We have just purchased a Wellis Jupiter hot tub from Laura at Dream Spas in Cardiff. From our first visit Laura was amazing, no pressure put on us at all and fully explained everything to us from different options to care and running of the tub. We went back a couple of times and shopped around in other local hot tub stores but by far Laura offered the best customer care and full package deal as well as a quality hot tub. Due to where we were having the hot tub located in the garden we required a full size crane to deliver but again this was all fully organised by Laura and the Dream Spa team. It took roughly 2-3 weeks from purchasing for our delivery which was great, gave us enough time to organise the space in preparation and to get an electrician to run the electrics for us. Our delivery and installation was organised by Charlotte who was brilliant, keeping us up to date with the delivery slot, organising the dream spa installation team and crane services. Always at the end of the phone if we needed to know anything or change times etc. Even gave us a call after the installation to check how everything went. Top work! The delivery team were absolutely amazing Phil & Dale were outstanding from start to finish, an absolute credit to the company. They fully explained everything to us about the up keep of the tub, easy ways to keep on to of the testing etc, and left us confident on maintains the tub. They gave us a 15 minute explanation of the the chemicals and went through any care policies we could add if we needed to. Very knowledgable, very polite and went above and beyond, double checking we were happy with everything and removing all packaging for us. We had excellent service from buying to installing with Dreamspas. When we visited the showroom, Dave was informative but not pushy and made great suggestions on what would be best for us. He was also patient with all of my questions! Dave/the warehouse were even able to squeeze delivery of our hot tub onto a day that worked for us as I really wanted it for half term. The manager I Swansea also helped us when I realised our gate was too small to fit the hot tub through and made suggestions on how we could make it work. When our hot tub was delivered Phil rang me the morning of and an hour before to check that everything was still okay for delivery. Phil and Dale were really helpful, suggested the best position for our hot tub and put it together with ease. Even went above and beyond when they realised our electrics (installed for our old hot tub) were dangerous and did their best to sort the issue out for us. All in all we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish we were made to feel like a priority and everyone went above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend buying your hot tub from Dreamspas!

We purchased our tub in April 2021 and it was installed in September (on my birthday!) Laura and the team were phenomenal from start to finish! From the moment we walked into the showroom they were instantly welcoming and not too pushy at all! It's completed our garden and all our friends and family love it! We were even in it Christmas day!

We bought our hot tub nearly 2 years ago and absolutely love it. Had fantastic support and help from John Taylor when we first bought it, with advice on getting the right tub, and then with set up and after care. He has continued to be a brilliant help. Phil & Keiran arrived to install out hot tub last week & despite being a bit tricky to get into our drive, they managed the instal really well. Thank you for your informative set up. We are very, very pleased with our new hot tub!

Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. Charlotte helped me when I broke the clipper the cover and within two days had sent me a replacement. A few days later I had to call again and John helped me through the process of emptying my tub with lots of tips and had the patience of a saint. I highly recommend this branch for friendly quick service and expert advice. A big thank you to the staff.

We are a week into enjoying our Malaga Standard and have not regretted the purchase one bit. Laura in Cardiff was the sales person who had the patience of a saint as we had so many questions. We never felt pressured she was a pleasure to deal with. The delivery was bang on time and the install went much smoother than I had anticipated considering I needed a crane to lift it over a garage. The installers explained everything checking it was operating properly as they went along and were very professional throughout. A follow up phone call was an unexpected touch. Dreamspas just checking we were happy with everything and if there were anything they could help with. The step up from our Lay Z Spa cannot be underestimated and well worth the big purchase. Looking forward to plenty of nice dry days and nights and clear sky’s to fully appreciate the benefits of having the tub!

We had our Jupiter hot tub delivered a few days ago! I bought it as a birthday present for my husband. He loves using it so much, I wish I had got it years ago! If you are going to look around at other companies, there REALLY IS NO NEED! The service I have had from Dreamspas is 10/10 The professionalism started with John in the sales shop who helped me choose the ideal tub with his great knowledge and expertise, to the politeness of Charlotte and the storage team to the delivery boys, Tom, Ash and Dale. There was no pressure at all to purchase, in fact, I was advised to go and have a look at what else was out there, but they probably knew I would be back to them because this company knows and does it all so well with very competitive pricing and choice. On the delivery day the boys took charge of everything, from advising on which direction the tub should face for optimum visual pleasure, full instructions on how the hot tub works, what should and shouldn’t be done with it and of course, all about how to use the chemicals. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they repeated anything we weren’t quite sure on. They also left us with a handout in case we should forget! Once they knew the tub was working correctly they gathered up all their bits and took all the rubbish neatly away with them, they even swept the floor around the tub. I am well chuffed, as is my husband! Thank you Dreamspas

Had my hot tub serviced today by Charlie What a great guy , really friendly nothing was too much trouble. Kept me up to date throughout via photos and video messages as I wasn’t able to be there. Top service and great aftercare he’s a great asset to the dream spas aftercare team.

What can I say, when you are spending thousands of pounds on a hot tub you can be quite wary of any sales pitch etc. We can honestly say we didn’t feel we got that with Cardiff branch Dream spas. Firstly we have to say that we were mostly in contact with John at the showroom ( we met Laura once, very helpful, lovely girl😊). John extremely affable, friendly, informative and knowledgeable, readily available for any queries or concerns. A few visits to the showroom and speaking to John we were were happy with our choice of tub. Slightly more communication with delivery team would have been helpful though. Delivery and installation boys Phil and Dan was excellent'! Phil so very down to earth and helpful, in no way pressured us to purchase annual servicing, just gave us the facts, he was very informative and so easy to get along with. Dan just started out in his career as tub installer but already observed by us to be a worker and very helpful. 😊 . Hopefully many years reassuring hot tubbing.😊😊😊
