I'm not exaggerating with 5 stars, food is really amazing, awesome service, waiter was top class, they even sang some funny version of happy birthday for a little girl. Ambient is so well coming, with Harley Davidson at the entrance (you can sit on it and take a picture), cocktail bar, terrace (just take a look at the pictures, words are too small). Always tougth that Fridays is just another fast food and oh boy, I was so wrong! So glad that my daughter insisted to go there and it just blown my mind, honestly! Recommend Recommend Recommend! (some prices are higher, but in my opinion, it is worth to give it a go) Toilet just wow too :)

Ok I have been in this place few days ago and I write review about my experience in this place I this is my second time in tgi Friday notnin this particular restaurant but at all . 1 St time when I was it was couple years ago and I was disappointed but know about this place I was think shouldn't be that bad after couple years return in tgi Friday and I ten you know. Place look good from outside view till you not step in and this is gets worse place dirty everywhere we been ask to wait outside or at bar we disaid to taip menu and wait outside have smoke but then outside table dirty dust everywhere chairs dusty nobody can vipe then looks like theybto busy inside restaurant what ever then we come in inside 10 minutes later we get our table . We order some drinks and some food drinks come quickly we start enjoying them and about in 30 min we get our starter chicken nachos and king prawn nachos sorry never order plant base nachos disgusting only for vegans not for meat lovers . King prawn I think is only think was enjoyable prawns was cooked perfectly we was love them till we not get our main course but that course we ask them about 1h later after starter waitress where is our main ? And him comes 10 min later with main I try first steak wich it was ice cold I ask him to get me new one ribs was dry it was sticking to bone not easy fall from bone . Chiken dry like sand in sahara my meal was American grill I had ribs steak chiken brest pork peace also dry I didn't enjoy at all my meal corn was good and my wife full rack ribs was little better atleast meat fall from bone but meat was dry .and fortunately we have to cancel out desert because we don't want wait another hour for desert. We ask for bill and we got bill charged 3 meals instead 2 meal . 1 meal extra I think they try to add 30£ extra on my bill or just was mistaken I don't know but advise this check what you order and check bill what you ar Charged for . Do I recommend? HELL NO !!! stai away from place like this serious you will be disappointed unless you don't know what is good food . Thanks . Please like and fallow my reviews

we waited 20 minutes for our server to come over to get our order in the end we had to go and find someone to go and look for her just so she could take our food and drink orders. We waited 1 hour and 5 minutes to receive are mains yet the restaurant was virtually empty. Mains arrived and a medium rear steak was ordered yet it was medium well. We got the steak re cooked which took 20 minutes I had finished my food before the steak came which means we came to dinner together yet ate separately. When the steak did come it was dropped to the table and the server walked away and didn’t say a word. The food took so long we didn’t even order dessert as we have already been here so long.

Im a HUGE fan of the TGI brand itself to the point of having birthday's there every year since i was 15 years old & I am so sad to say that the brand itself is dying & the food is reflecting it. Last nights meal was the worst meal ive had at a TGI restaurant, I ordered the Ultimate Ribs but got informed by the waiter (who was amazing the the service) that the rib supplier was different & ribs were all the same size. Disappointed but still wanting ribs me and my partner went with the ribs. When they arrived straight away from just the smell alone you could see they were burnt to a CRISP so bad you could smell burnt, chips were stone cold, coleslaw was SUPER salty & corn on the cob was sticky (which i dont get unless they thawed it wrong). I complained to the waiter which looking in disgust agreed that they were burnt said she will get us some new ribs which after another half hour of waiting came out even more burnt then the first set of ribs. I had enough at this point i had enough & asked for the manager who kindly explained the same story of having a bad supply of ribs which explains why they are the way they are. He comped our meals & apolgised & we left disappointed after 2 & a half hours of disastrous food. I would highly recommened NOT going & wasting your time or money here at all, definitely the worst TGI experience to date.

We just wanted a quick bite en route to the airport however it was a disappointing experience. We should have guessed when 2 customers near us made official complaints to the Manager whilst we were waiting for our meal to arrive. The Ultimate American Grill and the chicken hot wings priced at almost £34.00 & £10.00 respectively was simply not worth it. It didn't taste nice. The only thing I enjoyed was the Garlic King Prawns - considering it was just a starter tells you how unhappy I was paying £67.75 for a meal which I didn't enjoy. Unfortunately I was in a rush so didn't have the time to make a complaint too, so I'm dropping mine here 😎😎

Disrespectful & careless servers work here. They serve pealed off cucumber skins with old unwashed carrots to kids. We got no apology or correction of this mistake at their part and then guilt pressure you in paying gratuity too for poor serving.

Shambles service and attitude. Absolutely empty on a Thursday afternoon, still made us wait a while at the counter before getting sat down and that’s whilst walking past us multiple times. Eventually got sat down, ordered a drink and after a good 10 minute wait we just decided it was time to leave. Having had no more than 7-8 taken tables there is absolutely no excuse for making someone wait that long for a drink. Can’t begin to imagine how long the food would have taken us!

The waitress Summer was lovely and attentive, the manager Chris was funny and approachable, lovely team and lovely food - a credit to your company
