Poor parking signage that does not comply to the BPA standards their parking agent is a member of. There are lots of signs but not where you might see them. Beware you cannot shop for more then three hours, so foget if you want to go everywhere and eat or drink.

Rubbish car park! Don’t even think about going shopping or grabbing a one-time Costa or Greggs; you won’t even make it back in time for an appointment. There is nothing like a grab-and-go facility; once you get into the car park, you will be greeted by heavy traffic getting back out, especially this time of year. Whoever designed this car park was definitely not a genius or had a thought in mind about the congestion and emissions of all engines running! I guess it is very good for the environment, and all that green stuff is what the retailers talk about!

Need to sort out the car park ASAP. Maybe a ln electronic sign with available spaces, tracking cars in and out to save people hours of queuing.

The outlets in this retail park are great - there's a wide selection of stores to cover most of your needs. The issue comes down to parking and the roundabout leading into the retail park. The markings on the car park aren't very clear and although I don't have an issue navigating around it's occasional one way system, I see often people getting confused and going the wrong way. The roundabout leading into the retail park is an absolute nightmare during busy periods. The council have tried several times to combat the issue including putting traffic lights on the roundabout, only to turn them off a week later as it made matters worse. To summaries the outlets are well stocked and for those with little ones the Smyth's toy store is excellent. I would just avoid visiting the retail park during busy periods.

Since they attempted to redesign the car park, it failed and is now even harder to get in and out of. Only bonus is a decent choice of mainstream shops including Smith's Tots that we regularly end up in 😃. No parent and toddler spaces so difficult getting smaller kids in and out safely.

There are some good shops here but my visits will be curtailed as the traffic problem is beyond ridiculous. Not sure which genius thought that blocking off one of the access points was a good idea!! I'm came here today as I thought Monday would be okay....wrong. They are still attracting big name stores, but not sure I would operate at this site to.operste as I am sure many people avoid it entirely!!

Great along as you time it right traffic wise. Great selection of shops. For me much nearer than going into City center. My favourite is Hobycraft 😍 The service in Curry's is 👏
