Wonderful experience! Nick in financial made everything work out for me. Everyone was so helpful. I’m handicapped and they helped switch my mechanical accessories to the new car from my trade. Helped find my lost handicap tag lost in my center console. Helped set custom settings in my new car. They displayed it with a bow I got flowers. They made me feel very very special and valued. Definitely love the car and features. Worth every dollar. Even love the warranties. I feel so much safer on the road. And it’s such a beautiful car. I ugly cried with happiness. Truly the best experience of my life.

I’ve been going here about a year to get my car serviced. Service is 10/10. Oil changes are a bit on the pricey side (~$95) but they do such a good job detailing my car (hosing down floor mats, cleaning interior and exterior) and do a multi-point inspection, so it’s well worth it for the added perks. They do an inspection with every service to explain the status of my tires, brakes, paint, fluids, etc. and have not tried to overprescribe work orders to pad the bill. Very honest shop and is up front with the work they do and the pricing. I do some of the easier jobs myself to save some money (changing cabin and engine filters, wiper replacements, etc.) and they never pressure me to have it done at the dealership. They have been very quick with warranty work, alignments, and they have done a great job following up on any issues that come up with their workmanship, and provide nice loaner cars when necessary. Would not hesitate to go back. Acura of Brookfield does a great job.

Been coming here for 10 years and they always have great service! They go above and beyond and really explain in detail if there is ever any issues with your vehicle. I also enjoy the fact that they keep a clean and comfortable waiting area filled with snacks and drinks. There is also the option to rent out a car if you need to get somewhere, which is super helpful. I just hope they keep this level of service and don’t compromise to hire people who don’t enjoy their work.

They always have quality vehicles on their lot. When the need arose for another vehicle in our household, they were SUPER easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the features on the vehicle we chose. Definitely going back when the need arises again!

I was able to find and purchase a great Certified Pre-owned vehicle for my daughter. Denver and the team were all very professional, transparent and fair. The used vehicles were also in very good condition thanks to their attention to detail when preparing them for sale.
