Stunning park, visited on a cold early spring day. Would like to see it in the summer, beautifully clean and kept well. Haunting towering war monument which looked to have a figure standing in one of the windows. Lovely play park and stream running through. Beautiful aviaries and cafe attached to museums on park grounds.

A very pretty park with lots and lots of flowers !! A small park for children. Two small lakes. A band stand, toilets, the bell tower. There is a cafe but unfortunately it was closed. Plenty of places to picnic.

A great place to relax on vacation Although the park is not big But it offers a lot more attractions than other British parks Can bring fun and satisfaction to tourists Except for the most famous tower in the middle It also has a small lake Birds often stay in the lake to rest The scenery is very pleasant There are also many very cute squirrels walking around here There is also a Bell that has been used before Introduced the previous history here But relatively The lack of space and the overcrowded parrots seem very cruel to watch... Many parrots are constantly chewing off their feathers because they are trapped here. They have to live in this poorly lit and crowded space I really don’t recommend it... Other than that, overall this park is very comfortable.

Really enjoyed my time at the park, definitely well worth a visit. The book benches were lovely, the flower beds were gorgeous, exotic birds aviary was fascinating and the Charnwood museum was free and absolutely fantastic. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Nice and clean public space, adjoining the museum and aviary place. A war memorial monument is strategically located in the park.

Great green flag park just out of Loughborough Town centre. Plenty of amenities including a cafe and museum as well as children's play area, band stands and ponds. Lovely dog walking area with pathways that snake around the park. In the centre there is a giant bell tower.

Beautiful "oasis" in Loughborough... Really enjoyed the Bell Festival with the Carrilon, the band and the Morris dancers... Cafe for a good lunch too. Shame about the rain but it was still a good afternoon out...

Very pleasant. Was there with my son ex partner and twins and had a pleasant afternoon out. The park was very clean and people were enjoying the sun 🌞 for a change in July 2023.

If you like birds you should definitely visit this gorgeous park. You will get to see parakeets, budgies, parrots, finches… they are taken care very well. They have everything they would need in wild. Its a great park!

Bit of an oasis in the middle of busy town. Can be busy in the park and kids playground in good weather. Grounds are very well looked after and with aviary and small museum gives kids plenty distractions! Also has cafe next to museum.

It's always nice to wander around a park. The carillon was open, so we climbed up it. It's a cheap thing to do, 50 pence for us oaps and the views are amazing but a very hard climb. We found out about its history from some very informative guides. We went into the cafe for lunch the sandwiches were made fresh and couldn't have been nicer. After lunch we went into museum which my grandson enjoyed immensely. All in all its an excellent park

A pleasant and relaxing place, flat and wheelchair friendly, or if you have mobility issues. Quite a few benches to rest on.

Lovely little park with 2 museums, nearby animal feed and playground for kids, small pretty bird sanctuary, beautiful trees and gardens, lot of grass to sit on—cheerful place to visit

Very pleasant and relaxing place, with gardens and an aviary to see. Play areas for children and you can visit the Carillon there too. A cafe is on site.

Lovely park and very scenic but the playground does get busy and on a Saturday there does seem to be quite a few kids in tracksuits and hoodies and there was a strong smell of weed in the odd area.

It is an amazing park, especially in the spring, because you can see here a lot of flowers. In this park the Charnwood Council built an aviary with different species of parrots, pigeons, sparrows. You can find here a pond with ducks and you can admire the nature sitting on grass. Come and visit this park, you will don't regret.

It's a really nice park to walk around, especially on a sunny day. Nice ponds and bridges. Picnic benches. Charnwood Museum & Aviary to visit - free admission. Nice little cafe for a quick pitstop. Big play area for kids Something for everyone. Also great to learn about Loughborough history.
