Beef and potato pie was super tasty. Staff are always lovely here. It's a bit of a honey pot for the grey pound here so try to avoid the 12pm lunch rush. Picture is the beef pie and my dog enjoying her leftovers.

Best place to go for Homity pie. Lovely food and good sized portions, luckily my man was able to carry the tray because he's been doing push-ups. Light airy restaurant with a homely feel. I had one of the best views in the UK 😜, I'd post a picture of myself there but he photoshops me out of all the pictures 😯😜 Gift shops and small garden centre are lovely too 😁

Easily found off of the main road with clear signs. Plenty of parking. This is a hidden gem that's alot bigger than expected. It's a mini shopping area...!!! Children play area Toilets Koi carp you can feed ( cost is £1 ) Small garden plants area A farm shop A homeware area, with gifts. 2 cafes A museum Craft studio You can also do a tour of the factory. Plus, the massive shops with discounted Denby items, and kitchenware in. It's definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed!!

Nice place to have a wander around. Several bargains to be had within the basement of the Denby shop. Some nice items being sold at the Garden Shop. Albeit a tad pricey, although plant pots were half price. Farm shop had a wide variety and the cafe within it was excellent and had the best sausage roll I've ever had. Well worth a visit.

Great place for young and old. There's something to do for everyone. More than ample parking. Great offers on all Denby pottery. They have a fabulous store for Denby products, an exhibition area, a restaurant, a cafe, a farm shop selling great food, shops with unusual gifts, a great butchers shop, fabulous deli selling pies and cheese and outside Area for children.

We had a lovely Halloween craft experience at Denby pottery. Staff was ever so nice and helpful. Kids created some beautiful crafts we could take home the same day. The shops were also amazing and both kids picked something nice to buy. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Such a lovely experience and shopping. We bought some kitchen utensils and were very happy with their offers. Hard to resist really. The village has playground, café, gift shop and farm food shop. They also have aquatic section where you can see some fishes and buy them if you like. Also they have gardening stuff. We didn't manage to try their pottery experience and visit the museum. But would love to try it next time.

30 years anniversary day!! 16 september 2023. Lovely place as always. 😃 There was the usual pottery buildings as always but today was 30 years since the new version of denby pottery opened....1993 - 2023 .... and they had a few stalls set up n ice cream van! Which made it a great afternoon! 😉👍

Well cooked bacon on a very soft white roll. It maybe needed a touch more bacon for the size of roll, but was all good. All served on Denby crockery. Premium pricing, but I suppose that comes with the territory. Bargain basement sauce sachets though 😕

Our granddaughter loved the painting and the Koy Carp, the only down side was every thing closed early. The shopping was very relaxed, and the staff were helpful and polite.

Lovely place to go for a coffee and cake, sausage sandwich etc. Priced reasonable and good service. They have a few shops around but they're a little more expensive. They have a garden section with beautiful coy carp, a clearance section, an accessory shop and deli counter. Well worth a visit.

The cream tea and savoury board was very nice, especially with the unlimited tea! I would have preferred proper clotted cream with the scones rather than just whipped double cream tho. The quality and quantity was worth the price. The shops and paint a pot experience was fun too. We didn't go to the museum or factory tour but maybe another day? Very easy to get to from Derby as we got on a bus and it stopped right outside the village itself.

The lady looked after the Craft Studio & Welcome Desk on Saturday 13.05.2023 around 2.30/3.30pm ensured great customer experience (apologies that I didn't take down her name). The museum tour led by Maria was simply outstanding - all about Denby ranging from history, heritage, the people past/present, the art element, the technical aspect and plenty more. The shops are great too. The directions/brown signs are really easy to follow with plenty of free parking spaces. It was a superb visit. Thanks a lot!

I only popped in for a cup of tea but ordered a nice big slice of chocolate mint cake and a pot of tea for two. Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Lovely to call at Denby's and have another look around. Bought some beautiful birthday cards and a piece of jewellery for a gift. Saw some items I liked for future presents. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We walked through the frezh food which looked amazing. The plants outside looked great purchases. Will be back again soon.

Great factory shop, gift centre and garden centre. Didn't visit the factory tour or the craft area. Two cafeteria areas. Excellent products, clearance bargains and children's play area too. Really great family place to visit. Fantastic fish in the sales area tanks.

Lovely group of shops, all staff very friendly and good service. Factory shop full of Denby pottery and other kitchen wear, gift shop had various items including handbags, soaps, candles etc. The food shop had a butcher with good quality meat, and a good range of other foods. There's even a garden centre.

We arrived at 13:00 with plans to have lunch as food was served til 14:30. We were surprised to find the farm shop cafe shelves bare with the exception of cakes and hot drinks. Lunch for us was a vegetable samosa from the farm shop - delicious. Lovely friendly helpful ladies on farm shop deli section and at till.

A great place to spend a few hours. There is a museum, a factory tour and a craft studio. If all that feels a bit much, there are two excellent cafes, a huge factory shop with some genuine bargains if you look hard and a great shop with some wonderful produce and interesting gifts.

Lovely kitchen shop and pottery shop. It also has a big farm shop and gift shop. There is a nice sized cafe that do meals, snacks, cakes and hot drinks. There is plenty of parking. They do activities such as pot decorating for kids. If you like pottery, different glazes and hand crafted crockery this is the place for you.

Lots of different things of interest. Pottery museum. Well stocked Denby Pottery shop, reasonably priced. Farm shop and gift shop. Small garden centre with Koi ponds. Well worth a visit.

Great to just wander around, really interesting, foods reasonally priced Love the koi carp

Lovely wander around this pleasant place. Shops have plenty to see and things on offer. The “farm shop” has some amazing food available, especially on the deli area. Butchers seems to be closed now. Cafe is nice and looking to go back again. No ice creams are now sold which is a bit of a disappointment. Plenty of free parking.

Lots of bargains to be had if you are wanting Denby but leave some time to sort through. Lovely Cafe and gift shop and everything immaculately clean and tidy

Lovely little tourist attraction, with pottery for sale and quaint little gift shop and koi pond, then the kids can get crafty painting pots etc. Plenty of parking and a small play area.

Great, very good selection of garden products on the way in from the extensive carparks. After meeting friends we hadn't seen for a while we moved on to take a look at the gift shops and the produce stalls. Bought a scotch egg but not tried it yet. It better be good as it cost over £3.😁 Following this we dropped into one of the two cafes and had tea for two, they were very obliging by given us two pots because my wife likes hers weak and I like mine a little stronger. We didn't bother this time with the main pottery sales places as we have been several times before and had another engagement. Overall a great afternoon out for not a lot of money.

👍👍 I've passed this farm shop/cafe many times and I visited today for the first time. Produce in the shop is outstanding and good value. The cafe is a little small and booking could be essential at times. Food is excellent but a little expensive, but what the heck every now and then. Hot food is only c...
