Having stayed at this hotel on August 19th,i had a very pleasant stay. Servers and kitchen staff were very helpful and understanding and served high quality food worth the price. My room was cleaned and house keeping was regular and kind. Facilities were also good use. And my kids enjoyed the pool! We’ll be returning soon! Thank you x

Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Dartford from February 9th to 11th. Despite being a regular guest, my experience this time was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I encountered unfriendly reception staff, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that basic amenities such as slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush kits, and even a bottle of water were not provided in the room. Additionally, there were no welcome cookies offered, which was a departure from the usual warm hospitality I have experienced at DoubleTree properties. Moreover, I must mention that there was a strong smell of white spirit on the floor, which was quite unpleasant and made my stay even more uncomfortable. We were intoxificat with the white spirit, it is unbelivable to let customer in such condition. Also the Heater in the room was automatically getting off after 30 min. Overall, this stay was far below the standard I have come to expect from Hilton properties. I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests. Sincerely, RAFIQ Irfan

Enjoyed a pit stop here using Hilton points. Been a while since I stayed myself with work in a Hilton. Enjoyed the clean fresh quiet room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Also love the room cards in wood. Looks so much more classy than standard! Great location too.

Im absolutely disappointed with this hotel and its service. My family came here for 2 days in 2 separate rooms. It was clear that the duvets in our rooms were not washed. My aunts duvet had a period stain on it. We couldn’t see it at first until the morning because it was under the duvet and it we came in at night. We were absolutely appalled and immediately filed a complaint. There is nothing special about this hotel except for the pool. We were looking forward to going into the sauna but it was broken. Furthermore, one of the lifts were broken during our stay. I have read some reviews and have seen that the lift has been broken frequently. It’s a shame that my aunt went to this hotel and it was better before, even the staff were nicer and more co-operative. The last time they were here, they were provided with a fridge. This time we weren’t. Don’t waste your money and invest in something better than this hotel.

Overall a really nice hotel. Communal areas were great, the bar was nice and had some lovely staff working there, also it wasn't too expensive. Breakfast was very good, although there were too many children running around unsupervised. The bacon was excellent, which is rare for most hotels. Rooms were nice unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't good enough during the heatwave and the window handle was missing so we couldn't let any fresh air in, not ideal when we're staying almost a week. Decent amount of parking, there was some issues with stolen cars being dumped in the car park and we witnessed a van being broken in to so don't leave any valuables in your vehicle. There's a nice pub called 'The Wharf' only a few minutes walk away (along a footpath by the lake) which was nice and a lovely little coffee shop, the nearest train station was around a 15 minute walk which was fine for us to travel to London and down to the coast.

Lovely evening spent at this hotel. The staff in the restaurant and at the main desk were really fab, the rooms well kept and recently refurbished it seems. Only downside was an event going on full of drunk barely-legals chanting and singing for most of the evening in an event room - which made others feel a bit uneasy. Probably wouldn’t have an event like that in a hotel carrying this brand name…

I received a wonderful welcome from Nina and Lorna. Their customer service skills were excellent. They informed me of all the amenities the hotel has to offer, and nothing seemed too much. I further had a wonderful experience in the Hotel's restaurant where my family and I were greeted by Jacob and Ellie. They regularly checked our satisfaction and were intent on ensuring we had a great customer service experience. It was lovely to see that they both were attentive to all guests that were dining this evening! I would definitely return to this hotel again 🙂

Me and my friends always go to this particular Double Tree Hilton for a little spa weekend, but our last stay was appalling! We checked in online and when we got there they said the guests staying in the room we booked haven’t left yet, so our first initial response was, why was the room available online if that was the case? Anyway they checked us into another room, once we got to the room we thought okay the room looks decent, we then sat on the bed and by surprise I received a little poke on my bottom from the spring under the mattress, my friend laid on the bed and it felt like laying on cardboard. The mattress made so much springy noise it was just uncomfortable so we called reception and they changed our room. The next room was even worse so we requested another change. The third room was the worst of all, the bed was a little comfy this time, but the window was broken so there was no air ventilation, the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain so you can imagine how disgusting it was to use it. There were spiders by the window, lots of spider eggs around the webs which made my friend freak out as she has a phobia of spiders (from a past traumatic event she went through as a child), if there was a way to add pictures I would just to show everyone how horrific it was. As we were told that we couldn’t ask to be moved again, we just had to deal with it. It was just the worst experience ever! However the staff are lovely, but when you just want to get away from everything and have a peaceful weekend, you expect hotel rooms to be clean and hygienic especially a big hotel like Hilton. We’re so gutted now as this Double Tree was our ‘go to’ when we just needed a break, and now we’re stuck and don’t know where to go next time. If anyone has any suggestions please do let me know.

An okay stay- the room felt clean and pleasant overall. However reception staff were pretty shocking. The man gave us all the wrong information which caused a lot of aggravation , another lady who we called three times asking for towels as we had none never showed up so we had to hunt at 10pm for a towel. Following this, we went to go swimming but there is a swim class on so the pool is shut off for that. Then breakfast in the morning was cold, hash browns were hard, sausages were raw looking. Not sure if we’d go back to be honest don’t think it’s worth it which is a shame.

I stayed in this hotel with my family. We went out and came back to find out that someone had come into our room and stole some money from my back. Bally the hotel manager reassured us and refund what was stolen. On another occasion I made a reservation for a one bed room suite but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room I reserved was not available because the previous occupier broke the window of the room. I ask the receptionist to cancel my reservation and process a refund. Unfortunately the receptionist cancel my reservation as a late cancellation and didn't process a refund. Spoke to bally the following week and she confirmed a refund with issued out to me which am still yet to receive. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I stayed here the night before my wedding and all in all it kinda ruined it a bit I got there and it all started lovely the lady who checked us in gave us a free upgrade for breakfast and my other room but then later on that night we ordered dinner about 9:30 for it then to be stolen by another guest and got no help to show Uber we didn’t get it this ruined my night already stressed we had hardly any money left so we went to bed and in the morning we all put matching lounge sets on basic blue and we was refused to sit and eat breakfast no one was in the restaurant and it was my wedding morning not only was the staff women rude she laughed at us for trying to go for breakfast we then had to order from upstairs but didn’t get to pick what we wanted . Our room 426 was lovely however the bathroom was clean there was stuff like soap down the walls and soap all over the shower still considering we payed for this room full price I thought it would be cleaner and there was hair pins all over the floor. We was supposed to have bath robes and slippers we had one robe that didn’t look clean and it was a very small size when asked for another I was told are you sure there wasn’t any your have to wait

Easy parking and check in. Comfortable room which a nice rainshower (some small peeling on the bathroom walls but this was fairly minor issue). Comfortable bed, good amenities in the room (with kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Just off the motorway, so not a great view but no noise from traffic. Swimming area was really nice with a super hot jacuzzi. All in all, would recommend this hotel.

I can't praise the staff enough. I had an excellent stay. I have many food allergies, and all the staff were exceptional at taking this seriously and going above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable meal. The reception staff were great. A big thank you.

Double Tree Hotel rooms were clean and spacious, service was up to date. Breakfast with family was cosy, Mara one of the staffs was very friendly, well accomdating and polite, she made us very comfortable and welcomed. Would reccomend to others!

Very disappointed with a room and service. I am travelling a lot for business and been there before. I can understand bad circumstances but!! Rooms are not cheap and for this money we expecting at least to be treated like a human! I have been staying in room 525 for few nights only. The room has a terrible smell of mould !! Smell was this strong that caused a headache and bad health condition for the next few weeks. There was impossible to open the window and get a fresh air to the room ( H&S) and I think the air-conditioner been contaminated with mould. How can you not be aware that you poisoning the customers? I have been trying to talk to reception but nobody ever picked up the phone and changing the rooms was impossible. I left after 2 nights, explained all situation with the room to receptionist ,and for apologies I have been told I will not be charged for car park and whatever I have on my outstanding bill, and not used nights will be refunded. Obviously the charges has come up on my card and no refund yet ( been there a month ago) I can't believe how disgusting the hotel is.

Arrived at 3am. Made very welcome. Really well looked after particularly when tired after long journey. Room lovely and bed very comfortable. Arrived just in time for breakfast. My husband has disability. We were really well looked after. A lovely start to our day. It makes a big difference. The people in the restaurant really looked after us. Thank you and I will def stay here again. Highly recommend.

Group of us stayed at thus hotel on Europe tour. We had one room where the shower drain was backing up water and 2 rooms the ac did not work. Staff fixed the problem once contacted. Breakfast selection was great.

Excellent all round. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. They have the best pillows that I have slept on in a variety of hotels during holidays and family gatherings. Highly recommended.

I booked for Ladies conference and Shayla the event planner was professional and amazing! Our event was on 26/08/23 and Ali and the team were very helpful and made our stay a good experience. We had a few hiccups but once we told them what we needed they were understanding , helpful and polite. In the Restaurant Chef did a good tasty menu and Becca was so helpful and pleasant making all the guests feel relaxed and looked after. I highly recommend!!!

I've stayed here a few times now and enjoyed it every stay! The staff are super helpful and welcoming. I had an issue with my TV connection and Tasha came to fix it straightaway. The hotel itself is modern and they have a swimming pool which I take advantage of every time I stay there. The restaurant has a big menu, I would recommend the Chicken Tikka! A great place to get away and relax.

My partner kids and I stayed as we were visiting family in kent. Loved the bar area and food and the live music was a nice surprise, the lady got my kids up and gave us a break! Really nice hotel in good location if you are driving!

This hotels location works because of its proximity to my company. However, while there isn’t much around it there is access to the Dartford trains into London. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Desi and Becca in the restaurant during breakfast made the mornings enjoyable.

Parking isn't free and is very expensive (£7.50 including VAT) for a Doubletree Hilton this should be free for hotel guests as standard... There is also spooky surveillance cameras with beaming blue and red lasers in your eyes on every corner of the hotel exterior. Not very welcoming when going in and out of the hotel! The room however I cannot fault, very fresh, clean and has air conditioning! Just what we need. Warm cookies upon check-in is a nice touch also.

We had a mixed service at Hilton Double Tree. The reception lady was new at check in so didn't quite understand the connecting room numbers so our first room were opposite each other instead of connecting. Then changed rooms and found the interconnecting doors did not work and had to change to a 3rd time. No one was wearing name badges so was hard to know who we was talking to. Then we had a item go missing in the room during our stay and communication with reception was quite poor to get this sorted. But then the Duty Manager Claire Gower stepped in and proceeded to smoothly get things sorted out, especially parking which was getting double charged. Thanks Claire!

We had quite a large room, however it was quite basic in facilities in the room. Shower was nice and hot. Nothing crazy. I wouldnt say it was modern but also not old. 1 thing I would recommend to hotel is having more light in the room as it was quite dark

Superb service by Nina the reception manager, we sees lots of reviews about her service and she did not disappoint. It was our anniversary and she spoilt us by putting some lovely touches in our room! A pretty balloon and delicious dessert platter! What a wonderful gesture all free of charge as well as a complimentary upgrade to a fabulous newly decorated room!! What a welcome. Rooms were so spacious and delightfully decorated the shower was best we have come across Lorna on reception quickly helped us get some towels as there was not any in the room which was very odd! But resolved so quickly We will be booking one of your Christmas party’s the girls told us about!

I have been staying at the Hilton Dartford on and off for the last 5 months, I have always been greeted amazingly on check in with most of the staff some better than others, Nina in particular is phenomenal she really is and deserves the absolute best, Sunday she was rushed off her feet and she held it together and dealt with everyone with great compassion and professionalism! 5 stars is well deserved. Another older lady with long dark hair I can not for the life of me remember her name often works with Nina........... Is also a great asset to the hotel 5 stars too. Bar staff are always tremendous and attentive. Food is good, I would not say excellent probably because I have had everything on the menu. But the new lunch menu is plentiful, Selection of sandwiches would be advantageous. Hotel is going under reconstruction which is needed is some areas especially the leisure centre. Rooms are of a great size and comfortable my favourite floor is the 1st for comfort and convenience. Plenty of parking never without a space could do with valet parking and car washing would be wonderful. Overall great experience look forward to my next stay.

My wife and I stayed at the double tree by Hilton Dartford Bridge for the valentines weekend. It was pleasurable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was sumptuous. Our king room was spacious, warm and because we told them it was to mark valentines, they went all out decorating the room. On arrival, we found flowers, balloons, chocolates, etc laid out for us. Particular thanks to Nina for making extra effort to make our stay great.

I visited Dartford Bridge Hilton Jan 2022 and so happy that I received EXCEPTIONAL Service from everyone I met I was checked in by the lovely Nina who made us so welcome and took them time to chat with us, we stayed in a king room which was spacious and felt like home comfy bed tea/coffee making facilities! Perfect to go with our lively welcome cookies! Had some room service delivered by Ritchie what a lovely guy so friendly and helpful went out of his way to get us some extra sauces! Spa area was nice guys in there were pleasant! Food in the restaurant was good just shame they run out of things and the lunch menu was a little simple, but otherwise lovely! As were the bar staff! Lorna on reception really helped my wife with some slippers and dressing gown! Also signed up to the honours scheme which looks great! I will be back Really impressed by the whole experience would definitely recommend. Location could not be more perfect.

We had our wedding here and it was honestly the best day! Everything went to plan, the staff were amazing and the venue was perfect. I couldn't have wished for anything better. A huge thanks to jenny for getting all the fine details in stone. Nick and his team for the perfect running of the day and Luke who's food was remarkable, all the guests complimented the meals. I'd highly recommend this establishment for any occasion!

We stayed over new year's eve and checked out on 2 Jan.Staff were amazing!!! There were a lot of our family members and Emma was amazing very friendly and went the extra mile for our big family. Facilities were great and staff at the pool were kind to our kids. Restaurant and bar staff were all happy and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would stay again.

Husbands birthday and valentines in one. The original plan was central London but then last minute changes meant we had to stay local. Jacob exceeded all our expectations with his hospitality effort and attention. The room was a delight especially since I had forgotten our toothbrushes! I was also pleasantly surprised with the food. We had a 3 course meal and breakfast at the hotel. Totally totally enjoyed my experience will be coming here often. Oh and to finish off we used the pool and spa too so an extra treat. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Hilton and especially Jacob. ❤️❤️

Our stay at the Hilton Dartford was so lovely! We stayed here as a treat when we come back from our wedding and the reception staff were amazing! Made us feel so welcome, honestly couldn’t do enough for us! Made us feel really special knowing we were newlyweds. Especially Lorna and Ellie, they were just super friendly and really made our experience enjoyable. The room was lovely, really clean! Great facilities in the room! Overall such an amazing stay and definitely will be returning and recommending to family and friends for when they visit us.

Whilst staying at the hotel for business, both Lorna and Nina greeted myself and colleague with a warm smile and were very friendly. This made the whole experience very easy. Later on in the evening, both Lorna and Nina went above and beyond to get one of our apprentices attending training the following day booked into a room, this was all despite the apprentices line manager booking a room for a day later, which would have resulted in the apprentice being without a bed for the night. I cannot thank both for ensuring that we all felt welcome and I can certainly say, we will be using this hotel again.

Not my first visit and won't be my last. Don't take that the wrong way: this is a good hotel, in a great location with friendly staff, a sauna, steam room, pool and spa. The restraunt is cozy although the menu's limited. Its just that Ive been here before (many, many times before) in the past decade or so and I still can't get over now having to pay for parking!!!! Other than that gripe: a fine hotel. I would recommend it if you're thinking of booking - go ahead.

I came for afternoon tea and so pleasantly surprised! The waitress Susemma was lovely, attentive, and friendly. She came to check on us and refilled our tea pots. The food was delicious, a very attractive spread. The scones were fresh and tasty, lots of cakes for all tastes. The sandwiches were nice. I would come again.

Always a pleasure staying here such lovely ladies on reception! Would like to point out Nina what a fantastic Manager, I always call ahead to book a quite room and she always accommodates us and often upgrades us where possible great person to have on reception welcoming everyone. Has a great gym and swimming pool! Restaurant is good staff just need to cheer up in there! New rooms are wonderful, paint just needs touching up

I stayed here with my wife for a couple of nights and I have to say it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel manager (Nina) was fabulous and really made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be, thank you so much! We will most definitely come back sooner rather than later. A++

Spent a lovely 2 nights here. The room was great - clean and felt like new! Always nice when WiFi works well too! All the staff were welcoming and friendly and happily went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton with my partner. It was his birthday, and I spoke on the phone prior to our stay to Natasha on reception; she was very helpful in organising balloons and cake to surprise him upon arrival, and she was also the one to check us in with a warm welcome. The room was spotless and modern, and we were pleased with the facilities available. Unfortunately, the sauna and steam room were closed, but this did not spoil our stay, and we still enjoyed a lovely dip in the pool. Despite the bar being busy, the service from the bar staff was excellent. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed for the night with my partner and we were both very happy with the facilities and service at the hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and the checkin was quick and easy. Natasha was very helpful in explaining where everything was and helped us in finding some extra coffee. The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Overall a pleasant stay.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Hilton Hotel! Friends I sincerely recommend this beautiful hotel, at the reception they provided a en-suite room instead of standard room .And in the room we were already waiting for a surprise chocolate cake decorated with strawberries and heart-shaped balloons, the room exceeded all our expectations, very large and spacious in size, clean, two large TVs, excellent service, five towels, and all this was organized for us by the administrators Nina and Lorna, Thank you so much ,you are awesome! We recommend the Hilton hotel to everyone - this is a high class of service, cleanliness, service and everything is at the highest level

The location was great, as well as the facilities, which were great as I was getting married the next day. The breakfast was great also. The only little thing that I could complain about was the fact that my suit could not be pressed, but they provided irons in every room. I also loved the small but lovely swimming pool that I could swim in before having my breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Jenny Evans from the sales and marketing team helped me with the execution of our event. She ensured that the process was smooth. We were greeted by the amazing staff at reception Emily, Dave and Caitlin who were extremely accommodating and helpful. We also spoke with Desi who went above and beyond, giving us a solution to a slight issue we had! Natasha and Philip also extremely helpful again going above and beyond. Jacob managed our large food order and ensured we received everything we ordered. We booked 12 rooms and every single one of our guests were very happy with their stay and the customer service of all the staff on the hotel.

Handy location and friendly staff! The hotel has always been busy when we stay yet never seems to chaotic either. The rooms are clean and well presented, multiple lifts so never waiting too long and a large car park for guests. Callice offers a friendly welcome while Freya and Claire were most helpful when we needed to extend out stay by another week. My only slight gripe was that the steam room was cold and the jacuzzi out of service but everything else was great! The breakfast is a fairly decent offering (Could benefit from some Frosties and a waffle machine though ;-) )

Paige & Sam I cannot thank Leah on reception enough for her help and generosity during our stay, from the minute I arrived she was so helpful with everything we needed and gave us a complimentary upgrade twice as it was Sam’s birthday… not forgetting the bottle of Prosecco! Thank you so much for your help she is a credit to the team and has made our stay extra special.
