This has long been a favorite of mine, but the bicyclists keep going in and making jumps and throwing scrap wood along the trails and digging giant holes to add more fun, and they're ruining the park. End of story!

Sunderbruch Park is arguably the BEST place to mountain bike in the Quad Cities, and riders come from out of town just to ride here. The trails are many and varied, and maintained well thanks to QC FORC. There are two main beginner trails (Comlara and Farmdale) that are connected to each other in a loop, but the best way to get to them is via an intermediate climb, Kickapoo Up (it's a little steep, but pretty short). Once you are on the main beginner trails, there are many intermediate and black diamond trails that branch off and return to the main loops. The signage is clear, but it isn't too difficult to miss a turn and end up on a trail that you didn't expect, so pay attention! One of the best, in my opinion, is Jubilee, which has a cool wooden berm section and is still fairly mild compared to the expert trails. There is plenty of parking in the main lot, and I greatly enjoyed riding here a few times now.

Great place to take a walk. For yourself your dog. They also have mountain bike paths worth checking out. It's nice that's it's a bit off the beaten path less busy then other parks.

Very nice trails in a beautiful area of Davenport! Lots of fun for the kids on the ninja course. The fun sculptures along the concrete trail are great for the kids as well.

The scenery was great, it was very clean and the grass was well maintained. They have one out door restroom at the beginning of the trail. I only saw one pavilion so I guess first come first serve. The playground was nice, spacious and looked new.

Really fun trails. The trails are mostly in the shade so easy to stay cool. Would recommend.

There's only 1 shelter with a fireplace and no other shade from the sun. Other than that the ninja playground and the trails are nice.

Great Park for Mountain Biking. The local Mountain Bike Club F.O.R.C. Created a great Trail system and does a fantastic job of maintaining the trails.

Great park with long trails in the woods. Great to go with your dogs too. Plus there's a ninja warrior park too, if you're feeling especially motivated lol

Off road cycling is here!! If you want a challenge without having to head to Wisconsin might I suggest Sunderbruch Park for your desired recreation. Seems like a simple track. There are many and you have to pay attention every second because there are OTHER kinds of paths crossing yours!! Awesome! Hikers, bikers, horses, oh my!! Choose your path and be respectful! You can even have a gathering at Sunderbruch Pavilion that includes picnic tables and a fireplace to roast hot dogs and s'mores! Surrounded by the most beautiful farmland within the city limits.

I think the city parks and recreation department is doing a wonderful job caring for and presenting this park as a valuable resource to community members. I love what they've done to develop and maintain natural prairie space along with associated wildlife habits. The various hiking, horse and bike trails seem like an effective method of exposing people to nature.

My family loves to go hiking here and it's pretty cool when we get to see people riding their horses around. We also go to play on the outdoor gym stuff they have next to the parking lot.

It's a tradition since moving back to the Quad Cities that we come to Sunderbrunch Park on Mother's Day for a hike with our young daughter and dog. It's always the kick off location to hiking season for us! Then we come 4 more times throughout the summer and fall. Nice paved path and hiking trails. They have horse trails too!!

This is an excellent workout park reminds me of a military style workout place. It always seems typically quiet and this allows one to concentrate easier as well. Although people enjoy taking their children of all ages here it is more setup for older children or adults. The park provides how to pictures so people can understand how to use each obstacle which in my theory is nice.

They have a new park designed for 13+yr olds like American Ninja warrior. It's a great idea and I'm glad the city did it but wish the wood chips were a different playground material because some areas have very little landing cushion left.

Really beautiful place. Not busy at all, but it was about to rain. There are a lot of trails, but we stuck to the road, and it was still a great experience.

The trails are pretty and I really like their informational tablets about the animals that live here. One of my favorite spots!

I'm giving this 2 stars because after spending ALL morning researching, we drove an hour to the park to find out the trails are closed. Maybe you could mention this on one of the websites and save people the drive? I called the park board once we got there, and even THEY didn't know about it?! So sue me. We went in anyway. On foot. It is beautiful. The trails are great for mountain bikes. It looks like a beautiful park. The ninja course is open. That was a blast.

Love the trails and educational stops! We spend time at the exercise area for gym some days since my youngest is home schooled. His favorite spot to go is the cement egg and dinosaur.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Great place to be! Food, music and vendors were all awesome. It’s definitely a hangout place. I could have been there all day. The prices weren’t bad either. I liked the fact you can bring dogs. It’s a whole family event.
