The staff are very helpful, we originally went into the Stratford upon Avon branch before getting our puppy and the manager gave us very good advice. We have now returned with our springer puppy to get some toys and more advice and again found the team very helpful and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure shopping for our pup here compared to another well known brand in n the high street

May is a star- very knowledgeable and lovely to talk to, it is clear that she has a proper love for pets! we are lucky to have a nice store like this so close to us as we have loads of pets to cater to, and i can do everything i need in one go here.

Such a friendly and helpful team of staff, have given me great advice on many occasions and helped with fitting a harness for my puppy. Great quality treats and products as well - by far our favourite pet shop in the area!

Went in last Friday with our furry Birthday girl. Assistant was lovely and friendly and when we went to the till presented said pooch with a bag of Birthday treats. What a lovely gesture. Always find the staff here so obliging.

Whenever we go into Pets Corner in Stratford we are made most welcome, particularly our dog Bertie. The staff are excellent, particularly Carrie. They are knowledgeable and supportive whenever we are looking for inspiration re dog toys etc.

We come regularly to get some bespoke foods which we can find anywhere else for our cats. They absolutely love it and we enjoy the friendly knowledgeable staff at hand who are always a smiling. Always providing useful information which they share freely. I could give this store 10 stars for its products and to it’s amazing staff- thank you!

There is such a good assortment of quality pet food and the staff are very knowledgable about it which I think is very important. My dachshund has been very ill and I was desperate for some advice. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t been able to buy specialist dog food. I’m so grateful to all the staff who are so nice and my compliments to the shop owner. Yours truly Jean Evans

Fantastic shop with lots of great products. I am using cat products from Canagan my cat loves it. I am glad pets corner got a big choice of product which I am not able to find it anywhere else. Highly recommend Stratford upon Avon shop.

An absolutely positive experience with such professional and knowledgeable staff. Having just collected our brand new puppy, we needed guidance on changing foods, and which puppy foods were most suitable....unlike with babies, the second puppy is not a breeze and the self doubt kicked in. Sarah was able to explain why certain nutrients were needed and which puppy feeds they were present in and how to gradually make a change. He loves it and we went back the next day to get a teeny tiny harness as he loathes his collar and I am being far more lenient with him than I ever was with my children. Again, Sarah was there and she offered advice and also confirmed I could return it if it wasn't suitable. His Canine Lordship quite likes it. A wonderful shopping experience, and that is something unique, as shopping is generally tedious and necessary. Thank you from Vik and Retsel...we will be back
