This
is
what
happend
So
on
the
17th
of
November
I
noticed
that
for
some
reason
I
had
two
deliveries
coming
to
my
home
so
I
called
asda
customer
service
and
cancelled
it
during
the
day
with
them
that
night
at
17.31
the
order
turned
up
at
my
house
which
I
refused
the
order
then
at
17.41
had
email
saying
it
had
been
delivered
I
called
up
asda
customer
services
at
17.52
to
say
that
I
had
refused
the
order
which
should
have
been
cancelled
I
was
told
by
member
of
your
staff
no
problem
I
would
get
my
refund
well
I
have
sent
4
emails
called
up
at
least
5
times
and
still
no
refund
so
at
this
stage
I
class
this
as
theft
the
order
number
8702286000046
for
the
amount
of
£100.88
since
all
of
this
i
have
in
contact
every
other
day
trying
to
sort
this
out
just
bad
customer
service
all
round
4
weeks
later
