Amazing location and beautiful scenery. Alan (Manager) was very responsive, helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The building is beautiful and as a graduate Building Surveyor i admire its heritage and construction. The room was clean, provided with everything i needed and was quiet. This was the first hotel in Kent where i slept peacefully. Thank you Alan for all that you do. I will be returning again soon.

This was a lovely little B&B. The manager Parm who was on duty in the a seance of the owners was a very nice and helpful person who went above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and even researched places for me to eat in town and texted me details ahead of my arrival in Gravesend. Would recommend a stay at this place which is great value for money. Room was clean and comfortable, shower and bathroom was well looked after and the free continental breakfast was sufficient though I understand there is an option of a hot breakfast for a small charge.

Great atmosphere, really enjoyed my stay here at Jessamine. Rupert was particularly welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will defo be staying here again as soon as I get the chance to and want another domestic break away!

Dirty carpets, hard lumpy bed, squeaky door, bathroom door damaged, curtains won't open, no bed side light, overall very poor.

Nice little guest house - cosy room, comfy bed, good shower. I'll happily stay again if I'm visiting the area. Thank you!

Stopped here for a week, as i was working over at london gateway. Very nice place, some old decor, but that gives it an old victorian vibe. The Lady was very polite and friendly (forgot her name, sorry). Un-suite was very modern, with a powerful shower. Only problem i had, it was cold inside the room, during the early hours of the morning. But the room had a heater. Great wifi signal. Parking is adequate, limited spaces. Unfortunately didn’t try breakfast I was out before serving times. Theres a nice pub just up the road. A few takeaways and spar supermarket nearby.

Our rooms floor was wet, and paid £89 for one night. The bed was falling apart, it was freezing, and they weren't serving breakfast. The staff were friendly enough, but didn't seem like b&b owners.

Really friendly people, felt like a home away from home. VJ was so attentive and welcoming. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spotless. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!

This is a lovely house. Adequate sized room (one we stayed in). Everything you need. Very clean. Nice decor. Hot shower. Modern bathroom. Nothing too much for Alan (manager). Lovely breakfast - although no fry up there is everything else you would like. Coffee excellent. Will definitely stay again - if they let us..!!
