Good customer service down stairs in menswear. Bought 2 3 piece suit and 2 shirts and two pairs of shoes. I had taken my own tape measure. Assistant advised how to take measurements.

Good quality products as usual. The lady at check out was amazing, very polite and through. I could not refus her offer of having their credit card.

Oredered shoes online. Picked them up from the store, tried them on at home and found that they were too small. The very next day went to the store to see if I could get them exchanged for a different size and was told they will not accept them back as they have been worn... Nice. Thanks guys, it must be very common for people to weardown painfully small shoes in 1 day and then ask for a different size. Smart of you to catch me. Now I have to ship them using Royal Mail back to their warehouse instead. You sure showed me... I sense that promotion is coming soon. Overal - Decent quality and prices.

U need big pockets in hear.very weird things .the pineapple dress was on sale for,,,,£1399.99.yes I spelled it correct .over a grand .we had a good trying wonderfully beautiful dresses on .u can sit in lush posh seats an be waited on with coffees in this shop.we was looking 4 bridesmaid dresses,something special..

Nice store, well presented staff. They knew product, could answer questions, and were very helpful. Also were tactful and consideration as given with dealing with disabled customer in offering the right amount of help.

Very good customer service. Was looking for a suit for my son and the online price was cheaper than the instore price so they said that they would match it to which I got about £50 off. Fantastic.

Burton store in Nottingham City England is having pretty admirable designs such as equaliser boy - girl pants, executive shoes that represents a city in really a city styles extra.

Burtons is my go-to place for menswear. The staff are always helpful and cheerful, and I can always find something to my taste here. Hope it stays around for a long time!

Bad service, over forceful staff trying to get my elderly mother to get a Burtons store card, had to intervene and clearly say no after she had several times. I won't be shopping here again.

Very good staff on hand to help and advise, also good quality clothes and shoes at a reasonable prices
