Beautiful hotel with amazing and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and there are lots of different options. Attend the murder mystery evening with dinner and can highly recommend the experience and the food. The spa facilities look good, and I will definitely visit next time I am in the area.

No heating which when you pay that amount of money did expect that all to be checked before check in. Rooms weren't that wonderful either. We got an annex room, again not specified when booking that this was what we'd get. Pool disappointing very shallow, under ground and atmosphere oppressive. Checked out early and went elsewhere

Good pre service from the events staff (Sherrie) and the boardroom space was just right for the meeting. Food was good and good value. Location was good and easy to get to from the City. Didn't really get to see the grounds or surroundings but a couple of the party used the spa gym in the morning and have good feedback. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were serviceable rather than plush and could do with a refresh hence the 4 not 5 stars.

Just left this cute and quaint hotel and I loved all their staff, nothing was too much for them to help with. Very attentive and friendly people all round. The room felt a bit small but still had all the necessary amenities. I didn't have enough time to visit their spa facilities so can't really comment about it however it opens from 8am to 8pm. Their food was really tasty 😋 They have free parking onsite and the closest train station is longfield which is a 7mins drive to the hotel. Check in was 3pm however the room was ready way before then, so they let me come in earlier which was nice. Beautiful grounds as well for photo shoots etc Noisy due to the racing circuit around there, gratefully it ends at night time so no qualms 😅 Hopefully I can stay here again

Can only comment on the Spa and Gym area but it is a calm and well run space with free parking. Good quality finish to the facilities and not uber luxury but a good experience and friendly reception staff. Food and drink menu was OK if a touch overpriced but that’s probably to do with the fact it’s part of an upmarket hotel chain. Will definitely return as and when

The customer service was fantastic and we were very well looked after. Went for a spa break with friends which was great value for money. The dinner which was included in the price was fantastic. A lovely, friendly hotel, not too busy or pretentious and wonderful staff.

Held an event featuring the afternoon tea, then stayed over and used the spa. Staff were all welcoming and attentive, facilities and rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. Will definitely return!

This hotel is not luxury. It is very expensive and unfortunately does not deliver. Dinner was a joke, the staff didn't know what they were doing, and the food was poor for very expensive prices! Breakfast was no better, the staff were not keeping up with the amount of guests (5 tables) and were not attentive. We stayed in a suite, which was expensive, but not great either, it was tired and worn out, the bathroom smelled of drains, and the furniture was in need of replacement. the spa was nice and the staff lovely in the spa. I would place this as a 3 star hotel personally.

I met a friend for coffee & lunch. The food was lovely & we both got a 25% discount as my friend has been a member for many years. I've only rated it 3 out of 5 as the decor needs an urgent update

This is the second time we have visited, booking 4 to 5 rooms for business/social. The last time (last year) it was good, but it has definitely declined since. The room allocated was far more inferior in both size and quality to the last time. It was very small with just about sufficient space to walk around for one person. The food was really not great. The hotel ran out of various items on the menu, the starter I had was incomplete, so the missing part was served with the main. The Coq au vin, was more of a roast chicken, mash, gravy and a spring onion? We visited for a conference but unfortunately was not told the room would not be available after 4.30pm, so couldnt finish. All in all not the greatest experience, other than our super host Julie who always goes above and beyond ! I do hope that the hotel readjusts its services and is able to go back to the great hotel it used to be, the location and building is beautiful. We didn't visit the spa so not able to comment.

Check in was fab - lovely lady let us check in early for free Bar service was pretty awful Evening meal was impossible to get in restaurant as fully booked, we ate in bar area and the food took forever to arrive. Waiting staff were lovely and did best they could but kitchen was clearly overwhelmed . Rooms were nice and clean and it’s a perfect location for track days Be aware - it’s very very expensive there

Me and my partner stayed here on the 15th of September for birthday/baby moon and it was incredible. The staff in the spa and the hotel were extremely helpful, polite and attentive. Chloe the spa manager was excellent in helping with a few complications we had. The hotel staff were amazing and made you feel at ease. Special thanks to Michelle and Christine who’s customer service skills went above and beyond expectation. Made us feel at home and welcome at all times. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be back again!

I booked two rooms on a Thurs night. Both me and my friend were kept awake by loud rattling noises from air con units throughout the night and I think kitchen staff from about 5am. Not a great nights sleep, unlikely to return and definitely not a luxury hotel experience!

Highly recommended. However, this hotel would not be completed without INA! She is the absolute reason why I'll repeat the stay and why this hotel deserved 5 star! Thank you INA. :)

Fantastic. I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks. The first for dinner, 1 night stay and breakfast and the second for afternoon tea. What can I say? The staff are impeccable. So attentive and helpful. The venue is beautiful and the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I would hands down recommend.

We celebrated a family milestone at the Brands Hatch Spa. Private dining was amazing, the food, service and overall experience was so nice. Connor looked after us and really did go the extra mile. It really was a great night. My parents and auntie and uncle stayed at the hotel and made the most of the facilities as well!!

Brandshatch place is a 4 star hotel which has well appointed rooms, good service and is very close to the track for events. My only gripe was with the food menu. Although most items are priced as expected such as Burger or fish and chips all around £15-£25, there were a few shockers. A cheese platter for 2 people at £80 was just ridiculous and completely out of sync with the rest of the menu, as was a main course of a 5oz fillet steak, 1/2 lobster and chips at £80 per person!! I'd expect to get a tasting menu in a Michelin star restaurant with multiple courses for a similar cost of this one main course here! Had it been a whole lobster and a decent sized steak for two to share it would have warranted the price, but a tiny 5oz fillet and 1/2 lobster for one person £80 is well over priced. Apart from that the food was of a reasonable standard and all the staff offered great service throughout the hotel.

My husband and I purchased the sumptuous spa break. We arrived at midday and had full use of the pool and spa (we were the only ones there as it was a weekday lunchtime). The pool and spa are very clean and changing rooms are equipped with lockers and large showers. We had a lovely afternoon tea with warm scones, delicious cakes and sandwiches (this was helpfully moved back so we could have a few hours in the spa). We checked into our room which was kindly upgraded to an executive suite. There was a thoughtful card with chocolates to welcome us for our wedding anniversary. We then had lovely massage treatments. My husband had a full body massage and I had wonderful combination treatment of a full body scrub and back massage. Both of us dozed off in the relaxation room. We later had a lovely walk on the lush green grounds. Finally we were served a beautiful meal at the hotel restaurant where we were served complementary drinks and bread for our anniversary. The food was of fine dining quality. We ended with a restful sleep in our room. The next morning we woke early for a delicious breakfast which is cooked to order for hot items. Lots of cold breakfast items on the buffet. We could have another full days access to the spa but sadly we had to return for work. Both my husband and I had a wonderful stay and all the staff were warm and accommodating. Thank you very much. Shanaz and Syed.

The customer service at Brands Hatch Place was top notch for my husband and me. Every person we encountered during our 2-day spa stay went out of their to make us feel welcome and attended to - from the young women who gave us a tour of the spa, the young man managing the Atrium cafe who could not have been friendlier or more accommodating, Clare who gave me an amazing massage, Joanna who gave me a brilliant facial, Ina who checked us into our room, and the wait staff at The Restaurant. And the food was excellent. Every single person was welcoming and kind in addition to doing their jobs really well. We were looking forward to a relaxing getaway and we got just that. Our stay here will make us consider other Hand Picked properties when we're going away in the future. Thank you!

What a lovely place. The staff are so polite and helpful. I had a full body massage with Jade- she was wonderful! The spa area is clean and relaxing. We used the upstairs changing rooms which were fine but quite enclosed, luckily it was only me and my friend getting changed otherwise it could have become quite snug. It would have also been good to have a box of tissues on the vanity unit as there are no toilets in this changing room. There is complimentary herbal tea and fruit available. In all a really lovely place and one I would definitely go back to.

We stayed here for one night but what a lovely experience it was. We made full use of the Spa facilities and the ladies in there made us feel so much at home, big thank you to Julie who was amazing and helpful. All of the staff where so friendly and a big asset to the hotel itself. We had a lovely meal in the bar and a few drinks so we could relax and have a chat and drew was a fantastic in his level of service. The quality of customer service that we experienced at this hotel was that of one you don't get often get especially from every one we had the pleasure of meeting during out stay. The rooms was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we had such a lovely time and will be back again soon.

This was an excellent stay as a couple utilising a spa break and one night hotel stay. Firstly the spa: good gym facilities and not too crowded. Three rooms to workout in including a spin class room. The spa itself is very nice offering a small pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The only negative are the lockers. Everybody and I mean everybody at this gym was complaining about them. It is an over complicated and poorly functioning code system that doesn't work 9/10 times. It took me 15 minutes to lock my kit away... these need replacing by the owner. The hotel: Beautiful attention to detail and finishing. Quant old school hotel feel to it which I loved. The rooms are excellent and the coffee maker is exceptional! Downsides are only 1 plug by the bed for 2 people, and the bathroom toilet struggled to flush and tap extremely stiff (room 14 for staff to follow up on if reading). The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the service was impeccable. Overall a delightful stay with minor imperfections, albeit pricey for what you get. 4/5 stars

In the middle of nowhere but that's due to it being a race track. Staff were mostly good with a few hiccups. Room was really really nice. Breakfast included was nice too. Was here for a wedding and that went smoothly altho late it went really well.

This hotel and Spa is in a super spot. It is oldi-worldy in its decor, has so much character and has kept features relating to its period. While I was there a French wedding was taking place and guests gathered through the whole of front of house, at breakfast, and towards the get together of the ceremony I could hear voices, excitable and familiar in the downstairs bar and rooms. I didn't stay long to eat or drink but I had a strong feeling of consideration and pride by all the team. Drawback was to have the rumble of Brands Hatch circuit in the background but not to the point of distraction and to be honest added to the location.

We had a wonderful time at the spa, the faculties are gorgeous, all the staff were incredibly lovely (especially Chloe!) and our treatments were heavenly. Thanks for a wonderful day.

What a wonderful experience my mum and I had at the spa today. I had a hot stone massage and facial and my mum had a facial and luxury pedicure. My spa therapist Claire was super informative at the start of the session and probably the best masseuse I’ve ever had, the hot stones were very relaxing and she listened to the fact I said I prefer a firm pressure, and mixed in deep tissue massage. She managed to get loads of knots out my back! The facial was absolutely exquisite and I left feeling refreshed and glowing. Claire even gave me advice on my skin after the session and wrote the names of the products she used down for me so I can purchase them. My mum’s therapist Ailsa was also amazing, she said it was an absolutely fantastic and very relaxing experience. Thank you!

Came here for a spa day and had a truly relaxing day. On arrival you are met with lovely friendly staff who show you around. Our package included breakfast, champagne and afternoon tea, which were delicious and there was so much food we ended up taking the cakes home. The staff in the restaurant were really helpful and chatty. After a few hours relaxing around the pool it was time for our treatments, we both had full body massages and facials and these were so relaxing I fell asleep. I cannot wait to fond another excuse to come back and do it all again!! Lol.

Friendly, well located hotel serving great breakfast! Spa area a nice bonus. Rooms a decent size and clean but prices quite high (think £250 for a double) hence 3 stars there. Road noise may be an issue in some parts of hotel as it is very near both a main road and the famous race circuit.

What a fantastic and relaxing experience it was. We were welcomed to the hotel by reception staff. They escorted us to our room. The room that we stayed was so clean and tidy. They made everything ready for us. Breakfast was tasty and hot. I can not find any fault. Thank you everyone for making it really pleasant stay for us. Will definitely come back again.
