Very nice place for walking. Large park. For families with children, a nice playground where every child will find something for themselves. Next to the playground there is a cafe with good coffee and ice cream. I recommend for family walks and more.

Lovely place to visit with several walking routes, it has lovely views in all directions and if you’re lucky you might see a deer as we did last week. The 1899 Cafe serves a good cappuccino and has lots of cakes and snacks to enjoy. The staff are also very nice. There is a Children’s play area and a small sand pit for the kids. Car parking is also very good.

Lovely park with nice walks, great views from some viewing areas, cafe, toilets, children's play park. Parking suggested donation of £1 at our last visit. Can get quite busy but have good car parking. Would think it's fine for disabled access. Would recommend a visit.

This is a former coal mining site turned into a really beautiful park and urban green space. It has got a beautiful children's playground catering for children of all ages. The cafe is very good and well stocked and serves a range of itemise. It's is introducing native species of trees and you can find out what these their native tree trails 👣. There's also plenty of parking space and lots of wildlife to keep your eyes out for. I love the pack too.

Lots of paths to choose from with varying difficulties. Lovely park suitable for different ages. Seperate sand area, and zip wire. Also nearby to a café with nice views. There are also toilet facilities.

Incredible views and super easy to find your way around, some steep terrain so if that’s a struggle for you perhaps this isn’t the ideal park. Personally i think that’s great as it feels like good exercise! Café has vegan ice-cream too which is a huge bonus 😍

Great place to take your dog! Gets a little muddy in the winter which puts me off sometimes. The cafe does a nice coffee! And there’s also plenty of parking

Runners paradise or hell, depending on how you look at it haha. It really is a beautiful place with rolling hills, teaming with wildlife and has a gravel path all the way round so is accessible to all and all year round aswell!

Nice open paths, good place to go if you haven't the time to go more isolated, like everywhere now, overtaken by dog owners.

Always a good place to visit if I have the dog with me, The walks seems clean enough with no mess to be seen. Nice little coffee shop there too, a little basic in its offering though.

👍👍 Can't recall the last time I'd been but they have changed the lay out a little, you now enter the shop on the left, where the exit was. They flow of the shopping experience is much nicer, still don't understand why there is such a long entrance to the cafe, feels like the entrance to a theme park ri...

👍👍 A quick after a matinee at the cinema meal was gorgeous. The place was clean, light and airy providing a great atmosphere. I opted for the lunch time special steak meal. A beautiful and tender rare steak, home cooked chips and all the trimmings. Absolutely wonderful and great value

😠 I've been going to Copper on Mapperley Top since it opened, I understand it's recently changed ownership which might explain why the level of service and quality of food has changed so drastically. I ordered brown toast with jam and a sausage cob, I was told there'd be a wait as the kitchen was just...
