Perfect Storage facility. I would give it 10 stars if it was permitted. Barbara was very professional from the time I walked in the door until I left. She was helpful and informative about the rental and the insurance. Thank you Barbara.

Sarah and Barb were an amazing help. After not being able to get into my deceased aunt's unit they worked with my mom and I to get everything handled and situated a fast as they could. Very wonderful people and great customer service. If there are any bonuses or awards they deserve them all. Thanks again ladies for making this easier!

Although location of this storage facility was convenient and I appreciated the app to unlock gate and access garage area, I regrettably have to give this facility a one star based on the fact that they raised my rates after only 3 months from a reasonable $147 a month to $360 per month. They sent notification in December two weeks before Christmas at a time coinciding with a snowstorm. It was as though they timed the increase to coincide with bad weather and the holidays to ensure a highly messy and inconvenient move if we chose to vacate. Lesson learned, we will not use public storage again!!

I have been at the location for 10 years and am very unhappy I have reached out to the location and district manager with concerns and they are NOT addressed or take a year to be fixed ALL the while the rent keeps going up and up and up The same UNIT is $288 a month that I am being charged $427... The location is supposed to be staffed until 6pm Last night there was suspicious activity going on at 540pm with no one in the store I called the next person I have a number for (District Mgr Sal) left a message of this info and still have not recvd a return call - the location is usually messy and not very well cleaned. I am overall concerned about my belongings and safety at this location. For being a decade old renter that has never once been late I feel I am not being treated fairly and respected by anyone at this location. Looking into other rental options now.

I was looking for a nearby storage facility to house office furniture. Downloaded the app to reserve a unit and was completely lost. Sara was able to help me tremendously. I got the “$1 for the first month” that’s a lie! I was charged over $100. Plus more. They never answer the phone. They don’t give out proper instructions and every time you speak with someone they all say different things. They clearly don’t communicate. HORRIBLE DONT DO IT

Never a problem there. Other than the rates went up 4 times in 3 years, and sorry to say, I don't use my stored items enough to pay $70 a month for a cubicle that's 5ftx5ft. I'll repack and figure out other storage options.

I have been a long time customer. Today, to my surprise, I got a call from Sarah, who is very pleasant, knowledgeable and customer oriented. She informed me that I will get a decrease on my monthly unit rent. Thank you so much for initiating my rent decrease. I'm actually doing the happy dance now 😊

Sarah@ the faciIity get 5 stars for excellent customer service. As far as the online reservation and app, I would rather get my teeth pulled. The lead in to get your business and then the let down with surprise fees and automatic charge for insurance.Corporate gets zero stars.Its almost like they think there are no compeditors for storage in the Chicago market. Thanks to the good people running their day to day operations.

Polly and Lisa were wonderful at the location. Had some issue with public storage on a whole but the two of them really came through with a solution for me. If you visit this location be sure to ask for one of them and they will be sure to get you straight.

Very clean place, very well maintained with Maintenance as far as snow and cleaning. Very affordable compared to other places and convenient and last but not least there customer care is very awesome and very polite with any problems that you might have (Polly) one of there employees there has never hesitated to assist in helping with any problems and just helped me with a new unit today and I am very happy!!

My experience with making a payment with Sarah & Janine has been great. They welcomed me at the door and provided quick and courteous responses. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
