This
is
the
second
time
we
have
visited,
booking
4
to
5
rooms
for
business/social.
The
last
time
(last
year)
it
was
good,
but
it
has
definitely
declined
since.
The
room
allocated
was
far
more
inferior
in
both
size
and
quality
to
the
last
time.
It
was
very
small
with
just
about
sufficient
space
to
walk
around
for
one
person.
The
food
was
really
not
great.
The
hotel
ran
out
of
various
items
on
the
menu,
the
starter
I
had
was
incomplete,
so
the
missing
part
was
served
with
the
main.
The
Coq
au
vin,
was
more
of
a
roast
chicken,
mash,
gravy
and
a
spring
onion?
We
visited
for
a
conference
but
unfortunately
was
not
told
the
room
would
not
be
available
after
4.30pm,
so
couldnt
finish.
All
in
all
not
the
greatest
experience,
other
than
our
super
host
Julie
who
always
goes
above
and
beyond
!
I
do
hope
that
the
hotel
readjusts
its
services
and
is
able
to
go
back
to
the
great
hotel
it
used
to
be,
the
location
and
building
is
beautiful.
We
didn't
visit
the
spa
so
not
able
to
comment.
