I realise i'm wasting my time doing this review because big companies don't have to care, but i will anyway. TESCO'S LONG EATON, i stopped by there on 06/06/23 and decided to have a coffee + sandwich. Ordered a small Cappuccino and Ham Cheese toastie. When i got the toastie the bread wasn't toasted properly and soggy, the cheese was on the outside of the toast which i've never seen before, and all for the princely sum of £4.25+ £2.95 for the coffee. What a disgraceful service. AVOID this cafe if you want decent food and service and a reasonable price.

Terrible service Only a fraction of the tills open, long queuing absolutely atrocious management of tills and staff oh and it would be helpful if just one time ALL the escalators were functional So update several weeks later and nothing has changed 10 mins to shop and twice that to pay because only a few tills being used absolutely terrible the management need to address this asap!?!

Very largeTesco supermarket trying to sell everything from food to clothes that could have been bought on the high street. Great idea in one sense but putting little shops, I feel, out of business. A lovely cafe for a quick drink or snack and very near to toilets. There is easy parking in a large carpark underneath the shopping area, with lifts and travelators travelling to all floors. At busy times the lifts are congested so be prepared for a wait. Staff are friendly and helpful

Quiet, poor customer service, 1 staff on customer service counter/ cigarette counter, long wait considering amount of staff doing very little. Also is it too much to ask for prices, the amount of times I go for 5-10 items sometimes (most of the time) less than a quarter have prices displayed. Very poor considering most items can be bought elsewhere for half the Tesco price and have customer service. They also removed loads of tills and replaced with self serve tills i regularly wait in a 20 strong line while half the self serve tills are closed off????

I visited the mobile phone department during a very busy Wednesday morning. Even though there was a queue, Cayman (who was working alone) kept calm and collected, giving all his customers a very friendly service. Cayman took time to help me with my SIM issue and I left with everything I needed. He’s a credit to your store.

Often a long wait at the tills. Lots of checkouts were removed over a year ago to make way for card-only self service checkouts which have never been used! I'm a fan of self-service but why are half the terminals stood doing nothing!

Tesco (long Eaton Eaton) easy, quick and simple. Go in look for the signs, do your shop go to the till, pay leave, go home!

Standard Tesco (apart from the size which is large) Good selection of groceries and home stuff. Cheap it isnt.

Wanted to try a pair of jeans, the fitting rooms were out of action since covid and wasn't able to try them on ,and the staff I asked was happy enough to see me go without purchase, I think the staff need to be trained in customer service....

I want to give credit where it is due as 2 young ladys on the self service checkouts Kelly Jackson and Aimee Hodson are so helpfull nothing is to much trouble for them always with a smile when they are so busy!! and their knowledge is brilliant which has really helped me a couple of times!! And makes my trip there more enjoyable!! Excellent Service!!!

Tesla Extra - means you need extra patience. Tonight I tried to make a small purchase of about 10 items. Most of the self checkouts were faulty and the one attendant was running around trying to keep it moving. Not one till was open as staff preferred to have a chat. I gave up and left my shopping.

Short dates on all products, you can't do a weekly shop here, everything goes out of date the next day or at most 2 days later. Probably to encourage you to shop more but it's had the opposite effect on me. I won't be returning. I don't have time nor inclination to do a food shop more than once per week.

Absolutely sick to the teeth trying to shop here nowadays .tills queuing down the Isles self-service now down to one cash till so stand for ages waiting for the one till .you've changed to mostly card only which then takes days to come off your bank balance .anybody think why don't you just change it vaccinated tills only because it seems all the sheep are happy to pay on card .massive stores shutting down the small shops yet hardly sweet fa on most of the shelves if it's in date .

3 VERY DISRESPECTFUL MEMBERS OF STAFF COMPLAINING ABOUT A BABY CRYING. WHAT WOULD THEIR REACTIONS BE IF ALL THE OTHER BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUALS IN OUR SOCIETY WENT IN ??SHAME ON YOU TESCO 😕 HAVEN'T YOU HEARD OF INCLUSIVITY????

on arriving home after a big shop, we found that we had been Charged £5 for a fruit Platter,that we had not purchased, l checked on the internet, what it looked like, because we live 14 miles from tesco long eaton,, l went on the phone, after about one hour l gave up pressing buttons 1 2 3 4 etc , l tried tesco HQ, and the same happens there, its impossible to talk to a person

I go ASDA becauseTesco is not good,the security chase's after you for not buying anything and the prices are higher in Tesco fuel prices across the street are ridiculous the food at Tesco is ok but ASDA is in a league of it's own with better selection in food and petrol prices being lower plus Tesco put a McDonald's outside their store to try and attract more customers but I don't fall for it😒😒

Queued for 20 minutes for stamps at customer service desk. Only 1 person dealing with everything from lottery tickets to clothing returns. Very annoyed to be told no second class stamps so had to pay extra for first class. Totally unacceptable customer service. First and last time I go there.

I always get amazing treatment in this store with my service dog. I arrived this morning around 6am. My service dog has his harness stating he is a service dog sitting on a pillow in my trolley. I was challenged by a member of staff letting me know dogs can't be in the store. As soon as I showed my lanyards for Autism, Anxiety and ADHD as I pointed to my dogs harness she apologised straight away. Dawn Smith is a fantastic member of staff. She was just doing her job in a non confrontational way and then turned into such a kind lady and very helpful. I was going to leave feedback via the card with the QR code but it didn't have 4 digits and I didn't collect my receipt DOUHHH. I thought this would be nice. 6am is now officially my new shopping hours due to is being quiet 😊😊 Thank you so much xxx
