Even in the cold we had a lovely time, roasting marshmallows while the kids drove the trains. We also had a lovely warm panini for lunch and sat by the fire inside. Cosy little place with some nice cakes too. We visit again - I can image it being amazing outside in the summer.

Great gem of a place that we are so glad to have found. Great for kids, who can drive the trains (for free). Lots of events held throughout the year. Also attached to Boningtons Tea Room and shop, with plenty on the menu to keep grown ups happy as well. Run by a really nice family, and professional staff. We are regular visitors. VERY highly recommend.

We had a lovely morning at the Garden Railway. Fabulous staff, very well kept miniature railway and such a special experience for our niece to put her bunny in the train and send him on a journey! Lovely little cafe too. Very reasonable price at Β£2! Thank you for a fab experience!

Awesome cafe to bring your kids to play with trains whilst having a coffee. Staff are fantastic and very approachable. A go to place for our family.

My wife stumbled across their Facebook page and we decided to visit one Saturday afternoon in September. Our two small children absolutely loved driving the trains on the three garden railways. We also had a cream tea which was very nice. The owners were very friendly. We’ll definitely visit again as it’s only a twenty minute drive. It’s easily accessible from the motorway also.

What a great little spot. The older kids loved driving the trains, our little toddler loved crawling through the tunnels and hiding in the fort under the train track and the grownups enjoyed a lovely hot drink. You can sit inside or outside and they have some food options although we didn't have food, and a little shop of train goodies!

Lovely food and setting in a typical English village. My son loved playing with the remote control trains in the outdoor setup which is free if you are eating or drinking. Lovely morning out
