Very little support for SEN students, inconsistent learning, some students need a solid routine to function and do well. Sadly some staff are rude and lack understanding of young people's needs and their families. I've been to over 10 annual reviews in my child's education this was the only one where I felt like I was a spare part, they spoke over me and didn't really take into account my thoughts. I felt very alone in a room full of people. I was made to feel like I didn't know my own child. My child was told she had one choice of course and when it didn't work out (because the only choice of course wasn't suitable) she was allowed to leave without them even contacting us .. my child has an EHC plan. I have since found out we certainly aren't the only ones! I'm very pleased to say my child is now doing very well in another college who takes the time to listen to their students.. a bit of support goes a long way. The mentors are very good though and reception staff are amazing, so friendly and professional. The one star is for them.

Talbot Road campus is the worst place to do a college course. They NEVER answer their phones meaning you can ring over 20 times in a day and still not get through. My child hated their course and have now left it so 5 months wasted. They don't care that the students smoke funny stuff at break/lunch times. Both my child and us parents had had enough. Tutors were just not interested in teaching and an overseas tutor teaching maths was particularly difficult to understand. So glad to have left this useless and rubbish college. A very poorly run college; management needs sacking and replaced.

Avoid the Stretford college. Disorganised, over subscribe students on courses, timetable was a shambles, tutors don't turn up for lessons. No response from assistant principal when I emailed to say my son would not be returning. Disgraceful we had no support/advice!

This college is ok... The courses are usually advertised as something else which looks good. But you end up doing something you thought you wouldn't be doing. The teachers are good when they turn up on time. The way the teachers handle teams is awful it just doesn't work and that's coming from being in different courses across the College.

Very very difficult to get hold of any member of staff. Reception tell you to contact them through teams but don’t give you any further information even when repeatedly asked. Tutors don’t reply to messages that your son/daughters send. An extremely poor poor example of effective communication that only seems to come one way, them texting you repeatedly but you can’t contact the college. I’ve had a few children attend this college and it just gets worse. I’m know at the point where I wouldn’t recommend my goldfish attend.

Appalling college, would not recommend no matter what you have heard. Everything is delayed, none of the staff knew any information about anything so it was a guessing game each day as to when you were meant to be in. Now on A Level results day not being able to celebrate because I still don’t have my grades for my course and information was given out last minute. Very disappointing.

Asked twice now for date and times for adult courses. No response and no information online either, hence my queries. Doesn't give one confidence in the quality of the courses to be honest.

Shocking college, my sister is currently studying here on a Health and social care course, the tutor isn’t helpful at all when students are struggling with the amount of work handed to them. Their attitude is “Get it done” They ignore messages, emails and texts off students asking for extra support, then pull you up on it when works not complete. Basically only interested in themselves! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolutely shocking college. Went on their open evening with my son and was totally ignored throughout the visit and was pushed to the side. NON of their staff was helpful nor were they very informative when asked about the courses- was simply told to take a leaflet about it. Non of them looked interested and somewhat "can't be bothered" attitude. Really did not see the point in the open evening at all since looking up on their website was more useful and definitely MORE friendlier. My son made the quickest decision in his life that night, and that was to never attend this college even if he was paid to do so.

I’m doing the health and social care course at this college and the trains are on strike therefore I cannot get down, because of this issue a college teacher has told me I will not pass my course even after I have put effort into my assignment and exams. She questions why I cannot get down implying it is my fault the trains are on strike. After this the school called me and I got a horrible response. Do not go to this college as it doesn’t not help anyone.

Teachers are ridiculous one locks you outside of lessons if you are two minuets late and say you're ten minutes late because they're lazy. All of them go on their phones in lessons and don't let you leave to drink water if you're in a lab or use the toilet. Students must teach themselves and are often sent home due to poor planning by teachers or laziness. There are lots of gangs in this college, most boys carry knives and clique together, creating an unsafe atmosphere. Everyday I am harrased by boys who cat call me and qsk me to come into their cars or ask for other things then don't take no for an answer. If you are a girl find another college because it isn't safe here, trust me.

I can simply say I had a memorable experience throughout my 2 years at Trafford College. The staff support was amazing and the IT course I've done was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Trafford College to anyone considering going to college!

Absolutely disgusting time wasting service. Distance learning ladies have a awful attitude. The online application form does not work with modern technology & I have a paper application, & they told me I can't post it. I had to fill personal information via email, for Miss attitude to wipe it from the system. Waste of time for a third time.

Had a treatment in the spa, Gabi was really professional, very informative about the facial treatment I had. I feel really relaxed and my skin feels amazing. I wish I could come more often.

Nobody knows if a course is running? I don't deal with it 3x passed around.Have you got access to the our Website, yes haven't you? OK no problems, I shall have to put you on loudspeaker. I dont deal with it, you need to fill out a enquiry form??? This college used to great as South Trafford. What a shame. This is my second bad experience.

Great college. I am doing an adult conversational Italian course once a week ... which is very well priced & has a great tracher. Lrcture rooms & facilities are excellent. Plenty of student parking.
