Went in boots, barely any staff on so had to wait, but the lady was polite and helpful, then to the poundshop where none of the staff were on the shop floor, the girl on the checkout was miserable and no help at all. Might have just been a bad day I hope.

Popped in for a quick look but unfortunately on this occasion they didn't have what I wanted. Still great fun looking about. Staff member that tried to help us was friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice place to visit a variety of shops to walk around

Usefully located for me. Decent amount of parking and has a great B&Q plus other shops that we use from time-to-time when we want to avoid Nottingham city centre. Always guaranteed an ice cream van on site :-)

First time I have visited. Comprehensive arena of every type of shop to browse/find what you are looking for, with lots of choices without the traffic hassle of a town/city. A good day's outing!

Decent retail park easy to find, but easy to get lost trying to find the exit, if you accidentally miss it. Maintained nice and plenty of parking spaces depending on which store you visit!

No cash point anywhere. B&q toilets stink, dont flush and are filthy! Home bargains and poundland worth a visit. jd sports and next still there and boots. Iceland factory store if you need essentials. Could do with a cafe somewhere.

Not a bad area. I don't tent to come here much because the only shop I'd use is bnq, and I will only come to this if the one down nevo doesn't have what I'm after

Met a fellow Man City fan in Next and had a good chat. If they can make sure this always happens I'll be back...

I sat in the car with playing spider solitaire while my wife had a great hour in Iceland/ Poundland and home bargains. Wonderful. And she got me 🍺.❤️ OAP TUESDAY 😂😂

Many outlets within the park, a great place to get what you need all in one place, parking can be a problem at times.

Riverside Retail Park is a large retail park located close to the centre of Nottingham. The car park is huge so parking is never a problem even if like me you often tow a large plant trailer. Situated inside the car park, there are a few burger type vans and an ice cream van so handy if you need a quick snack. It is also possible to hire a van in this retail park, which is a pretty unique service.

Good retail park in Nottingham. Easy access from Outer Ring Road (A52). Plenty of parking spaces and variety of shops, from DIY, to clothing, home and food stores. Has coffee shop too. Even if you park near one shop, can walk few minutes across retail park.

Lovely service from a very friendly young lady at the wood cutting area. You know it's going yo be a decent store if they have a cutting service. Smaller stores don't.

Lots of good shops from high fashion, DIY to car/bike accessory supplies etc. Fast food take outs including MacDonalds & Greggs. Plenty of parking but as you would expect this reduces significantly at busy times.

Poorly laid out carpark area/ paving area for pedestrians. Not flat and ground is uneven, making it difficult to manoeuvre around if you are less able. Poorly maintained.

Surprising quiet at 3:30 in the afternoon on Monday especially in the run up to Christmas so parking wasn't an issue. Got in, got my stuff and got out with no fuss

very popular place, pleasent staff and surroundings, varied menu and a very good carvery. can order and pay from table which is handy as there is, ssdly, usually one staff member taking orders at the till, filling drinks etc before moviung to the next customer which makes for slow order queue, which is the only glitch i have

Purchased Christmas arch for outside, had to be ordered in store but delivery was quick and simple.

It's a retail park basically. With a Boots, Next, B&Q and some other shops. Fine, if you like that sort of thing. A decent coffee outlet would be a good addition.

I've started to enjoy shopping at Riverside retail park again since the new improvements. JD sports is amazing with parking outside the main doors. I'm never going to the one in town again. The Home bargains store is large with some great offers and the staff are very helpful.

B&Q. Excellent range of outdoor plants, pots and decorative stones and paving. Can't wait to start my projects. Plus discount with the B&Q loyalty card.

It's coming back to life at Riverside. Home Bargains where Toys r Us used to be and a Food Warehouse opening soon. Argos has gone but I'm sure, with the new stores that plot won't remain empty for very long.

It is a large retail park very easy to get to near a park and ride. Has a large car park with ample car parking spaces. Variety of shops, very large B&Q and Boots. Some shops currently closed due to COVID19 restrictions. Those that are open are following good social distancing measures and hand sanitisation.

Some nice new stores, went to check out food warehouse by Iceland. Great store, with bigger pack of some items

B+Q was busy but finding what I wanted wasn't a problem. Parking was good too, always seemed to be plenty of spaces. The new poundland has opened too, all the good shops in one place, sorted.

This is a great little retail park with a lot to offer even sadly though Toys r us is no longer there.

There are stores for all your home needs when it comes to furniture, gardening, household goods. Doesn't have many / any food places, so if you're gonna be there picking out your home stuff for a long time, you don't have much of a choice when it comes to food or drink. There is a burger van, ice cream van and a drink dispenser at trade point, but not much more. Good place for household needs nonetheless.

Nice spread out place. Ample parking space. The biggest pound shop is here!! :)

There's a decent selection of stores at Riverside. The car parks and general feelnof the area is well maintained and feels modern. It's not the biggest shopping precinct, but I guess you'll know what you're going for if you go here. It's easily accessible by car, probably not so much by bus or tram (not sure).

Although generally good there are very few disabled parking bays out side of Argos.

Love the fact there's other outlets and eating places to make a morning or afternoon of shopping.

It's OK as a retail park, parking especially easy. Accessible from both the ring road and Nottingham City. Would definitely benefit from having a Matalan or other clothing store as Outfit is now missing. No fast food restaurants but sometimes a burger van is there. Was disappointed Toys r us did not change into a Costco. Toilets are in B and Q

There was a large parking area with easy access to the stores. The shops I visited were clean and had well stocked shelves. All the staff were helpful and the checkouts were efficient.

We wanted to go to IKEA so we came here to order some furniture. We like this Retail Park similar to the one at McCarthy Glen Retail Park off the M1 at junction 29 but a lot smaller. The parking is fine but it's quite busy at weekends All in all we often go there just for IKEA.

For me it's very handy Argos B & Q and a good burger van. Not over priced. Clean.

Shopping complex with a small variety of necessary means needed. Lots of parking and a few bargains too.
