Excellent service from Milan - I'm usually terrified of seeing dentists but Milan was able to make me feel at ease. His service is excellent and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional and highly skilled dentist. I had a white spot on my front tooth that I had been conscious of from a young age, and many other dentists had told me there was nothing I could do about it. Milan fixed it in one treatment with no hassle! Very very pleased with the service, & overall treatments I've had.

My first visit to Hartley Dental Practice was after a recommendation from a work colleague. To be honest I had avoided the dentist for several years. Milan was very understanding, supportive and was an all round very nice dentist!! We discussed my ongoing treatment plan and he took the time to help me relax and understand what was happening during the appointment. On my subsequent visit for treatment he administered my first ever virtually pain free anaesthetic injection into the front of my gum using a mouth massaging technique I’d not had before. He genuinely seems to care about his patients and takes an interest in their lives as well as our teeth! I’m not so afraid of the dentist anymore!

I’ve visited many dentists over the years, but none have made me feel as comfortable or are as re-assuring as Milan. He even made a recent root canal, which is a notoriously uncomfortable treatment, a complete breeze. He is also great with my children and makes their visits to the dentist an easy and enjoyable experience for both the kids, and us as parents. I’d highly recommend Milan to anyone!

I have recently received treatment from Milan and can honestly say, I’ve never felt in safer hands. During the initial assessment, Milan made me feel at ease and explained all the technicalities of the treatment that was required to maintain the health of my teeth. When I met Milan all of 3 years ago, I needed a significant amount of treatment, including fillings and extractions. I had neglected regular trips to the dentist for over 3 years due to fear of the dentist! Together we came up with a manageable treatment plan which was not only kind on my wallet, but also built my confidence back up with dentistry. Over a series of weekly trips to Milan, my teeth improved and problems fixed -he spent the time explaining each procedure should I have any concerns. Upon referral from Milan for some challenging extractions, he gave me the confidence to go through on a procedure I had put off for years. Not only this, but when I experienced a slight hiccup after the procedure, he was on the end of the phone giving me advice on how to manage the recovery process. Milan is a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) within the dental profession and is, without a doubt, the reason my teeth are in the condition they are. He has allowed me to overcome the fear of all things dental and knowing we are going to have a chat about life etc before we kick off on check ups and treatment keeps me coming back! Thank you!

Milan is an excellent dentist. He has a calm demeanour and through approach. Uses the latest technology and explains all possible options to give you all the information needed to make a decision before progressing with any treatment. It felt a very personalised experience and that's important especially if you are a nervous patient. Recommended.

Made an appointment with Milan for my dad and he was over the moon with the service. It was the first time he had things fully explained to him without feeling pressured to have further work done. According to him this was his best experience in his 75 years.

I've had some bad dental experiences in the past, so I was more than anxious when I made an appointment, especially as I had a rear tooth that was wobbling!! I needn't have been worried. I chose Milan because he has great reputation in Kent as being great with nervous patients. He was so friendly, helpful and supportive. He gave me a thorough checkup and advised that I have the wobbly tooth removed. Despite my fears, he was so reassuring and took me through every step of the process. I never felt out of control and he was so gentle that I never felt a thing. Not even the mouth numbing injection hurt. His excellent patient care is obviously something he has taken time and patience to bring out in his support team; Angelica his nurse, was so lovely; so kind to have held my hand through the procedure. The extraction took only a few seconds and one of the other dental nurses, Claire, looked after me post-op. That evening, Milan called to check I was OK, and one of the nurses called again the next morning to see how I was doing. My lifelong fear of dentists ended yesterday. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so safe and especially Milan, whom I will recommend to all my friends. I recommend him without reservation.
