i love it so much here! other residents usually friendly, both neighbors are a bit noisy, but thats ok. love the pool and the roads, great for biking and walking and whatnot. very diverse community with a playground, and a dog park (im in the townhouses, not sure about the apartments) also nice layout! would reccommend moving in here staff are friendly and helpful too! basements are finished (atleast in my residence) and it is very clean. would give it more stars if i could. also pet friendly.

Attn Property Manager Karen: Basement has had a Leak since before I moved in with the promises of it being Fixed which they have failed to do so with false Promises. Now that I've gotten Serious and decided to End my Lease, Maintenance entered my Home today 9/1/23 and performed work while I was asleep Upstairs. No Active Work-Order, No Note Left behind. Just some useless putty on my walls. That doesn't fix a damn thing. It's not an Emergency situation so I expect a letter explaining the reason why maintenance entered with no prior notice, or Form explaining why they were inside my home without permission.

I’m not sure how in the world this place has any positive reviews. Our unit was absolutely disgusting when we took possession of it. There was dog hair in piles under the appliances, literal mildew in every crevasse of the bathrooms, the carpets were filthy, and the appliances were disgusting. They left us in a position where we were unable to refuse the unit because they would not allow us a walk through beforehand due to them stating that they were working on the unit right up until our move in date, which we saw no evidence of and they would not allow us our deposit back because we were within 30 days of the possession date. Maintenance is awful there are 3 guys for literally HUNDREDS of units. Nothing gets taken care of and the management staff could care less about the tenants. Stay away from candlelight.

I have lived here for about a year and the staff is always very attentive, prompt and kind. The ladies in the office are very helpful and easy to work with. Great location and easy access to restaurants and grocery shopping. I love the easy commute to the bustling downtown areas. ving uptown

Ladies in the office are very friendly and work with you when you need it the most. Only apartment building I know that has 2 pools. Everything else is just a bonus! Only downfall is that these apts are by a school so it's loud late nights and early mornings. And kids like to break into people's cars but if you got your own security camera it will deter that. Totally recommend if you're stable and looking for long term housing.

Best place to live! The staff really care and do a fantastic job. They enforce the rules which as a rule following person I enjoy and respect that. The office is always ready to help. The maintenance/ cleaning team are always friendly and non invasive. They show a great speak of respect for peoples property. Anytime time they aren’t sure of things they communicate with each other and work as a team to get the job done and done correctly. Thank you candlelight!!!! We appreciate you!

Great place to live. I love Candlelight so much. I’ve lived here two different times and regretted even leaving candlelight in the first place but I’m glad I’m back. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and effectively. The staff are really nice especially through the application process. I love the townhome I’m in now especially the washer and dryer being in the basement. The space is great for my little family. I love how informed they keep the residents as well!! And the new Resident Appreciation Program is so cool!
