like that be better suited in a store of their own? Not everyone finds those smells satisfying.

Large shopping centre with a wide range of shops. A small market area on the first floor has extra items of interest. Can get very busy at times.

If you like Meadowhall in Sheffield and The Arndale Centre in Manchester you'll like this. Personally I detest all three of them but that's a personal view. Plenty of the usual shops and easy to get lost walking around. I went on a Tuesday around 11am and it was heaving with people - nearly impossible to browse the shop fronts gor people bashing into me. And then I walked around The Victoria Market on the 1st Floor up an escalator. What on Earth is going on there? It was like walking into a different planet - Deserted as you can see from my photo. I was out in 20 minutes with claustrophobia. For Sheffield people it may be of interest that there is a John Lewis store seeing as we lost ours.

Haven't been for years, nice place good shops and very clean. Disappointed in the old market upstairs, alot of stores closed down. Was in Notts for Christmas market. Also Disappointed.

  • 4/5 Natasha C. 2 years ago on Google
It looks much better now than the years gone by, but the parking is horrifically expensive for a short time. It's more expensive than many options in larger cities and the parking spaces are tiny, so, if it's full and there's little space, you have to get your kids out before you park and hope they don't run off. It was easier to get the bus as it's better connected and no parking issues. It was cheaper, too.

I bought an outfit for my son's wedding using the personal shopper facility at John Lewis. It is a free service and you are allocated 2 hours with your allotted personal stylist, (I had Lucy), in a private fitting room. Cannot recommend highly enough. Delighted with my outfit.

Great shopping centre, easy to navigate as it's long and straight with 2 floors. Has a great John Lewis store and lots of places to eat. Has an indoor market which I really should make more use of but never found anything in there I would shop from except a pet stall. Would be handy to have maps of the stores, I've never found one, or an info kiosk. Car parking at the centre isn't cheap and I keep getting lost trying to find the exit!

Nice and clean inside. Some better air con would have been nice. The shops are all open and look fresh and engaging which is a nice change to see in Nottingham with all the closures in other parts of the centre

Victoria Centre has been a lovely shopping centre since first opening in 1972. Some lovely stores to shop until you drop and then go to eat and drink in the food Hall. Let's hope the market survives, its part of the centres history after all.

A good place to go if you'd like to shop in many stores. At this time of year post businesses have sale offers on as their doing the summer/autumn change over. There are numerous eating places on both floors whether you'd like coffee and cake or a meal. One of the best and cheapest being in the market place. What it lacks in a magnificent shop front, it makes up for in quantity. Most of us customers are hard working for our pennies! The cleaners and security do their best to keep the floors as clean and safe as they can. There are plenty of toilets, which again are pleasantly clean and well stocked. It is much appreciated if you say a polite thank you to these guys and gals. Also this place has ample parking, with two hours free for disabled drivers, a minute over though finds you only getting a discounted amount off

Vibrant, busy shopping centre. Love to find different shoots to those in my resident city. Especially enjoyed dining area with good choice of street and healthy food. Parking and toilet facilities were well situated and easy to use

Loved this shopping mall. Have been visiting Nottingham for 12 years and have only just discovered the shopping centre. Love the artisan and boutique stores, and the fact that there is a large John Lewis, absolutely shoppers heaven!

  • 4/5 Matt S. 1 year ago on Google
Decent large shopping centre, it was great to see EV chargers in the car park, and not just Tesla-only super chargers, but a disappointment to see they were BP Pulse. Took over 15 minutes to start a successful charge seemingly due to poor signal. It may be worth implementing free Wi-Fi throughout the electric charge point area to allow a charge to be started reliably.

The fresh market in the upper floor is a little bit small. Also little hard to find the toilet. Anyway, it's a popular local shopping center.
