Great coffee. As good as the Beeston Nottingham Costa.

Since I had last been in the counter has been changed and looks a lot brighter and fresher.

Such lovely staff, yes it's a big giant corporate chain but the staff make it feel like a little local cafe. I sat in today and the amount of people who came in and staff straight away said "hi *name* usual?" was crazy. It was busy and they just banged out orders, they saw one girl come in and by the time she got to the till she only had to pay and take the tray away as they knew what the whole order would be. They genuinely seem to get on with each other and it's just nice to see Of course if they ask if you want cream or marshmallows in your drink it's going to cost more, why would that be free? It's called up selling. I pay extra for jam with my croissant...... why? Because jam costs money. Yes it's noisy it's a busy vibrant place and making coffee is noisy, it's clean and decent and I don't understand the negative comments.

Its what it is a coffe shop. Unfortunately at the time we visited there wasn't a great savoury selection available though

Was a pleasant time was warm in store and staff was excellent. Food and drink was served hot and with a smile

I popped in as I fancied a coffee frap got to be the best one I've ever had made to perfection. All the staff are amazingly friendly I'm not surprised it's so popular. Thank you for a lovely experience

Terrible experience at Costa Long Eaton! Barista asked if I would like whipped cream and marshmallows with my hot chocolate, however neglected to inform me that it comes at an additional cost! Very sneaky behaviour. Furthermore, the cake was the driest cake I’ve ever eaten, I genuinely struggled to even swallow one mouthful, it was so dry the cake crumbled into little pieces when cut into it. Would give a wide birth! Probably better going to a weatherspoons, and that’s saying something!

This is a really nice branch of Costa, and I'm having to revise my long-held view that their coffee is never strong enough. My americano was delicious - my barista specifically told me it would contain three shots and asked if I wanted it weaker. Which, of course, I didn't. The staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. An enjoyable visit.

It's very noisy in here, not helped by a staff member banging empty milk jugs on the metal counter above the volume of music. The toasties are cooked too long, Saturday's was incinerated to the point the cheese at the edges was burnt. Nice hot drinks, friendly staff, clean surroundings. If you can sort the noise & reduce the cooking temperature /timer, it's great

Great coffee and snacks with plenty of places to sit. It does get busy in the mornings but the wait isn't long unless you're in a rush.

Haven't been into a high street Costa in over 5 years. It was great that they would do a split shot ( 1 shot decaffeinated and 1 shot caffeinated) which no costa has done before. But the coffee is still not the quality of Nero's or even Starbucks.

They are Friendly staff and serve good quality drinks, also a clean environment, but was a little wait for the drinks.

My coffee and my partners was cold enough to drink in one go. Service was fast but spoilt by the coldness of the coffee.

Great sweet nectar from the coffee machine, the staff are always great will to help happy and friendly and the coffee is always the best coffee around I always Try the new blend if offered. Great work guys.
