Today I went for shopping and when I went inside I was told that I have got only 3 minutes for shopping before the shop close. While I was selecting the candles I wanted ,one of them just shouted”time to pack up”. I just turn around because it was me only in the shop as a customer at that time and saw a group of staff standing together and nobody bother to maintain any eye contact or asking me if I have selected anything/letting me know to finish shopping in a professional manner. I felt it as very humiliating. I raised my hands to say thanks but the staff was just holding the stuff to close the shutter and not only doesn’t bother to look at me but also closed the shutter as soon as I stepped out of the shop. I felt very disappointed and discriminated.Very poor customer service.

You can buy Yankee candles for cheaper from Sainsbury, asda, loads of places large, for as low as £9.99 from savers why do people pay more for the same item, it is madness.

Yankee management, you need to train your employee better. Employing any employee for the Christmas season is not excuse to hire bad untrained employees. Your employee(000246) who served me was rude, clearly had personal issues. Maybe tell her to leave it at home. When asked for service, she responded unprofessionally and told me to go qto another store to get the service.

You cannot visit Bluewater without a trip to Yankee Candle, try and walk past and the fragrances just grab you and pull you in, or in my case it's the wife pulling me in. But joking aside, they have a huge selection of scented candles and fragrances for your home. The Yankee store is always clean and well organised as well as having great staff who are very helpful.

Just purchased a new candle and the cashier was so polite following all covid procedures and offering to wrap the candle so it wouldn't get damaged before we got home. Lovely service, and of course beautifully smelling store.

Loved coming in here just to get a whiff of all the different scents..! Definitely worth stopping by just for the fun of it. The staff weren't bothered by it either. Yankee candles themselves are always reliable in quality so there's no question about whether they're worth the price.. they are!

A great range of products and they smell incredible. If I have one of their candles burning in my living room in the evenings, I can still smell it when I walk through the door the next day. The candles are expensive but definitely worth the money because the smell lasts a long time as well as the candle itself.

Very cramped more than 5 people in there and yiu can't move pricing wasn't very clear for products

Lovely shop , however staff could be a bit more friendly & I would expect some tissue paper or something perhaps when buying two candles and they are put in the same bag to prevent them knocking against each other. I brought two candles the girl didn’t even look up at me just threw the receipt in the bag and pushed it across the counter!

So I'm a regular customer and spend hundreds each year and specially round Christmas time. I asked at the counter if I could have one of the boxes the big candles come in . The girl said they could give them out unless the candle comes with the box. Then I offered to pay for the gift boxes they come in then she said she couldn't sell them . Then she said I can buy them for a pound per perchase ? What happened to good old customer service and do what's right. Yankee candles are dear enough and you got good customers spending good money and you can't even honour customers to through the gift boxes in with the purchases of candles ? PATHETIC!

The price point is a bit high for the items, but I guess the brand has a lot of regular customers.
