Stayed for a business trip as that’s what was booked for us. Wouldn’t go back though. No air con in the rooms, but lucky for me could open the window so was comfortable. Food not good as mentioned below. Location right by major roads. Very noisy traffic pretty much all the time.

Hotel is very nice. Reception and staff are really helpful and very polite. Stayed here for a day. Location is good but not much to travel n see around until you reach London. If someone likes to walk around it a good place. People can roam around also there's a small pub near by so make the whole experience great.

Smart, comfortable rooms. Decent food/drinks menu, although slightly expensive! Perfectly good place to stay, if you have to be near Gravesend.

I was a late arrival... called ahead and not only did the Front of House lady remember me, but she forwarded the kitchen, prepared my room booking for hassle checking in and took my order on entry. Thank you Kay for making my late arrival quick, efficient and hassle free. Massively appreciate your help.

Was a great stay . Room fine apart from rusty plug etc in washbasin. Ideally bathroom could do with slight refurb but for one night was really good.

Staff where some of the most helpful I have come across in staying in hotels around the world. They made a point of talking to you , About what was your journey like , Plus general chat as well. Very helpful telling everything you need to know and if they did not know the answer to a question. They would find out for you. They treated you as family staying over and not paying guests. They also made an effort to learn your name.

Staff were brilliant when we arrived late in the evening. Rustled up some well needed hot food as well as being bright and cheerful.

Great location as meeting up with friends. Warm friendly staff. Good selection for breakfast. Bacon a little luke warm and over cooked Room was good with a very comfortable bed, but could do with a bit of an update especially the bathroom.

We stayed in room 101 it was really clean (100x cleaner than most fancy London hotels), the staff we encountered were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us & tasted great. It’s clearly an older hotel but has been well modernised in the areas that count. For a pleasant comfortable nights sleep I’d recommend.

The hotel itself is a little run down and is made to look 'quaint' but really it's just old :P The bed was comfy, the staff was friendly so if you're in and out quickly this is the place. However if you have any needs this is not! It's very inaccessible to those in wheelchairs, the acoustics for those with hearing issues are horrible. I had let them know in advance I have to eat gluten free and all though all the staff tried really hard I got ill from dinner. Over breakfast they did make me food separately but I asked for eggs and tomatoes and got sausages and bacon... Staff can't be any more helpful but they can only work within the constraints of a system that doesn't help.

Was once a very nice, small hotel. Management started to change things a few years back, including the breakfast offering which changed to a very basic hot buffet (if you didn't like coddled eggs, bacon and beans, then there was only cereal, toast and fruit). I understand this was to appeal to continental tourists. I'm perplexed by that as having stayed in numerous hotels up and down the country over the last 40 years, the other chains managed to attract sizeable numbers of foreign guests, whilst continuing to offer a top notch English breakfast menu as well as continental! Like most hotels across the country, The Manor is like a morgue now. Cold, no atmosphere because there's no people. Who ever instigated the covid hoax really should face a firing squad! I would however give 5 stars to the delightful young lady who served us dinner during the Bank Holiday weekend. The poor lass didn't stop. Manning the reception, preparing food and serving drinks all on her tod. You have my respect and admiration madam. I only hope your employer understands the pressure you are under. Hopefully, once the pandemic scam is dead and buried, The Manor Hotel can regain some of its lost charm.

The staff were great. I stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. I'm on a low carbon diet and the chef made me beautiful crispy salads instead of chips. The food was superb

Shower was scolding and the bath was dirty. There was also no shampoo in the dispenser, which was broken. I was not offered a breakfast box, maybe they had ran out by this point. The reception service was very good and the location was very convenient. I would probably stay again but in a different room. A tad pricy.

Stayed in room 16. Clean and tidy. No real issues. Wasn't able to work the hot water from the shower and the long and short flush ok the toilet didn't work. Good breakfast options in the morning though, very pleased with that. Friendly, helpful staff.
