I'm a strong supporter of our local independent coffee shops. But if you're looking for a Starbucks store, this is a good one. Pro Tip: Get their app. Earn gold card status. Try everything they have to find your favorites. I like seeking out the lower carb options. The free range egg wrap with spinach is good. Consider buying the sandwiches and eating them open face for about half the carbs. Or just don't eat the bread at all. It's still delicious and filling. The Matcha Green Tea Latte is good.

Been going to this location for quite a while. The baristas are so incredibly friendly. They recognize me everytime, know my drink and help me start my day with a smile. I'm grateful for their kindness and my dogs love their weekend pup cups!

Horrible experience. We walked in there and ordered and sat down. Plenty of people received their orders and by the time we got ours everyone that was in there when we ordered had already left. We received our order 23 minutes later. There is no area to get straws, napkins, etc. Our orders came without straws and we had to ask for one.

I love Starbucks. We go almost everyday.

Got a hot chocolate but it was more like a warm chocolate. But, should I complain or be grateful for getting service?. If you’re going for a late soccer game, this is your stop for something warm. Drive Tru is extremely slow but I went at 7pm so I guess staff were tired. Starbucks provides a beautiful cup, almost perfect product and great staff service or not?

Most of my experiences here are good but the last time I went up there this guy made me feel fat. I ordered coffee, oatmeal and egg bites for breakfast in the drive thru and the guy at the drive thru told me “so you’re gonna eat the oatmeal?” And I was like “yes.” And he said “ AND the egg bites too?” I’m like “yes”and he said something under his breathe after that and I was suprised by that kinda talk.

I was overpriced and didn't even get what I wanted. Would have gotten a better and cheaper Mocha Frappe from McDonald's!

Would be 5 stars but there are so many flies here! Please invest in a fly swatter!

I went through the drive through but my baby woke up crying and I had to leave the line to come inside, the baristas remade my drink with a smile and were so sweet even though the change was inconvenient for them. They even brought my drink to the table because the baby was nursing, and they were so kind and warm the entire time. Great service!

This Starbucks location is the best in the corridor. My morning stop before work entails an Iced Matcha Latte I get creative with depending on the season but my favorite is their iced matcha with a cold foam flavor. The customer service is SUPERIOR. If you walk in the door you are instantly greeted good morning by the hard working busy bustling staff. Pickup your drink from their always organized pickup station and the service doesn’t stop! They tell you thank you and have a great day each time and they make sure you hear it! Every barista is so friendly and they genuinely are welcoming you and wishing you a great day! Never a mistake to my drink, food is hot, and never overdone, as some locations tend to overcooks sandwiches and bread gets hard. Need Starbucks in a jiffy? Boy they move along that drive through! You may think the line is too long but I promise you’ll be out in 5 minutes! Need your morning boost? Hit the coralville location!!!

Managers tell their employees that they are not allowed to serve people in the drive-thru unless they are in a car. So, no motorcycle, electric scooters, moped, etc. They probably wouldn't allow horses either if it was a thing in this city.

Typical Starbucks. However, a flavored tea was provided with the wrong flavoring which we did not find out until we were already far down the road.
