I’ve had my appointments canceled 4 times 2 on the phone 2 in person cancellation. Here within the past month. Reception “Jackie” says it’s the phone system blindly booking appointments. Yet when I come in people are taken in, like packages off a hot press. I asked to speak to the manger which was kind enough to reschedule my appointment last week. Was told “she’s busy tending to a phone call”. Anyway people with serious dental issues shouldn’t come here, just because there’s no promise you’ll be seen that day even if you’ve scheduled an appointment . I’ve been a patient for 2 years here and I won’t be back. Cortez booooooooooooo! University is better…..

I had a awesome experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was very nice and respectful. It start with the front office, and they where very nice. I loved my Dental Hygienist Janie, she has a great personality. Dr. Tran has a great personality and mannerisms. I will recommend Brandton Aspen Dental to my family and friends.

Jumped into the unknown with the process of getting dentures. Just left 10 days post extraction to get a soft reline on my immediate dentures...very pleased so far. Will have to update when the real ones get set up. The extraction was mostly painless, they took care to make certain I was comfortable. I was clearly a wreck and chose oral sedation which made it almost laughably quick and easy. You see the same dentist and dental assistant each time so it feels like you have companions for the journey. I like the quick wait times, the ability to just walk in and they really did work with me, my needs, and my finances to achieve a comfortable experience and goal. Sent hubby in to get him started. They came recommended from a friend and I second that!

Thankful, is how I feel after seeing Dr. Vu Tran today. I previously had seen two other dentists in other offices who couldn’t figure out the source of my dental pain nor resolved it. Dr. Tran was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time with me in figuring out what could be the cause of this unknown, on and off pain on one of my molars. He sat down, and explained in detail my x-rays and the iTero scan, you can quickly see how passionate and educated he is and will take the time to explain everything in detail. Luckily for me, it was a bite issue which he resolved. The whole staff was very attentive and helpful. The minute I walked in they all had a smile on their face, even though it was a Saturday morning. Jackie was the dental assistant who took the x-rays and itero scan, she was very professional & had a good chair side manner. The office is very spacious, clean and has a warm welcoming feeling with all the fall fun decorations they have throughout. I was impressed by the team work relationship they have. I highly recommend Dr. Vu Tran & his staff to anyone looking for a honest and great dentist. I will certainly recommend him to my friends and family!

There is 5 people in the waiting room for 8 am appts it’s is now 8:12 am and now they are starting to work they had a morning meeting. Even when employees came out they didn’t greet us they was looking around looking like they don’t know their job. I was here at 745 as instructed to fill out paperwork. And honestly could have been late. This is my 4th dentist in bradenton because they all suck and have horrible time management. Took a call at 8:15 and said they were with patients and weren’t. Then when I got checked in for my issue and told them my issue the lady’s face was concerned which made me concerned and she explained because my porcelain crown possibly isn’t covered because my tooth isn’t made from here. LIKE WHAT!!!! Companies are just hungry I moved outta state from my Dentist what are we suppose to do. My tooth just needs glue. I don’t need anything else they wanna do X-rays like if I could do this myself I would. Bradenton is not your location for dental care.

My fifth procedure done by Aspen. They are the best dentistry offices anywhere. Great people, leading edge technology, cmvery consistent and good results. I’ve never know better smarter dentists and office staff than Aspen. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I don’t have dental insurance, so Aspen Dental really came in clutch for me. They gave me a free exam and X-rays as part of their new patient special. Their X-ray process is the most technologically advanced and thorough that I’ve received at any dentist. I did end up paying $30 for an Oral ID pre-cancer exam, which is a fair price for what I’ve seen online. Dr. Tran and his staff are very informative, patient, honest, and kind. They answered every question and even taught me a few things. I felt like they truly listened to me. Dr. Tran saw no cavities, no gingivitis, and recommended a regular follow up cleaning. I’ve been to many dentists in the past who charge a low low price for the cleaning/X-ray and then they tell me I need $5,000 worth of work done. The Aspen Dental on Cortez Ave. in Bradenton is not like this, and I am grateful for them! Thank you for your selfless service 🙏

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT ALL LEVELS First scheduled visit for exam. They called me to come in early .I Made sure I wouldn’t haven’t have to wait if I did in fact do so . Was assured I would not . Guess what ? 1.5 hours later I’m still there .! Shocker ! Then, they move me from room to room , one person to another . Dr finally comes in for another exam after reading x-rays and suggest a number of different procedures that needed to be addressed. Mind you things I didn’t come in for. I came in for a tooth that needed to be extracted. Suggested I need dentures and or partial blah blah however was a very nice dentist ( that doesn’t cut it though). Just wouldn’t Suggest this particular one simply because of their unprofessional manner. I actually walked out after two hours and didn’t even go to their office manager who is the one who “ works” up a “ plan” and itemized bill for the work they suggest . NOT Necessarily what you need but what they suggest. Crazy . Never in my life have I experienced such and … this isn’t my first dental appointment. Geez..!
