How rude the staff are we stood 15 min then a staff member came shouting at us because we were standing in the wrong place

AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!!!, Horrible shopping experience, went with an empty bottle to get something similar or the same. The staff was no help, just told me to do the quiz on their website, which gave me 2 fragrances that are similar didn't have either of them and then just went sorry can't help you. Asked them for the same bottle I had brought it was almost 3× the price of what's shown online. Just go to the superdrug across the street, much better experience and found the scent I wanted for 1/3 of the price at this place

Great service with a smile (but not from all staff as things started breaking down) and one staff member was getting stressed but was not her fault as the customer wouldn't accept that things had broken but all in all a great shopping experience 9/10 from me

Lots of great bargains to be had and staff were very professional and friendly.

They are super helpful if you don't know what you are looking for and have 100s of perfumes and the newest and latest ones like paco robanne and Jimmy Choo and Marc Jacobs even a new one by lady gaga and they let you smell as many as you'd like and smell amazing

Wanted to give no star. Went into this shop today with my daughter who wanted to buy some perfume. There was a male customer who had the attention of two sales assistants. They were basically chit chatting. Their conversation was not perfume related. We were totally ignored by BOTH women. We made it obvious we wanted serving by approaching the counter, yet were still ignored. The two middle aged staff just looked at us and continued gossiping!!! We left and went to The Perfume Shop that is also in the Victoria Centre a few shops down. OMG, what a contrast. Their staff were so professional and so attentive. They had a great offer on so my daughter bought two bottles of expensive perfume!

Went in the Victoria centre shop on the 2nd of November The staff that were on that were amazing 2 older lady’s and a young girl they had a laugh and made it feel normal not rushed or like I had to buy something This is the kinda staff you need to make it work Thumbs up the them gals

Fantastic I didn't remembered the perfume name I just tried to describe it she was really helpful and found it for me

Georgina was our cashier, amazing and knew her stuff. Told her what we usually wear and gave us options of what we could get. Super helpful and got us in and out in less than 10 mins!

Great place now that duty free is not happening at least I know for sure that products are genuine. Never know online.
