Nothing bad to say Parking is ample, aisles are easy to navigate Staff that I've interacted with are super helpful Most of the time they tend to be well stocked, however there will be times where stuff isn't in stock Some days it can feel busier than normal with the rise of folks ordering online. A byproduct of covid so can make navigating the Isles tricky at times but most of the time it's fine Amazing gluten free section, and a lot of variety to boot

The last 5 occasions I've been in for a small shop. They never have any baskets at the main entrance. You have to go towards the basket tills to be lucky enough to pick one up. Today, I saw there was one but just left it for the person behind me who was also after one. It's not good enough. These baskets need to be topped up at the front 🤷🏾‍♂️

Nice big store. My only complaint was how i was dealt with by Cat on the checkout. I looked at her and said hello, but she didn't respond back, there was no smile no conversation, and she didn't even say how much my total bill was at the end, she looked miserable and dis inengaged

It my local supermarket since i moved in this area 2004. Overall i am happy but they need a backup staff for customer/ cigarette counter as some time queue goes long because of a customer brought bundle of lottery tickets or returns which required more time for one staff to handle quickly. Staff should help each other when busy one side, as every little help matters.

Always packed, staff are rude, prices gone up by over 20p per item overnight. Nothing is where it should be. Never fully stocked. Get rid and give us an Iceland or something with value for money!! Honestly gives me a panic attack knowing I'm going in here!

Good car park and reasonable petrol station. The store is large and well laid out with plenty of produce and products. Didn't see many staff but self checkouts worked well and were adequately staffed.

Just bought richmonds meat free sausages and got home to find they areTWO DAYS. Past their sell by date They we’re on the ordinary shelf. Will have to throw away. Tried to ring and advise but couldn’t get through to anyone. Obviously really bad stock management as I I can’t speak to anyone they will still be on the shelf for others to pick up. I am £2.20 out ifnpicket and not happy

The cleanliness of this store is zero zero stars the floors of the store have meters and metres of black filth on them the floors need a good wet floor scrubbing machine The toilets are disgusting The customers deserve a lot better than this especially as Asda creep their prices up each day I’ve a good mind to report the cleanliness to environmental health Derby Why can’t the store manager see the filth maybe they should go to Specsavers

Disappointed with this branch. Advertised the closing time as 6pm on New Year's day. Got there just gone 5pm to find it closed. Please ensure you post the correct closing time - many people were disappointed

I used Asda money to get US dollars and took those not used on holiday back to exchange through the buy back process. Unfortunately a notes given to me by Asda which had never left the wallet was reject for exchange as it had a small 2 mm tear on one side. The lady told me it’s a new policy not to accept any damaged notes. I pointed out that that was the state I received them from Asda Money but the staff’s attitude was that it was not there problem. I would advise not to use Asda Money, but if you do - you should inspect and reject any note with any imperfections just as they would, if you try to exchange later.

In the morning when I try to go asda for lunch/food for school, they always have to kick me out and other children too because they suspect we might steal.Even though we try to get food and lunch with our money. IT HAS CHANGED ALOT.what a disgrace.

I do love shopping at ASDA but I can't stand the staff members there especially those who have served a lifetime in the business. They are so rude and unorganised and can't communicate well at all. It really causes me frustrations and they need to be taught a lesson. During rush hours the store is like a war zone.

Whole host of various foods, wheelchair friendly, free parking, atm, clothes, toys, deli, bakery, butchers, fishmongers, whole new vegan, vegetarian and gluten free products available, offers on multiple buys, masks are still preferred. Clean toilets with disabled and mother and baby unit, pharmacy and tobacconist with a separate business inside that does key cutting of different types, also a dry cleaning service and you can hire a rug doctor here along with key cutting and discs

This is what happend So on the 17th of November I noticed that for some reason I had two deliveries coming to my home so I called asda customer service and cancelled it during the day with them that night at 17.31 the order turned up at my house which I refused the order then at 17.41 had email saying it had been delivered I called up asda customer services at 17.52 to say that I had refused the order which should have been cancelled I was told by member of your staff no problem I would get my refund well I have sent 4 emails called up at least 5 times and still no refund so at this stage I class this as theft the order number 8702286000046 for the amount of £100.88 since all of this i have in contact every other day trying to sort this out just bad customer service all round 4 weeks later Good Afternoon Nathan, I’m contacting you on behalf of the ASDA Payment Team regarding the refund for your order no: 8702286000046. I really apologise that you didn't receive the refund. I can completely understand your concern. Thank you for your patience with this matter. I have investigated the order and upon checking I found that your order was delivered from our end. I would like to inform you that I am unable to process the refund as the order was delivered. In this case, I request you that if you have refused the order, please check with the nearest Asda store, one of our colleague will happy to help you regarding the further investigation. If you have any further questions, please let us know and we will be more than happy to help. Kindest Regards, Dolly Asda Payments Team

I like shopping here when it opens at 0600hrs. There's virtually no one here and the shelves are stocked with fresh foods that have long used-by dates. It's a quiet, serene experience. Using the Scan & Go app makes it even better. If you do need any help while you're there, the staff are friendly and approachable. Asda's prices aren't too bad but I have noticed that my weekly shop is around £10 more than it was just a few short weeks ago

I absolutely detest the new layout of the store, what I loved about it before is that I knew where everything was which made my shopping trip extremely quick and my anxiety wouldn't kick in but now I have to walk around the store having to find the items I want because they've been moved. And half the time I have to get most of my items from other stores because they never seem to be in stock at asda. Me and my mom have the decision we're gonna online good shop from now on.

Asdas days of 'happy to help' are long gone. This store has gone downhill. Clean is a mess, dirty, no staff. Car park is now a food court. EG group ownership of Asda has taken it to the gutter.

Damien (ginger, Ed Sheeran look alike), and Karen from tabacconist from sinfin Asda, are what make the world a better place!, they go above and beyond even tired at end of shifts dealin with customers like us even when being put through ultimate people and numerous calls to support centres to get our own money back !!!Nobody wanted to know or deal with us and made us never want to shop in another Asda again in our entire life!!!!… everyone was so unhelpful and rude apart from these two people and a young girl with long brown hair, from self scan tills did pop her over to ask if we needed help with a smile which was nice but me and partner totally can’t thank Karen and Damien enough for their help and will shop in Asda again because of this and use their services and never forget the heart and speed they dealt with us and other customers like we were real humans not robots-totally restored all faith in humanity, can honestly say after such a bad few weeks these people have touched our hearts for there work ethic and professional ability to deal with the problem there and then!!, fair play to Damien this guy can run a business single handed and Karen could be his co pilot they r a dream team, we r not from Derby and rarely leave reviews unless necessary but I can tell you now I would hire these pair To run my empire- i would like to find these when I am successful and hire them to take complete control n trust their judgement and ability for people skills and professional decisions that none else wanted to take any interest in!, these two people will go far in life in one way or another!! Massive heart tonight ❤️ I can point out I was at the end of my tether with Asda service until these people!!!

Nice big store that sells most things. Separate pharmacy, currency bureau, cigarette counter, clothing section, bakery and a cafe. Nice friendly staff here. Very few tills left though. I was happy to see they still have sanitizer and cleaning stations. There are other shops outside too such as Birds, charity shops etc.

😠 Can't believe Google allowed a review from someone called taz publically body shaming and bullying someone in a supermarket for doing her job. Shame on Google and shame on taz for turning up 15 mins before closing on Xmas eve when staff have family to go home to.

😠 Lovely friendly staff. I always feel that the Co-Op charges customers the absolute maximum it can get away with, for every single item, while the food really isn't anything special. On comparison, I have found many items to be a third more than they cost in other supermarkets. It doesn't feel nic...
