Nice park to walk around, sport, sit and read book play with kids in play area or even just lay down on grass and relax. Clean, well maintained park. A lot to see and discover around. There are Library, register services, shops, coffees and parking around the park.

Beautiful gardens and even better wildlife wooded areas. Plus little ones get a playground. We'll worth a visit - loads of places nearby for a takeaway cuppa to take with you whilst you take a leisurely stroll, or sit on one of the benches and take in the surroundings.

Lovely park where my kids always want to go. Suitable for all ages. The trees protect from the wind which makes the sunny days even more enjoyable.

Nice park with plenty of seating, and a nice mix of open and shaded areas. Great place to sit with a coffee and to meet up with friends. There are often events, like an open air cinema. And the free toilets nearby add to the convenience

Stopped off at West Bridgford on a long coach journey and spent some time in this lovely little park. It was once the garden of a stately home (Bridgford Hall still stands near the park entrance and is now a hotel and wedding venue). The park looked very tidy and well kept. A great place to bring young children, plenty of grassy space for them to run about in, and a well equipped playground. Dog friendly. There's a fitness trail, tennis courts and plenty of seating. Enjoyed the woodland paths and following the clearly marked tree trail. There's a car park at the back of the park, and a nice little café and toilets near the entrance. Bought a sandwich and a drink and enjoyed a pleasant picnic on one of the benches. The ideal place to spend my lunch break!

It's a big park for all, one separate playground for kids where they can enjoy.

Great playground for both really young and older children. Despite its location it's also not too busy.

Very neat and tidy park with well kept playground. Parking close by but is paid, keen traffic wardens around too so watch out.

👍👍 Perfect place to come if you are after a peaceful walk or a quiet place to cycle. There is a free car park on the outskirts for about 25 cars or so. It wasn't that busy weekday during August when we visited. The paths are well maintained and reasonably easy to follow the four different marked route...

👍👍 Just a lovely place for a gentle walk. The site is split on both sides of the road, one side offering shady paths through the woods, the other more open. Both are full of wildlife and bits of interesting nature: the division giving a range of habitats and therefore different inhabitants. Walking rou...
