Dear Tesco. Last Monday gone, I went into your fine establishment and purchased your “25 piece boneless chicken selection with the intent on dining like a king while my wife was out, crying in a corner with only your crispy, breaded poultry to comfort me. Imagine my shock horror to discover that there were only 24 pieces of your delicate, crispy chicken. My evening was ruined! Good day to you sir. Kind regards, Sam

Prices are just ridiculous at this point. There’s an understanding you have to maximise profit margins but to the point where it literally becomes unethical. This store is taking advantage of students. Since Aldi disappeared, prices increased constantly to the point where some products are double what they originally were. I URGE ANYONE TO GET TRANSPORT OR AN UBER TO AN ALDI/LIDL OR ANY OTHER STORE. YOU WILL SAVE LITERALLY 50% Now the reason for this not being a 1 star is that, the workers in tescos are actually very friendly and their service is great.

Quite busy here when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. We usually buy milk here for our daughter to drink during our stay in Nottingham. She likes to look at the small section of toys and Pokémon related items. The fruits are usually pretty fresh here as well and sometimes we get some. Overall, quite pleased with this store.

Prices obviously gone up since rebrand, as everyone’s aware. Choice still way more than an express so why it couldn’t have been simply rebranded to a ‘normal’ Tesco I don’t know, well I suppose I do! Obviously stock issues at the moment, but tend to go in for lunch and always a fairly reasonable selection for the meal deal at £3; so can’t really go wrong. Team that work on the self checkout have always been super friendly, have the patience of saints and are an amazing asset to the brand. There’s been some staff work in there a long time and it’s good to see them still there. No problems with the staff whatsoever.

Unhelpful staff , prices are expensive, I used to come here alot but not very often now . Checkout staff are god dame miserable. Still cheaper at aldi to say you price match I don't think so..

If you like being pestered by sales people on your way out every time you go in then this is the Tesco for you. If you don’t then I’d properly stay away

The service was poor today. There was money in my gift card. They did something wrong when they counted the money for me, saying that there was no money in the card. They were wasting my time. They were happily shopping and were made unhappy to go home. , This kind of thing happened at 3:30 this afternoon,

Lovely and friendly security guard here. I don't know his name. But always very kind. And the staff are very helpful

The sales lady on my checkout was probably the most helpful person I have ever seen in a shop...ever! The lady ahead of me was in a wheelchair-the checkout lady not only packed the customer's shopping, but walked around to her, to place the shopping in the wheelchair's hold all. This lady is an absolute star and a credit to Tesco.

I always go there and I always get amazing service on cash tills from Indian lady or from older English guy, they are always very polite! This time there was a new white girl, blonde, little chubby. Not only did I not hear a greating from her, but the way she just said - 4 POUNDS!!!! Without any please, nothing, not even thank you, when passed the money. This must be a joke... I go there every day I spend hundreds of pounds per month and this is what I get. Despicable disgusting behaviour of typically bored English teenager who is trying to pick up some extra job while treating people like dogs. I'd rather have a ride to Lidl thanks! At least they not that overpriced. Happened around 4ish first cash till 28/11/23.

Clean polite staff..rather expensive,...but ok for a few items

Was in the store this evening, payed for my items, at the self service. Packed my items and preceded to leave. I then was stopped by security and told to unpack my bags back at the self service. Had to unpack everything,. All items were accounted for. I understand that mistakes happen having worked in retail myself. But the staff and security didn’t have any remorse for the insult, I suggest Tesco work on their common decency towards customers especially when they’re in the wrong and learn to apologise Thanks for being awful at your jobs.

I can appreciate that it is difficult to see a customer when you are pushing goods around the store. However, when you do barge straight into someone, the least you could do is apologize

Great store. Open late and well stocked. It's a must on my way out of town, if I need something I know they will have it

I've just been into Tesco Victoria Centre Nottingham to look at the phone chargers. The one I looked at didn't say if it was fast charging or not. The lady who personally showed me where to find them was so helpful. She took me to the customer service desk with the item to check if it was fast charging. Unfortunately it wasn't. The service I got from this lady was second to none. Please thank her for her service. Her name is Joy.

I was abused by an Indian sales man later english manger. I have paid for my Item later they stop me on the door and accused me that I haven’t paid . I have shown the proof of purchase and they mentioned me it’s is ghost transaction . Later I have called to my bank and they confirmed me that I have paid . They took my Item and ask me to pay again .

Never a problem. Shelf's was stocked and not too busy. Staff friendly.

Fast service, large selection of products.

Good selection and friendly staff but it’s way too expensive and not fair on people like me who can’t get deliveries and have no choice to shop here as it’s the only food shop within walking distance since Aldi closed down. A lot of the products cost 10% more than at the big Tesco stores. They used to sell a 4 pack of burgers for £2.85, they’ve now stopped stocking them so the alternative is the Finest burgers which are now £4.05. They also never have their own brand chips in stock so the only alternative is to buy McCain chips which are almost double the price, and they never have their own brand washing up liquid either, so I have to buy Fairy liquid which is over double the price for a smaller bottle. It was much better as a Tesco Metro, and they are taking advantage during a cost of living crisis.

I like the store but I have been man handled pulled about after leaving the store by the security and wrongly accused of shoplifting and no sorry from the security guard just aload of abuse when I complained to the manager she said she take care of it. Its assault. This Asian security guard should be told not to touch people or pull people about unless they court you stealing not just leaving after spending £30 in store . Totally disgusting how bullys and aggressive people take work in such a family environment.
