Ideal place to see Rolls-Royce engines, both old and new. See the Merlin piston engine running or the inner workings of various legacy aero engines, be it static parts such as Nozzle Guide Vanes, Seal Segments or rotating parts such as Blades, Discs Gears and Seals. There are also sections of aircraft fuselages to climb into, such as the legendary Canberra bomber.

It's a great place to learn about the history of not only Rolls Royce but jet propulsion as a whole. Real models along with detailed descriptions provide a worthwhile experience and can be a great way to spend a long afternoon or evening

I'm a tour guide so I'm a bit biased, but this is a unique collection of engines throughout aviation history, and well worth a visit for any aviation buff. Tours must be pre booked, however, but are NOT restricted to employees. Any member of the public or groups can visit with an appointment. We cater for groups from age 7 to 70!

A fully equipped garage for old engines restoration. Work is fine on small and medium has turbines as well as on reciprocating engines, not only made by Rolls Royce.

A must visit if you are around Derby. It has the old engines to the latest xwb series of Trent. A good learning opportunity to know the history of aviation. If you interested in the prodjcts of Rolls-Royce... This is the place. Very neat and clean. It is open to the general public only during the open day?!

There are a lot of old interesting engines however the place feels like Rolls Royce just dumped them in an old building and left it at that. Even if you take your time you can view everything in about 30 mins. It's essentially an old small warehouse with approx 40 engines on display and each engine has a A4 piece of paper which contains a description of the engine and its history.
