From the start of my consultation for laser eye surgery, the journey towards the procedure day to the after care has been absolutely amazing. The team at Lakeside were incredibly helpful, always catered to my needs where possible - even finding the time to call me on the day before my surgery to wish me luck!! William my optometrist was brilliant - explained everything clearly to me so that I understood what was going on which procedure I was best suited to. Could not find a single fault within my experience with Optical Express Lakeside even if I wanted to I would definitely recommend Optical Express to anyone who’s looking into any eye treatments or even being their regular Opticians. My laser eye journey has been so simple, and now with my eyes healed being able to see further than the driving standard is incredible, and I am only 1 month post op compared to being -5.00 pre surgery. Would highly recommend Optical to do laser eye surgery, my consultant at Lakeside, Nichola helped out massively regarding all the benefits, side effects and overall better quality of life having laser eye surgery.
