Polite and helpful staff. Good facilities in a quiet bedroom. Excellent value for money meal deals which were delicious. Definitely would stay there again. Free parking was a lovely bonus.

Spent 1 night here as we were attending a family get together nearby. Lots of free parking and a beefeater attached which always is a bonus for my other half as he loves a mixed grill 😂 Reception staff were really friendly. And were able to book us a table in the restaurant for that evening. The hotel has air con but clearly ours wasn't working. Didn't think anything of it as we thought we may have just not pressed the right button. However later it was clear that is wasn't working and I was boiling and struggling to sleep. My other half went down to reception, just gone midnight. Really helpful and brought a standing fan up to the room within minutes. Managed to get a semi-decent night sleep. It wouldn't put me off staying again. It would have been better if we could have opened the windows but generally if there is air con they don't have openable windows in my experience. Hotel was really quiet which was nice. Usb ports on each sides of the bed which were handy to charge phones overnight. Beefeater was really busy but the staff were really lovely. Despite the Air Con issue which was resolved really quickly we had a really good stay and would recommend.

We love this Premier Inn, so much so, we have frequented it for the past 12 years. Staff are lovely & nothing is too much trouble Lovely clean rooms Don’t forget to register your car at reception for free parking Highly recommend 5/5 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

As Premier Inns go it was good enough and as you would expect. Food was good and all the staff very pleasant. BUT The outside was sad, dirty, shabby and tired. It, however, suited our purpose and had a decent night's sleep in a comfy bed and a very good bathroom and walkin shower.

Quite good location easy access except the roundabout next to it often is congested and last mile you would walk faster then get to the hotel. Good rooms nice beds baths are all right, clean. Be careful on the car park as we had hole drilled in the van, not whole Car park is monitored by CCTV. Food in beefeater is all right except they are closing the restaurants whenever they want. Traveled to the hotel for 6h only to find out they decided to close restaurant 4h before closing time.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in SE London. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and super friendly. Hotel exceeded my expectations and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Thank you so much.

Clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed one night but felt safe and got a decent night's sleep ready for the trip to Paris the next day. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I didn't stay in the hotel. Went to the restaurant on my birthday with my family and it was very nice and good value. The only downside was the air con on too high.

Excellent value for money, hotel is in between a distribution centre and a housing estate. Service was extremely slow in the attached bar/ restaurant. Waited an hour for 1st/ main course. Didn't order dessert because of the it took

Booked a Premier plus room and received a phone call from the Manager advising that unfortunately the air con wasn't working, so that they had put us in a standard room. This was no problem at all and the hotel kindly gave us free breakfast and tried to make up for it. Standard room was very clean and couldn't fault the stay. Thank you team

We never used the hotel to stay but have come here various times for the breakfast on the weekend with kids or without, never too busy so ur overwhelmed, staff are always lovely and food is lovely too… I always book ahead if going with kids but that’s just to make sure we have a table for the size.

Great hotel, brilliant staff & service, comfortable beds & nice rooms. Only lost a star for location due to the time it takes to leave the hotel grounds in rush hour

Have stopped at this hotel a few times and will continue to do so. Always clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and approachable. Plenty of parking. Good food at a decent price.

Brilliant location, have stayed here a few times when visiting Brands Hatch. Just off the M25. Room was great - as expected with any Premier Inn. Bed very comfy. Amenities in room were good - tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, aircon/heating, bodywash in shower. 1 hour+ wait for a table at the adjoined restaurant so ended up going elsewhere.

Normally very good stay here, have stayed many many times with no issues, however this time there were stains on the bedding and a problem with the heating. Maybe this time we were just unlucky

Had a lovely one night stay here a week ago. Arrived at 8pm and pre booked table in the restaurant. The food was lovely and the staff was very friendly on reception as well. Upgraded to Premier Plus room, which was absolutely gorgeous. See video

I stayed in Premier inn in Dartford with my partner for our anniversary and we were very impressed with the staff and how clean the room was. Thank you for the box of chocolate and the card signed by the team. We are looking forward to coming back for Christmas

Room good. No problem there. Breakfast in the Beefeater very poor! Basically the food was generally not warm enough. The eggs had been sitting far too long on the warmer and were no longer fresh. They were rubbery!

Hotel room was good as always. However, my van was broken into. The man who reported it to the staff said they didn’t even seem bothered. Then I found out it is a regular occurrence. Police said it happens all the time at this hotel. Just a heads up for anyone travelling in a van. Police were very good but hotel staff were poor.

The hotel was easy to find and checking in and out was easy. The room was clean and very quiet however the air conditioning was very poor and we were very hot. They clearly know the air conditioning is bad as the room had a fan but when the windows can't open and we are both runners the room became very stuffy in our short stay.

Another very good and comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.

Very nice hotel compared to the older ones. The ladies on reception were very friendly and welcoming. Recommend the Premier Plus rooms as usual. They are consistently comfortable and refreshing when staying away for long periods.

Plenty more of parking, just remember to log your vehicle registration so as not to get a fine. Unfortunately had to get a refund for cooked breakfast as there was no kitchen staff on. Room was clean. Only 2 coffee sachets, very meagre. You can hear footsteps from the above room but nothing too distracting. The pillows need to be a bit firmer, other than that, a nice nights sleep and a good base for spending the night. Friendly staff and would stay here again.

I have been using premier Inn hotels for years and very rarely do they disappoint but they did this time. The restaurant is a beefeater and had a very restricted menu due to staffing issues and again in the morning no cooked breakfast, nevertheless I was still charged for the meal deal? The room was a new one and I really enjoyed the shower, no bath but a really nice walk in wet area. The room was spotless and the bed very very comfy, but why oh why do the sheets not fit the bed?? Thank you to the staff who are always happy to see you on arrival 😊

Great location, but whole hotel has a really musty smell.. sort that and would be so kuchen better... would be nice to have windows that open too..

Another work stay, the hotels in the South East get very busy so it's best to book in advance. The rooms are clean and comfortable , the car parking is free and plentiful and the restaurant is exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn.

The room was comfortable and the special one even had a small fridge and Nespresso machine. The shower room is very adequate and with better quality soaps than in the standard rooms in previous stays in other Premier Inn locations. The pity is only that we could hear the traffic from the motorway once the tv was off and we were ready to sleep. Maybe better soundproofing would resolve this.

This is such a good Premier inn. Definitely one of the best we have stayed in. You know what you are getting at Premier Inn but this one was super clean and tidy, great front of house staff and lovely shower. Also got comped breakfast because of a change in room. Would defo go back to this one. Thank you!

My faith in Premier Inn is once again restored!! After a poor experience at the one in Tamworth which we previously visited over Easter. The room is spotless which matches the rest of the place. The parking is ample and although I've only had breakfast, the adjoining bar is just as good

Room dangerously hot. Booked room with Air-Con. It didn’t work. Judging by previous bad reviews on this and other PIs on this topic - it is a ploy to save Premier Inn money. Manager unable apparently to do anything except refund our breakfast? Left at 3.30am to drive home for 1 and a half hours. Told to ring complaint line this morning which is obviously closed. ‘Feedback form’ also virtually impossible to find on website. We are just fodder. I will NEVER use this company again. Customers are treated with contempt.
