Something has changed with this place. My wife and I loved eating here, but now we will not be coming back. The food is still great, but, the service has gone down hill. The young waitresses were paying more attention to their social media on their cell phones then to the customers. No more personal service! No waiting on tables. Seemed they were not happy that I didn't leave a tip. Here is a tip....stay off you phones and work with your customers!

Rather small, but I suppose it fits Eldrige well. We went for lunch (13 of us) after a morning at Helium trampoline park. The waitress was phenomenal, and the food was amazing! Drinks were refilled regularly, and as far as I know, every request was met! They even helped with a group photo after we were done eating. Deffinatly recommend and would happily visit again!

For those who have read my reviews on Rudy's know that they are not good. But an exception has been found to keep the Americanized version of Mexican food alive. This particular Rudy's is good. The staff is more than friendly and willing to help your experience be a nice dinner to be satisfied with. Good job girls.

This is an Americanized Mexican restaurant and is NOT authentic Mexican food. I am new to the Quad Cities area from MSP and was told I had to try this place as it is a staple in the Quad Cities area. The food was good but not great and extremely inexpensive 👌 Parking was super convenient, establishment was super clean, restrooms were super clean, service and staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Service was very quick and overall food was very good for an Americanized Mexican restaurant. Overall I am very impressed with the establishment and the service as a whole and again good Americanized Mexican food but this is not an authentic Mexican restaurant. Also with the virus that's going around I thought it was very cool that the staff was giving out a roll of toilet paper with each order so because of this, it bumps up their rating another star for their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Took my 5 & 7 year old Grandchildren to Eldridge Rudy's for first time. They love tacos and rice from Rudy's.The blonde female at counter was super nice, friendly and helpful. The only complaint was from my 5 year old Grandaughter. She said the restaurant was scary looking. When I asked why, she replied skulls. I have to agree, I dont like skulls either. Overall was a pleasant visit.

Nothing seems home made. No real flavor or seasoning on the meats. All the ingredients are fresh, meats might be frozen but it all ends up being bland. The chips are clearly store bought and it leads me to believe that everything else is too. I asked for a side of sour cream (dining in), and they handed me a tiny lunch room style packet of sour cream. Seems like an unnecessary shortcut considering sour cream is cheaper when bought in normal containers. Hope they take this as constructive criticism and make some changes.

Absolutely awful! Food is overpriced and not very good. Meat tastes like just grease, no seasoning. MANAGEMENT EVEN WORSE! Never going to ANY Rudy's ever again because of how MANAGEMENT treated me for a bad order.
