We had great service from start to finish. Jeff our sales contact couldn't do enough to help and advise, Tom and Charlie who did the installation were very professional and helpful, gave us lots of advice, showed us how to use all chemicals etc. Charlotte for scheduling and managing to bring the date forward. Overall a great experience! Highly recommended!

Signed up for the service and chemical package when we purchased the hot tub just over a year ago. We are very pleased that we did this as it seems to offer excellent value. Just ordered my first ever hot tub, dealing with Jeff in the Bristol office. Despite doing quite a bit of my own research I still needed a lot of help and guidance to make sure i chose the right hot tub for our needs. Jeff was patient, knowledgable and really friendly. Had a great experience from start to finish with Dreamspas I ordered my hot tub at the beginning of the first lockdown and Jeff who I dealt with pulled out all of the stops to get my delivery on time (no mean feat when there were none in the country). Hot tub delivered yesterday by Phil and Charliegh. Great friendly service. They ensured the hot tub was positioned where I wanted it, provided comprehensive directions on its functions and settings and it was a lot quicker than anticipated. Also, Laura in the office responded promptly to my (many) queries and made the process a lot easier. My only piece of feedback for the management team would be to ensure a sure visit rather than advise via photos and videos. It's quite stressful especially when the access is pretty much on the limit. Ultimately though I have a very happy wife which makes my life easier!! Thank you.

We had a new tub installed by Dreamspas in Long Ashton October 20. Fantastic service from the whole team including Jeff in the store and Charleigh who installed the tub, resolved a foundation issue on the site and got us up and running. I was originally going to use another company but very glad I went with Dreamspas who have been highly professional throughout the process . Brilliant tub with powerful jets , great lighting, in built music, etc and we are enjoying it very much!!.
