Large
chain
clinic
that
participates
in
dishonest
billing
practices.
I
called
and
asked
what
my
cost
would
be
for
X-rays
and
an
exam
for
an
ankle
injury,
I
was
told
to
come
in
and
that
I
could
only
be
given
a
price
in
person.
I
came
in
and
was
told
my
total
out
of
pocket
was
$110
with
my
insurance.
I
asked
if
this
included
X-rays
and
was
assured
it
covered
everything.
I
paid
the
$110
and
received
services.
One
month
later,
I
have
received
additional
bills
from
MD
Now
claiming
I
have
an
outstanding
balance.
I
have
reached
out
to
the
billing
department
and
they
are
not
willing
to
help,
they
don't
care
that
they
made
an
error
when
quoting
and
charging
me
the
initial
$110.
They
would
like
me,
the
individual,
to
pay
for
the
mistake
of
the
large
corporation
with
over
75
locations.
Their
billing
department
is
non
existent,
when
you
call
on
the
phone
you
will
wait
on
hold
for
over
an
hour,
only
then
will
you
get
a
prompt
to
email
as
there
is
no
one
available
to
take
the
call.
The
call
then
drops
after
the
automated
voice
says
"goodbye!".
I
have
emailed
several
times
and
have
yet
to
get
a
response
to
my
concerns.
Please
go
elsewhere
if
you
need
care,
this
company
cannot
be
trusted.
