πŸ‘πŸ‘ It is a shame to see this store to go.... First it was the local Aldi to close down and now this one. Like local affordable stores are systematically being forced to close down in an area where the wast majority of people are retired, big families in council housing with a very low income ... Shame...

It's good place for cheap shopping. But it is not in correct place on the map! To far from original place. Fix it.

The staffs are horrible, I went there with my sister to get some stuffs as it was her first time in the UK. They were so badly behaved. They spoke to us rudely and made us feel they were doing us a favour. I'll never go back there.

Great bargins especially on the graters. Great service although they don't do services πŸ™„. Great goods for the greater good. Fantastic sale items although they don't sell sails.

Not a bad little place for grabbing home essentials for cheap. Decent range of candles, smellies and various other surprises. Some stuff out of date but it does tell you next to the price. Staff on the tills are very friendly although the guy out front can be a bit abrupt. I didn't realise you couldn't take your own bags through and he acted like i should have known.

Staff have been fine with me . I think they are following what management have told them to do . They have bills to pay just like the rest of us. Cheap on somethings. I think the management are just greedy and because the area it's located in they think the people are poor so will try and get away with belittling us.

It’s my first time being to there today around 2:20 . And the reception guy was on the phone and he was so rude . It was seriously bad service he shouted at me because i was walking in bear in mine it’s my first time being there I was excited so I was seeing some stuff in the reception area then I was walking in and he told me in a bad manner to take a shopping cart. So I told him oh I am just looking around u don’t really need one. So he said you still need one!!! What kid of service is this . Not just that the place at the front is so tight and I tried to take the big cart out and I ended up hitting few plastic cups with the cart and he shouted at me ! I was so ashamed. And he even said if you broke those you would have paid for them. Well as a Customer how am I supposed to deal with a big cart in a small space !!! So at this point I was seriously questioning if I still wanna shop here I ended up being too shy so I was liked in and turned to the exit and I left . I honestly felt so bad I couldn’t focus on anything. He even told me ( maybe if you remove those things in ur ears u will be able to see or hear what am saying!!!) seriously very bad customer service . I will never go there. The place is like a maze and if it’s your first time it’s complicated if no one shows u around in the start it’s kind of messy and scary . And to that reception man maybe if you were not on your phone and showing customers around and welcoming them in a batter manner than accidents won’t happen.

😐 Went in boots, barely any staff on so had to wait, but the lady was polite and helpful, then to the poundshop where none of the staff were on the shop floor, the girl on the checkout was miserable and no help at all. Might have just been a bad day I hope.

πŸ‘ Lots of stores here to buy everything you might require in general everyday use things! If this a few minutes away from you, this is the place I recommend to get stuff, as it has a lot of different store options.
