Won’t be going in again now , couldn’t get what I need too many people , got to tills woman in front had problem went over to the next till someone was charged wrong so had to wait , been at work since 4am was now 1pm , just let people on tills do refunds /price changes would speed things along save people waiting, Don’t want to get Covid again so won’t be going in here it’s too stressful and too busy will pay extra and go elsewhere .

Walked out within 2 minutes after being stopped and constantly followed by your security staff . I've never even been in the shop before in my life and ended up walking out without my stuff. Absolute discrimination and vile intimidation by your security guards even when I raised it to your staff they weren't bothered . Will never be coming back again .

A great shop with a reasonably good sized car park and great prices When you have been to one Aldi, you have pretty much seen them all, they all have friendly, helpful staff are spotlessly clean and have a great range of products and the layout is always familiar, from the flowers and plants by the entrance to the bakery as you walk through the door, dairy products at the rear of the shop and an eclectic mix of themed bargains in the middle isles.

I don't shop here as often as I should, went in with a friend and found some really great offers and the food is delicious. Lurve their seasonal item's.

The staff who work on the checkouts and stocking shelves are lovely, can't fault them at all. It's the security guard. Last few times he's followed me round on every single aisle, thought I was being paranoid at first but this happened over and over again and my partner even noticed when I went in with them. I complained in store about it as the last time he even started shouting after me "if I have a problem" over and over because I shook my head at the fact he was talking me. I've never spoken to him directly I've never stolen anything in my life, I don't have my hood up or face covered, I'm not aggressive I'm polite to everyone, I'm wearing Pokémon crocs I'm not a threat. I have a full DBS for my job too I'll happily take in and show him but why should I have to? The manager did speak to him last time because I complained in store but I've just gone in today and he's doing the same thing again and this time he followed me to the self service, watched me pay (I even got the receipt) and then stopped me as I left and made me empty my pockets. This isn't acceptable behaviour I've not done anything to warrant him to treat me like a criminal. I don't understand what I've done to wrong this man but it honestly sucks to feel like you've done something wrong when you haven't. I've rang customer services this time clearly he has an issue with me for whatever reason he's dreamt up in his head but I won't be shopping there again, not until he's gone or it's somehow resolved lil. Which is a shame really because until a few weeks ago I didn't have an issue with going there and it is so much cheaper than Asda but I'll end up losing my mind and temper with how I'm being treated.

As expected, clean shopping area, good choice of fresh fruit and vegetables. Had my cheese and bacon crisp bakes, and I spent some time managing to find a few items that I needed, while he was looking round the centre aisle.

Good range of produce. Some self service tills available.

Very busy, but served very quickly at check out, thankfully didn't have to resort to self check out.

I don't think some people realise how much they could save on their weekly shop by shopping here...the brands they sell are as good as or better than name brands....and far cheaper...wake up people...!!

Small car park, but free. Very cramped aisles, so only enough room for one trolley. Great choice with some very clever copies of branded products. Usual bun fight at the few open check outs or the self-service. Staff surly but OK.

Has gone down hill certainly product wise speaking. Fresh produce never seems to last, bags of potatoes are bad after a few days, we have had yoghurts not lasting well within use by date and that's just a few examples.. Their large magnum washing up liquid is a joke, better off just using hot water. The staff are always friendly and helpful mind you so not all bad.

Aldi never let's me down we have been shopping here every weekend for about 3 years and it nearly always has everything we need or want with a little extra surprise of the middle isle. Staff have always been great.

Great choices at excellent quality and value. Opens late too! Love the middle isles, excellent bargains! 👏👍 Best of all the meat packs are cardboard for easy recycling! Well done Ashfields meats and Aldi! 👍👍👍

Good food and prices, you get a lot more for your money than the main retailers. Will visit again. Popped in for a big food shop, found a few extra gifts for Xmas along with most of my shop and some lovely veg and still not spent as much as previously.

Excellent value for money, the cereals are so similar to well known brands I can barely tell the difference same with Alot of other products too. My only issue is the shear lack of choice available in all the Aldi's I have visited, they just don't offer the choice or quality of premium products. Cheap and cheerful 👍🏼

Very busy, probably because it was lunchtime, lots of different types of food, love all the variety. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Always enjoy going to Aldi it's my local and very good competitive prices staff are always friendly and welcoming never really had a problem there shelves are always stocked and clean and checkouts aren't as bad as everyone makes out they don't throw your shopping at you or do it really fast it all falls off yes they are fast but not what people make it out I have seen the staff be patient with the elderly and even help bag there shopping

I really enjoyed going its the first time in a few years and apart from not being able to find things ( the layout had changed in 2 years hehe.) I would certainly go again I got lots of items that were cheaper here than tesco. I was pleased they now have the smaller trolleys aswell, ideal if your just shopping for 1 or 2.

Aldi is pretty good and cheaper than most supermarkets, this particular branch in long Eaton last couple of weeks has had a few empty spaces on the shelves and also some products are intermittent, buy them one week and then they seem to disappear. Also keep an eye on prices, not all products are cheap!
