Argos is great, helpful staff and quick service. The EE store is exceptional - would always recommend going into store to speak with the team there for any issues and they always get you great deals on phones. They're also super honest and let you know how much data you are actually likely to need rather than always upselling to maximum contracts. Store manager is very friendly - even when busy and he's juggling three different customers at once he's on it. Cannot recommend enough.

Large Argos selling all household goods by a catalogue system. Prices are not too high and the staff, I found, where very helpful. The approach to the shop, I found, was wanting a really good face lift. Come on Long Eaton council do something about the look of the entrance

Wasn’t going to take it to doing a review what’s the way we were treated in the long Eaton store by staff and especially manager Craig what is disgusting has offered 10% to keep this tumble dryer as it is clearly a fire hazard I refused I expressed that this is dangerous I was then told to wait outside in the rain for a refund the manager Craig could’ve dealt with this in a lot easier and simpler way and acknowledged the fault as I spoke to Argos on the phone before I went to the store and was told that this was very clearly their fault The manager of the store should clearly be assessed as to be offering people 10% for something that is clearly a fire hazard he needs to get his eyes and brains checked

Just as Argos, you better know what you are looking for and search for it on their site because the screens indoors for placing the order are sooooo sloooow, just like a Windows 95 machine... Still happy with the service because they have the most of the online offer

Never have anything they advertise in stock!!!! EVER!!!! everything I want "sorry not in stock" well what do you stock???? Clearly nothing! Not available is all I read! Worst app ever!

Excellent customer service! Very polite and helpful ladies. Came to pick up 2 big heavy boxes and had my car parked quite far away. They have happily kept my boxes safe while I reparked my car closer to store and even gave me a sack truck which helped a lot to get those boxes to my car. Thank you all again for your help, really appreciate it! You are awesome !

Great customer service when I had to return an item. My second choice was not in stock at this (my local) store but I was offered free home delivery later that day. Item duly arrived a few hours later and works perfectly. Really impressed with level of service. Thank you Argos!

friendly yet professional staff,clean smart uniform,place clean & well lit,went to collect item that had been put on side for us,checked that all items were in box before exchanging collateral & this was no trouble for the employee.

Ordered electric shaver fron argos on opening box noticed small hairs on looking at the box closer I noticed the security seal had a piece of sellotape stuck over it on contacting argos they arranged for the item to be collected and a replacement item delivered at the same time but now say I've got to pick it up from store whice will be impossible as my local store closed permanently.poor customer service
