I am an extremely nervous patient and hate going to the dentist. From the minute I met Morvin and the Team I was made to feel at ease. The entire process of having porcelain veneers was explained to me and I was confident that I was getting what I was looking for. What a fantastic practise this is! I haven't been to a dentist in some time so was unsure what to expect but the team here are absolutely fantastic! No hard sell and really sound dental advice from the dentist and his assistant and the reception staff really friendly and helpful. A lot of places should take a leaf out of the customer service here and from shopping around this looks to be a fair price for what has so far been excellent service. Very happy with a good smile to go with that feeling!

I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful I am to Morvin and Claire, for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my first visit with them recently. I was anxious due to some dental pain and historic bad treatment. Everyone in the office, even the front office staff let me know that that they all genuinely cared about me as a patient and that I was in good hands. My wife and i have just completed our first visit At Radiant Dental We found the service very professional and caring. Morvin and his staff treated us both as if they had known us for years. And explained all the procedures clearly. Linda needed a tooth extraction and Morvin was happy to do this at the same time, reassuring Linda through the process. I needed an urgent appointment as my front tooth had broken. I was offered a very quick appointment for the following day. I am a very nervous patient and do not like the dentist, going back to childhood dental visits and I am very embarrassed about my teeth, not having visited a dentist for a number of years. The nurse immediately put me at ease on entering the very relaxing reception area. The Dentist himself was lovely. He made me feel very comfortable and not at all embarrassed. He reassured me throughout the lengthy procedure with his calming and professional manner. I left extremely happy with the work done on my front tooth which looks much better than it did even before it was broken. I will not feel worried to go back. Excellent service. Friendly, professional staff. Relaxing, calming environment for a dental practice. I would definitely recommend this dental practice, especially for anyone who is anxious about going to the dentist.

I chipped my two front teeth in a footballing accident. Rang up to book an emergency appointment and got one within the next few hours. Upon arriving at the surgery I was made to feel at home and very welcome. The dentist and his staff were all very nice to me. Within an hour of me arriving I had two repaired teeth and I can’t believe the results. I have been so impressed with Radiant I would recommend to anyone.

Had my temporary filling replaced here. I’ve never had more than a clean before at the dentist so was slightly anxious about the procedure, Dr Patel made sure I was as comfortable as possible and let me know we could take a break at any moment if it got too much! I have been a patient at Shine Dental for a long time now and it's always been a fantastic experience on every visit. I used to visit Dee and on hearing her leaving I was a little worried and nervous as to how the new Dentist will be. My recent appointment with Morvin has put me at ease. Excellent service from start to finish. Check up and treatment, which consisted of X rays, 3 large fillings, 1 of these being a broken "double" tooth along with clean and polish all done within 2 weeks of original phone call, this after waiting for over 12 months + to try and get an appointment with my NHS dentist without success. All staff were informative, helpful and very considerate and in comparison to other dentists where I've had treatment done, virtually pain free, thank you Morning. Would highly recommend.....👍🏻👍🏻

I couldn’t be more pleased with my new crowns. I really feel like my teeth look fabulous! Going to the lab to tweak the design of the crowns was brilliant and all staff involved are super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Top quality work, lovely people. So happy!

This is my first visit to the practice. I booked myself an appointment for composite bounding after finding the reviews of other customers helpful. From the second I contacted the practice to the process of attending this morning they provided a 1st class service. The receptionist was lovely and so was the dentist who I met. I am due to go in for a follow up appointment and I will update this once I have been. Today was meeting the dental team, examination of my teeth, x ray etc Honestly the dentist spent a lot of time with me explaining things and what options are best for me. I will definitely recommend this place for all your dental needs. They provided a very high standard quality service.

I recently went to radiant dental to get previous composite bonding removed that was done elsewhere. Dr Patel gave some great advice and I changed to emax veneers for a much more natural look. The full process was easy and pain free thank you so much

I had some really intense tooth ache develop over a couple of days and within 24 hours of speaking to Radient Dental, it was sorted. I required an extraction. I am a nervous patient, and so, I can be quite difficult to deal with. However, the staff were absolutely superb with me, down to the last. Dr. Patel BDS was incredibly gentle and completely understanding of my needs. He also took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, which was a big help for me. I will definitely be using this practice for my future dental needs and I would definitely recommend. Easy!

Attended the dentist this morning for an extraction. Everything was explained to me in detail before the procedure. I felt quite calm knowing I was in safe hands. I Had been scared to go to the dentist for a while then I found this place online, all the staff made me feel really comfortable and were very nice! Any work I needed doing was done and pain free! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know! And this will now be the dental surgery I use in the future!

I honestly can't fault Radiant in anyway. It's a modern looking and immaculately clean practice who give top class treatment. I'm more than happy with the treatment I've received I have no issues at all. The dentist's and dental nurses are all chilled, decent, lovely and down to earth. The moment I walked through the door I felt welcome in a genuine and natural way it didn't feel faked or anything and unlike some other dentist's I didn't feel pressured into having any treatments I didn't want. If you're thinking of using Radiant do it you won't regret it.

Required emergency dental treatment to replace a filling. Received an appointment half an hour after telephoning . Prompt and excellent service. The dentist Morvin Patel was very good and explained what he was going to do and recommended what would be required on the next visit and various suggestions of treatment. Would definitely recommend this private practice. My own NHS surgery couldn’t provide me with an appointment until the new year and advised me to telephone on the 4 January 2022 to arrange a date.

Being absolutely petrified of the Dentist I was extremely weary and nervous and shaky. Upon arrival the super friendly and down to earth staff made me feel immediately at ease. The procedure was as pain free as it could of been and I feel with the friendly methods they used to calm me down, that they have helped me massively with greatly reduced the fear of my next visit. All in all, what an absolutely fantastic establishment! I will be back!

You are made to feel like part of the family and they put you at ease instantly and I am very allergic to the dentist chair or I was ..... had invisalign treatment and the process was fully explained and the care and treatment exceptional. I went to Radiant with the mindset of needing crowns and would be having to pay a lot of money for my teeth to be fixed, but the team explained that the most expensive option is not always the best option and recommended what would be best for me!

I've had the most incredible service today, from leaving a message at 2am, Claire very kindly rang me at 8.30am as soon as she started to get me an emergency appointment. My painful wisdom tooth was removed by 10.45am. Being a very nervous patient, you guys really looked after me and were so friendly throughout, without judgement as I've put off going to the dentist for so long. I'm definitely joining your plan and am so relieved to be out of pain, and to have had it done so quickly and it was painless. I don't think I've ever had better service, its very much appreciated. I contacted Radiant Dental after having pain and discomfort. I was seen the next morning. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. I saw a dentist called Morvin he was very thorough in finding out was was causing the pain and discomfort and treating the problem. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and a filling all painless and everything was explained to me throughout the process. I was given aftercare advice and antibiotics. I called at the practice for an emergency tooth extraction. When I made the appointment I received all the information I asked for. I went there after two other dentists were unable to extract a tooth and left me in pain for three days! During my procedure at Radiant dental I did not even feel that the tooth had been extracted already. Very competent and most of all understanding his patients. I was taken care of and felt comfortable during my whole visit. Definitely recommend them.
