Went in to get home wifi. Had initially dealt with 3 by phone and they were utterly useless. Popped into the shop and Emily was fantastic. Avoid shops these days but this was a really good shopping experience. Herself and i believe her colleage was Colin were great. Would highly recommend them.

I thought service was good, until I came back home with the phone. The only thing I asked for was a phone with a good camera, this was the ONLY criteria that I specified, after I said it, the guy helping me straight away said he has a phone in mind with an amazing camera, then he showed me the phone, unfortunately it was locked to the counter and I couldn't actually see the quality of the camera properly, but he assured me that only few phones had the better camera and it was Samsung galaxy 22 if I recall correctly and then new iPhones. When I actually tried the phone at home and compared it with my old phone that was about 3 years old, the camera from old phone had alot better picture quality which was just mind-blowing, but that's not all, I came back to the store and tried to return or exchange it, unfortunately the attitude of the person that recommended this phone changed and he just said well you can't change your mind and there is nothing we can help you with. I had to read the policy and he was right if you purchase anything from the store you don't like it, sorry but you can't do anything about it. While I understand the policy and understand that the employees can't help me with that, to lie to your customers that might not understand much about the phones about how this phone has the best camera and then get them signed the contract without a possibility to return it is disgusting. I feel stuck with the phone I don't want and fooled by the man who recommended this to me and wouldn't recommend consulting with the staff, I'm not sure if he was just clueless and thought it was actually good or he just wanted to sell the phone that was complete garbage. 1/10 for the person who recommended the phone. 1/10 for three policy with no returns even if it was misleadingly presented phone and 1/10 for the phone. All in all lesson learned, do your own research and don't trust anyone with bias opinions as they will just try to sell you anything.

Great guys at the store 3 Rushden Lakes. Really helpful, took time to listen to our needs, not pushy at all, matched everything we needed with a good price. Fantastic service... Well done and many thanks to Kyle.

Brilliant service very helpful with all questions I had and can not recommend higher Chelsea made the whloe experience so easy and calming ,As did the team in store made me feel welcome and All round Brilliant atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

An excellent shop with very helpful staff. I find Three to be a very well organized company who provide a good service and will help you out with any technical problems you may have.

This is a massively overdue review, but if you have a Worker Of The Year Award, give it to Emily. She's friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and just simply lovely. Everything I need a sales person to be, especially when it's about something I know almost nothing about.

Kyle went above and beyond for us, he deserves a big bonus this year! We went it to get a handset and had fantastic support and a very thorough explanation of the Three plans. Very helpful and really never had service this great before ! Will be returning
