Attended store for an iPhone 14 pro camera lens repair. Paid the £500+ repair cost and was told to come back in around 2 hours. Upon returning was handed back my phone which refused to start correctly and upon closely examining the phone noticed that there was considerable glass dust still on the lens inside the repair. I asked for this to be rectified but was made to wait for over an hour instore while the staff discussed the best course of action... the store manager wanted to book in another repair while the staff wanted to replace the phone entirely. Thankfully the staff ignored the manager and just replace the device. Appalling service, only interested in selling the overpriced hardware.

Rude! Unprofessional! Avoid! I went in to return my MacbookPro today to exchange it for a new one. I was reassured that I could keep a discount that I had as a promotional offer. Staff assured me this was the case. They didn’t have the new laptop in stock so told me it’s quickest to order online. Again assured me I can keep my gift card but then the amount was taken from the return anyway. When I went in to speak with manager Alex he told me “we are not a bank, we don’t give away free money” and that “I was misinformed” not actually providing any support or solutions to my problem. He didn’t even make an effort to hear me out or investigate the problem. He also didn’t want to accept or apologise for being rude and instead starting gaslighting me and telling me I can go and complain and then went off to SPELL his name to me. This sort of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable but especially from a brand like Apple who should put their customers first. Clearly not at this store. I had a much more helpful customer agent on the phone and online. Never going back here! update: It turns out that after all of this they still owe me £130 as they processed the return wrong!!!!

I came to the store to see a specialist and they gave me an appointment and told me approximately 1 hour waiting time. I went for a walk and received a massage 35 min later that they are nearly ready for me, I just had to pay something and made my way to the Apple shop. And they already moved on to the next customer. That was just about 7 minutes. When I told a member of staff he put me back in the queue and told me about 50 min waiting time. I just left, I don’t see the point to wait again 50 min because of their displeased organisation. Very unsatisfied with the service, will never come back again

Nice store, have purchased products in the past and experienced high quality service and support whilst trying to find the right product for me, however on a recent trip I went with my mother to look at new products that I am considering purchasing for a birthday, we were in store for about 15 minutes, and the whole time we were in store we were stalked by the security guard, this left me feeling anxious and profiled, as a young adult, I look forward to the newest technological products, and would sooner buy them in store, straight from Apple rather from a third party, but I feel that I have been profiled as a young person, looking to steal rather than actually buy a product. I have been an avid Apple user for years, and have never experienced something like this, I understand the need for a security guard in these kind of stores, but this isn't the way they should be treating customers, do better Apple.

They literally never ever ever answer their phone and that’s been the case for a good 10 years now…go on, try calling them right now and see if they pick up. They sent me to the store saying my replacement airpod pros were ready for collection and they ended up trying to give me two right headphones and then sent me home as they didn’t have anymore in stock (was waiting almost two weeks as well). Came back when the new pair arrived and it wasn’t even acknowledged that they made a mistake and the guy serving me didn’t care about what happened, even after I explained it to him…plus he obliterated saying my name (seemed a little on purpose)…it’s four letters…and he didn’t even care to apologise when I corrected him. I only use apple products but I must say, some of their staff at this store need to work on their customer service skills. Nothing was done about sending me to the store (I live 10 miles away) and not actually having the product…and I would expect more. Will try my best not to use this store in the future.

Don’t waste your time trying to call this store. Have tried all day to call the store manager following poor service at a pre booked appointment this morning. The Genius Bar consultant dealing with my wife left her saying she would be back in 5 minutes but went off to serve another customer and didn’t come back for over 20 minutes. 🤯🤯🤯🤯 How rude. Obviously customers spending are far more important than existing customers. Even the call centres cannot reach the store manager. No email address either. For a company at the top of the game with technology they are lacking in very basic customer care areas. Avoid this store at all costs.

No care about customers, useless security and staff standing around instead of talking to customers. There’s been multiple occasions where I’ve visited this Apple Store and have waited 10/15 minutes before being approached by someone. Instead I now go to John Lewis, which is cheaper, brilliant service and comes with a 2 year garuntee. Won’t be going back to Apple.

Worst customer service experience. So called they fix things fast but they just make you wait clueless for someone to attend you. Was here for almost 35mins just to give my moms phone in for repair just because they messed up the appointment and giving us the right information. It’s just ridiculous! Might just switch to other brands which offers better experience.

We just went to Bluewater Apple store to only hear that if we want to get apple iPhone 14 pro max we have to put order online. We asked for help to do this, and the guy was only repeated “we are not allowed to help you to do this” every question I asked after I received the same answer….. I am having all Apple products phones, computers, tablets, watches and I have never had such a bad experience. Sorry Apple….. but I may change you for better customer service. Don’t waist your time visiting this store. Not helpful/ waist of time

I’ve been to this store many many times over the years and have always had good service. I purchased a phone in the pandemic and even with all the restrictions in store it was still a good experience. I went in yesterday for an issue and actually really enjoyed my visit! The staff were so friendly, helpful and my issue was sorted very quickly, I was recommended some new apps for my children and walked away with a 2 year old in tow thinking it was a quick and easy visit.

Absolute waste of time. They will book the appointment to get your phone sorted and then tell you, that you need to sit and wait 6 hours, because they are too busy now. Don’t book the appointment then if you cannot fulfil what you promised!!! I’ve wasted 3 hours of my day day just to get there and back!!! All they care about is your money. Once they sold you the product, then it’s your problem. Honestly, with Apple prices and their so “valuable “ customer service, you might as well buy something else. Services well below expectations!!!

Bought an Apple product here. They were very kind and they told me everyone there was to know about the product. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is as the staff are always asking if you are buying a product and it can be very annoying if you are just looking. But other than that great store, great service.

Came in today with an issue with my airpods that i purchased in December. I was met with a lovely lady that took down my information and seated me. I was then met by a man who was excellent and gave me a replacement for the faulty airpods. Great customer service and lovely people!! :))

Annalee was awesome. I went in to look at the new Apple Watch, ultra two. She totally listened to what I was looking for, and even though I didn’t purchase today, she gave me all the information that I needed to make me more confident about the decision I want to make moving forward. Thank you Annalee for a very pleasant shopping experience.

The staff are great, you can test out the products before buying them. Also, when you want to purchase a product they will tell you the basics of the product if you have never had a product like that before so that you know how to use it and don’t even need to use YouTube to learn all about the product. They will come over to you to pay, so you don’t even need to go over to a checkout because there is no checkouts so you don’t even need to wait.

Nobody in store has any sense of authority. Very much a "computer says no" attitude and palming me off in all different directions. Apple are overtly deceptive in their marketing - staff passively admitted it. Ben was extremely condescending and unhelpful in my matter. After 15+ years with Apple i'll be switching over to microsoft devices after this experience - a total overhaul of respect for my loyalty as a customer in what on face value seemed a simple trade of goods

The store itself is generally good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The online pickup service is pointless. The time window and day don't seem to impact when you'll get the product. I'd suggest just going in and asking for the item. Don't order online.

They had me waiting more than 30mins to get my fixed laptop and got more security to come in because I was waiting for a while. Didn’t feel like I was being treated like a customer, as I was not acknowledged until I tried to speak to their staff about 3-4 times and finally got their attention when they realised I was upset and had a train to catch. They need to work on their biases it’s not a good look and their attention.

Excellent service this evening from Jamie. He even stayed late to help finish helping us, (so i hope he is either paid overtime or can get the time back Apple ). Jamie was extremely professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Thanks again

We came in today to upgrade our phones and Will (Lorenzo) and Arabella were incredible. They were super knowledgable, friendly and made a long visit incredibly enjoyable. It’s clear they love their job & believe in the brand which you don’t find often! The pair deserve a big pay rise!!

Great experience - only downside is the waiting time (to be expected on a Sunday though). Much better than the Lakeside (Thurrock) store where the sales assistants don't seem to understand how Apple's upgrade programme works and try to sell you the programme without giving you accurate information.

I'm not going to put words about my experience with the store. An opinion is Subjective but let's just say, no one should go in this store again and be treated like it!!!!

The shopping center to be. Free and ample car parking. Great shops. Variety of food. Reminds me of 🇵🇹 shopping centers.

I had an amazing evening browsing through the different Apple products. I also received great advice for when I do eventually upgrade my phone to the iPhone 13 Pro Max! Staff here are really welcoming, nice and polite. This is definitely where I’ll buy my new phone!
