Loved it. Couldn't fault it. Stayed here whilst walking the North Downs Way, to which this place is perfect as it is quite literally situated right on it. The place was fantastic, really beautiful; massive room - seriously, I had a vast vaulted ceiling and my single room had a spare bedroom off the bedroom! Everything was clean and the owner couldn't do enough for you. I'll certainly be back to stay here again.

What a stunning place, set in the Kent Countryside it's perfectly placed. The accomodation was first class as was the food at breakfast. The hosts couldn't do enough. Definitely going back

Friendly and accommodating hosts, beautiful rural surrounding and stunning property. I recently stayed during a work trip and I really enjoyed my time at North Downs Barn. My room was cozy and well furnished with an ensuite shower room. Breakfast was selected and cooked to order from a menu filled in the night before. Portions and cooking both great 😋 The owners made me feel welcome & relaxed. I felt almost like I was staying with distant relatives. 5 star stay, thank you for having me. This is the model B&B, all of them should be like this. The hosts are just brilliant, so friendly and chatty. We felt so welcomed by them. The building and setting is so beautiful and picturesque. A wonderful barn conversion the picturesque Kent countryside. The room is as cosy and clean with great views of the surrounding fields. A really comfy bed meant we slept so well. There is a lovely hot shower with great pressure and soft towels are provided 👌🏼 Breakfast was superb, we were welled fed with a great choice. My mint tea was freshly picked to order from the garden. Excellent all round!

Absoloutely stunning room, views were lovely. The hostess allowed us to check in early to accomadate our wedding. Breakfast was fabulous and as early risers the lady allowing us to have it at 7 30 was perfect. Would highly reccomend and will stay again if ever in the area. Thank you

The perfect B&B for overnight stop or short stay in North Kent. For us a overnight stop an hour from Channel Tunnel; but would use for business if in area too. Alison & Paul are brilliant hosts and helped us with restaurants in the area and information for our onward journey.

We were booked this bed and breakfast as part of an amazing weekend we turned up 15 minutes early We had to wait on the doorstep until 4 o’clock because He was too busy to come to the door we were early because we had booked a dinner reservation at 5 o’clock. Our friends had booked us a deluxe room , when we were shown to our room we were told the bath is broken. Why not give us a room where the bath worked? There were empty rooms because there was only one other couple staying there besides us ? This is an amazing place the friends that booked this for us were quite disappointed. However please go and stay there as the place in general is amazing, the owners were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely

Had a wonderful stay here. Alison was a truly wonderful host and a great cook. The room was perfect, with excellent bathroom. The house is amazing. Just 5 stars in all respects. A home away from home.

We stopped last night, the accommodation is 5 star all the way, it was so peaceful, yet so close to everything, the bed was so comfortable and we had a really restful sleep, breakfast was perfect. Thank you we will return.

This is our second visit and can't praise it enough. The rooms are beautiful and so comfy. Jacuzzi bath and all the usual extras in the room including use of a fridge with fresh milk and bottles of cold water. Breakfast choice was good, all extremely well presented. Hope we get the chance to return some time .
