This Boots store is generally very busy but it has all the basics you need and the pharmach staff are very helpful and considerate. Its great that the store is attached to Victoria Centre as you can get on with the rest of your shopping without having to travel very far too. Really selection of gifts to choose from too.

This is a large boots over 2 floors with a lift for pushchairs and wheelchairs. It has everything a boots store would sell. It also has an optician and a pharmacy and a medical centre in it. Staff are lovely and polite. It is easy to navigate to find things but there are always plenty of staff to help you if you can't find something.

Very upset after getting phizer on a late appointment at boots and couldn't get out of car park and felt poorly. Boots need to be mindful people need to go home to feel safe and well after being inoculated and not stuck in a car park feeling ill behind the wheel for an hour

Great store and huge. Lots of choice and also self scan available if you are in a hurry. Often worth checking out what offers they have, as you can save quite a bit.

Visited the Dior counter here to source a particular gift for Christmas, and the staff were very helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. There are treatment rooms for some NHS therapies, eg: acupuncture. Pharmacy is usually very busy though.

Horrible place to shop. Foot cream doesn't come under skin care. Were sent upstairs then told we were queuing on the wrong side for the evil self service checkouts and blocking a fire door. There were no signs. Asked for someone to serve me and told there were 25 tills downstairs. Went down to only find more self service. Keep your foot cream boots. I'm not coming back .

I'm sorry to hear that Victoria Centre is closing. I love going to boots. I get Christmas cards and presents for my family. They are very nice to me and they help me with my illness. I can talk to them, and they listen to me and help me through the life that I have to put up with my pain. If you shut Victoria Market, where am I going to go for prescriptions and seek help for my pain. The council never think of anyone but themselves. Shame on you.

Boots has medicine for all purposes and has a separate prescription corner at the back of the store where you can consult qualified doctors.

On Saturday the 24th of November myself my wife and 80 year old mother in law went to town to do some Xmas shopping, we knew it was black Friday but we got treated like cattle in a pen. We purchased certain items of perfume and toiletries and headed to, what we thought was a pay till, "NO" after 10 to 15 minutes of standing in a queue, a boots employee came up to us and said "you can't pay here it's returns only", there was no signs , no inkling of what till to go on , we then joined the rest of the sheep in the the self service queue. Yes this was busy, and we were ushered one after the other to certain points by another boots employee shout at the top of his voice, " this till is free"3 or 4 times . This was a terrible experience not for me but for my wife and especially my mother in law. I know its Xmas but come on get some signage up, it's not rocket science.

Customer Care — 64812306 I haven't received any response since October regarding my gift card refund due to your technical issue. Despite multiple emails, I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and resolution. Is this the standard for a large organization's customer care? Please refund my gift card promptly or I'll pursue additional measures.

Visited the perfume dept today and asked about the perfume sale. The assistant lacked basic customer service skills and was patronising and rude, as if it isn't her job to answer questions. Won't be spending anymore of my money there.

Not every generic medicine is available there at Mary Potter, which was a bit inconvenient as I had to order online then pick it up from them some days later

Pharmacy is getting worse clearly struggling to deal with the amount of customers they have now. Losing prescriptions and long ques every time I have been in. It's a shame as the one that was at broadmash was fantastic

Boots is considered one of the largest stores at the entrance to Victoria Center, and it consists of two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. It contains all the necessary supplies for cosmetics and perfumes for men and women, and there is an attached pharmacy.

Optician team really friendly and welcoming. Was in and out quickly. The optician was amazing too - hope I get him next time. Good range of services and great range of frames.

I use this boots for buying makeup and prescriptions. They’ve got a large selection for everything boots offer. The line is usually long for the prescription but the staff is always helpful. I once had to over wait half an hour for a prescription after getting to the end of the line but I’m a patient person and understand they were trying their best with my prescription.

Got the email 4th November that the medication was ready to collect, went for it 11th and waited 50 minutes because it wasn't prepared. No "sorry", "apologies", nothing. Had to queue twice. The queue was long both times with only one till open. No one complained or said anything. I did. God, people are so sheepish.

On Friday 11th November i decided to spend my free 10 pounds off no7 voucher. Had a mini makeover from Suzie on the No7 counter in Victoria Centre . Got good advice x I didn't feel awkward at all. Pleased with the result and all my new make up. Thanks Suzie.

Appalling customer service in the pharmacy. At times when nobody can get appointment in GPs pharmacists refusing to sell basic healthcare products which are available online on many platforms with 24 hours delivery. Their sense of superiority and self indulgence are pouring out of their checkout tills.

Booked a flu jab online. All carried out on time and without any fuss. Didn't feel a thing. Really convenient place in the Victoria centre. Would recommend.

They gave an appointment of 2 p.m and kept me waiting till 2:40 as if my time wasn't valuable for them. Apart from the waiting the eye checkup was extremely good. The price was also ok compared to other competitors.

Melodie on the makeup no7 stand. Is absolutely amazing!! She took time on helping me find my perfect match, actually listening and helping match things with my awful skin. I have tried so many brands and even had help before from the benefit stand. But they was nothing like Melodie, she didn't make me feel rushed and actually recommend different products that will help with my skin. She gave me a sample to try to see if It worked for my skin and it was spot on, no breakout, no flakey sore skin! I will be back later today to buy the products she recommended. Honestly the girl needs a payrise. Thank you so much Melodie 🥰

Donna; (I hope I’ve spelt the name right) in the Clinique section of the cosmetics, is one of the loveliest customer service assistants I’ve ever come across. So very considerate and kind! All the staff seem to be lovely in every part of the store but she stands out!

One of the best services I’ve ever received at the pharmacy. The wait was long but that’s just how it is sometimes. They were really nice and understanding, apologising for the wait and my phone had ran out of battery and the pharmacist was concerned about how I would get home so kindly let me charge my phone for 5 minutes to allow me enough battery to book an Uber. He also called my usual pharmacy to sort my prescription out because my phone had died - really above and beyond. So so impressed and thankful

Good amount of products and brands here. My favourite boots to go too. The only negative was there was a DJ there at the time and it was suuuuper loud and extremely hot in there, I wanted to do a big big skincare shop but it was overwhelming

Utterly shocking .appointment cancelled .notification sent too late ...complaints number was a answer machine with no reply to date.new appointment made 1months time after already waiting a month. Looks nice and shinny but still broken

Went in to get three photo prints off my phone. Couldn't have been easier and the prints came out fast but still of high quality. Very impressed.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. They asked me to wait 15mins at the beginning, I told the staff that I’ll be back with a coffee within 15mins. When I came back to collect the medicine, it wasn’t ready. They actually kept my order aside and asked me to wait another 15-20mins. The staff was rude and giving me a careless attitude. Undoubtedly this is my last visit in this pharmacy. Unprofessional staffs!

This Boots is really pretty good. The self checkout machines here are very sensitive, so you can launch your meal deal across the scanner with absolute reckless abandon as the small act of excitement within your working day. The meal deals themselves also outshine competitors, I will walk past the work cafeteria, two Tescos, and even a Waitrose for Boots’ ‘No Chicken Salad’ sandwich. Miles ahead of the game. The checkouts themselves often have a considerable queue at lunch time, despite the sheer number of machines available. The layout of the checkout area means unless you’re hyper focused on the situation at hand you can struggle to see any free machines between the mass of bodies all desperate for their sandwiches. The attendants try their best to herd people, but there’s really only so much you can do. Over the new year my partner came over from Cardiff, and was shocked at the sheer size and range of the store. I’d never really thought about it, but perhaps this makes sense with Boots being a Nottingham company! This particular Boots store, much to its credit, lacks the sense of ennui that seems present in most others: the Riverside branch makes me feel like I might have ended up in Purgatory. Not the Victoria Centre store though, I’ll keep coming back here until I find a better job or Hell freezes over x

👍👍 First time experience at this salon. Paulo was my stylist. From the moment I arrived he made me relaxed. His knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm were incredible. He clearly has such a lot of pride in his work. I absolutely love my new style and will definitely be making another appointment wit...
